287 CUSTOMERS FOUND MY REVIEW TO BE VERY HELPFULWeekend managers are very disrespectful and .The store was clean organized and most of the employees were helpful and very respectful but the two managers there made this visit a nightmare so that's why the statement that follows* This is the worst store ive ever shopped at The manager ponytail assaulted me while I was writing a complaint against another manager for accusing me of shoplifting after I had left the store ,for at least 3 min. donna came out proceded to start rifiling through my basket looking for a recipt she Donna finds my recipt and took it so I took it back out of her hand and I said you accusing me of shoplifting then call the cops Right now and she just walked away .She knew damn well I had paid for my groceries she watched me pay for them and came out just to hassle me ( she was profiling at the least).and made a comment saying this is why I hate homeless people so much !So I went back in to make my complaint when I was assulted by ponytail manager while writing my complaint ponytail slamms his hand down on my wrist (my dissabled wrist im to have surgery on)while grabbing the complaint I was writing tears it up and walks away im 66 years old and I have never been treated so poorly I will be contacting a lawyer tomorrow morning. Both of these managers were way out of line and should be fired at the minimum and I will be personally suing ponytail & donna unless accountability & responsibility for the actions of these two managers is taken seriously I was embarrassed humiliated and assaulted there must be severe action taken for me to be satisfied . I don't think it would be fare to judge the entire store for these two managers behavior.The manager Brian does not condone this kind of behavior and hope we can come to some kind of agreement.

I live next door to this place and I stopped coming here even for small trips. That should tell you all you need to know. Got ice cream one time and it had obviously melted and been refrozen. Another time noticed a shelf full of milk 5 days past the expiration. Produce is regularly rotten. Place is understaffed and the ownership obviously does not give a cr*p about the customer experience. Skip it.

On more than one occasion this store has charged me more for items on sale i just happened to notice water was on sale to am elderly . Yo get it into cart is tough . I asked cashier and got a snide answer back . Its things like this that make people shop elsewhere .

I just moved to this side of town and started shopping at this Luckys on Bicentennial. The produce is always neatly organized and fully stocked. The store is organized and clean. A courtesy clerk I believe her name is Celeste bagged my groceries and asked if I needed assistance to my car. She was very friendly and helpful.

Go anywhere else. Prices are high. A lot of the perishable items I got were expired as were some dry items. The store is huge and there was no one in it...I wonder why. We got a frozen pizza and it made us all sick. I stopped in here for my first time last night and I highly regret it. The only thing I enjoyed was the playful banter between my cashier (Tom?) And bagger Gwyn. I'd shop the one in Montecito or any competitor before making a stop here. Safeway is down the street

This is absolutely the worst grocery store I’ve ever been to. For starters 99% of the food in there is cancer causing inedible junk. But the worst part is the people who work there. The guy sweeping the floors comes up behind me while I’m walking down the aisle and says “watch out!”. Say whaaat? I’m a customer here. I’ve never been spoken to so rudely by a store floor sweeper. My response? “You watch out”. The woman at the self checkout was incredibly rude as well. I asked for paper bags and received an eye roll and a sarcastic “you want paper in the rain?!”. She then proceeded to watch me like a hawk and when her coworker came over she made some rude comments about me and they both looked at me and laughed. Really?! It’s no wonder no one was in the store. This is where the rejects of society go to work. Btw this lovely experience occurred on 1/2/23 at around 5 pm in case anyone cares in management.

They never have stock on advertised specials in the meat department. I have tried 2 Lucky's in Santa Rosa and run into the same problems at both locations. The only reason they didn't get one star is because their employees are so nice and willing to make things better for you.

This is a great grocery store. Be forewarned that it's HUMONGOUS but it's because they have EVERYTHING you're looking for. When you can't find something just ask anyone for help - they'll treat you like the only thing they have to do today is assist you!I only used to go here when I was headed to Home Depot but now it's my go-to store.It also has the best parking of any grocery store for miles around.

Great grocery store! They have good pricing and there are usually not that many customers. I can come here with my two kids and not feel rushed or in the way. The staff is always welcoming and friendly. The store is clean and the shelves are filled. A hidden gem on the hill!

I am particularly reviewing Lucky on Bicentennial next to Home Depot in Santa Rosa. I like to stop in to this store when I don't feel like dealing with a crowd. It is clean and the people who work here are friendly. On a side note, if you bank with Wells Fargo they have one inside. It is open until 7, double check prior to heading there in case it's changed. Easy parking and it's still free.

I shop late because I’m off from work late and the last thing I would like is to be checked out of the store early. This is my time to myself doing what I need to do. It’s annoying how they have security and cashiers following their customers around because they’re walking around all the over place shopping for their groceries. When I’m going in I’m going to take my time shopping and I don’t need a clerk to just come from behind the counter and act like they’re organizing the shelves and talks to me like I’m done shopping. I’m looking for butter in the freezer section and I got a clerk that assumes I’m done shopping because I reached the orange juice section and security at the register. Makes me feel I can’t shop all I want. Although he was nice in the end but this is the second time I had your damn employees follow me around while I shop.

This Luckys is becoming our go to market for several reasons. Selection, size, location, and ease of shopping. What do I mean by the last item? We shop at different market chains looking for the best deals for what we need. Because this store has a lot space the aisles aren't cramped. The occasional display taking up space in the aisle isn't choking traffic. The extra space allows products to be shown in a better way. Located on Bicentennial, next to the Home Depot, the store is easy to get to and there's always plenty of parking, always. We hope that this store isn't closed by the people that run the chain.

Shopping here made me so thankful that I normally shop at Oliver's. I found their covid procedures lacking, masks and cart cleaning. Saw some stuff for sale beyond the expiration date and the staff, especially the bagger were not especially friendly.

Wanted to put a review in for this store because it is Closed until further notice due to fires. I don't think it is damaged, but parking lot serving as a temp fire camp. Please open soon. My weekly shopping store. Great people. Whole roast chickens are better than costo & other stores. They have all the picky foods my kids like.

This use to be my go to store but Tonight I came into this location after leaving Safeway on Calistoga Rd due to them being sold out of all their yogurt during my trip at Safeway I purchased honey for my yogurt along with a couple other items knowing Lucky's had yogurt.. the woman that was working self checkout at Lucky's then not only got terrifyingly close to me ( compromised immune system and high risk pregnancy of 8 months) but she demanded to go in my purse which had the honey I bought and other items and told me I had to pay for them again at her store ! She had no mask on and didn't hesitate to touch everything of mine so ended up paying twice and throwing everything away not knowing what she's been exposed to. She even mentioned me coming in her store a few days before that when I spent over 400$ implying some sort of I'll intentions. I'm aware we have a lot of theft in this town but I don't appreciate being profiled and harrased like this I'm absolutely shocked and suggest anyone with a compromised immune system to steer clear of this location!

Local supermarket that is never too busy. The cashiers and managers have always been kind, courteous and helpful to me. I have found every item I need at this store. Also next to Home Depot makes it doubly convenient.Art
