Looks like a nice place to shop. We came for an exchange the day after Christmas and the cashier had the patience of a saint! We had so many receipts and it became very complicated and she never lost her temper or had any attitude. Very nice staff!

I do like the level of quality with the compliments of frugality. Used to come here exclusively for shoes (they have the SICKEST SHOES), and since Ross and Marshalls have nothing but the worst leftovers, the selection here is #1

I recently moved from Colorado. I have never been to a Nordstrom Rack as clean and organized as the one in Santa Rosa. This store makes for a fun shopping experience.

I shopped around for a while until i saw this little girl who has glasses and is a worker there. I think I heard somebody call her Anita. She kept staring at me and my sister overheard her talking to another worker saying “look at all the clothes she has in her cart” and staring at me in a judgmental way. It made me feel not welcomed and judged. Never again will i shop here again if i’m gonna be judged when i’m shopping. Nordstrom please hire employees who are friendly and welcoming because that employee was definitely not.

Amazing g place, yet lately the men's shoe department lacks on having many shelves stocked. So options are definitely very limited.I do like all the staff that has been supper helpful.Be aware their a high flow of homeless and people on drugs in the parking lot area. Always look your car and do not leave valuables in the eye sight inside your car.

First time shopping here. I asked the worker for some help. He got exactly what I needed. He even helped me set up with what dress shirt went with the pants and what tie complimented it and then gave me some good ideas for the future. Perfect customer service!Place has some great deals for the clothing they sell.

Clean, great choices, good deals. But, the staff was a little snooty, and not very knowledgeable. I was looking for good old fashioned sheer panty hose, I was going to a high end party and bought a pair of $$$ pumps. I was directed to a small display, which didn't have anything close to what I was looking for. The store was busy. I found what I was looking for at another store nearby and bought 4 pair.

I went into Nordstrom Rack for the first time. I'm not a designer person, so I figured I wouldn't be able to afford anything in there. I WAS wrong! This store is affordable with a lot of different items from fragrance to shoes and all items in between. I will definitely be back and wished I would have not been so closed minded all these years. I'll be back!

One of the best stores around 4 specialty items that are not typical size.In fact I was only there to make sure that I had enough bras, before I move to Arkansas.I even looked at shoes because they have size 11 in women's.I am moving to a very rural area and will have to drive over two hours to get to anything close to a store like the rack.

I like this place, never went home empty handed, because there are something for everyone in the family. Price is not always the best, but return is very easy. My only complain is they don't take swimware back if you got it online. It is not stated on their website. Be aware.

They have a good selection of shoes & cute clothes, but the store's plain clothes security was following me so closely I finally left the store without purchasing anything. I wasn't doing anything questionable, just trying on shoes & looking at some clothes for my child. I ended up buying what I was looking for at JC Penny's instead.

Went in a few days ago for a pick up & the cashier was rude. I let her know I was there for for my pick up and gave her my name just for her to ask rudely for me to spell it out. She seemed annoyed with not just me but the person before me.

Great place to find deals on a wide range of clothing and shoes. Their home section has a fun selection of decor and gifting merchandise. The staff are helpful and knowledgeable of the product, be sure to ask one if you have any questions.

There are amazing piceces of clothing. Very high quality but the price is very expense. A man suit is 100 bucks (they do like you a free bag)! Over all I will be coming back just after I get my pay check😂

Disappointed. The rack used to be so much better. This one was depressing with pleasant but unhelpful staff, they didn't know their inventory and seemed bored. Merchandise disorganized and not worth the price.

Great selection, prices are at least 20% less than I'd expect. Employees are friendly and offered to help me find things. Social distancing was maintained and everything looked clean.

Go online! Much better selection ,sizes&prices&$ in Men’s Dept. & without a police presence to make you feel unwelcome upon exit of store. I’ll be returning my $100 Worth of goods& order other unavail.Brand Items not had at store Online! 😟but I did have a smooth refund process ($25 refunded back to my PayPal account.)prior to my disappointing shopping experience..As the whole Coddingtown Mall has been I might add with Other stores as well...except the Sees Candy shop😃

Great selections but I had a hard time finding my size. Some of the shoes were extremely overpriced- I get that they are luxury brands but they dirty and dusty from sitting on the shelf
