Convenient ACE hardware store on Guerneville and Fulton Roads... Staff are super helpful and there’s basic stuff you would find at a hardware store (tools, paint, electrical, etc) as well as decor, plants and gardening stuff. A little pricey but the helpful staff are a plus. Easy parking right out front and a Starbucks next door.

Experience limited! But based on one visit to have a key made when one got damaged at work, I would definitely go here again. There was none of the "waiting around for somebody in the store who could make a key" as you often get at Lowe's or Home Depot. Also if the key needs a minor adjustment, such as if it needs to be pulled out a bit to work, there is still a manual key machine here so a skilled employee possibly can cure that. They do have the same automatic computerized key machine that the big box stores have, which is fine if your key is perfect. The staff here is friendly and welcoming

I went in to have a key cut, as my sister had tried several times to get it cut and none worked or even fit. This Ace, forst try, and it fits and works perfectly. On top of this, the staff are friendly and helpful!

I am giving this business more stars only because of the extra service they did perform upon my inquiry and having to escalate an incident. If I would have starred prior to their fix, it would have been one due to the profiling of my boyfriend that had occured over returning an item. The paint guy is super friendly and cool and the floor manager Eddy is pretty suave. Store had usual Ace products, seemed a little tight for shopping purposes, so the store is a little on the smaller end, but still plenty of product for shopping convenience.

One of my go-to places for finding items I need quickly, when I'm in a pinch repairing things.Good selection of all kinds of items, and the staff is available to help you find whatever you're looking for.They have an in-house key cutting person, full service paint department for any project size, and you can always find that one weird little screw that you lost down the drain and need another one. 😄

The employees are nice, but they gouge you on the prices. I try to go to Friedman's on Todd Rd. unless I need something small and I need it quickly, then I come here as it's close to me.

The staff is very helpful unless they aren't. Actually a majority are great. There is always the exception but even that person is nice and will apologize for forgetting about you. They seem busy every time I see them so from now on I won't ask but it is the one section that I am unfamiliar with all the stuff in there and usually need a bit of advice. They mean well but just don't hold your breath if you want to stay conscious. Just a little joke. It means they take forever to help you if you ask. Oh well, Car per diem.

I've had wonderful experiences in this store.Employees are knowledgeable and helpful, andI've had good luck finding just about everything I've wanted from this store.Last year, they helped me with an item that was not purchased there, and I now have a functioning version of the item I needed. I'm so grateful.Fun when you really need something specific and also fun to shop for things you didn't realize you needed. We are so fortunate to have them here in our neighborhood!

I will not be returning to this location. I needed something hard to get to. They wouldn't ring me up without scanning it, and wouldn't even come help me retrieve the difficult item. Even after me asking, the employees refused to help me. Then an employee saw me struggling and still chose to chat it up with a customer (the customer he had already helped and the customer had already paid and left the store). They were chatting about non related stuff, and the employee watches me struggle to get their product free from THEIR packaging, pay, then I went out and got the of my items (which were so much and cumbersome that I couldn't see where I was going after carrying them all). The employee finished the conversation, watched me walk across the street toward my car, then turned around and walked inside.I interacted with three employees (counting the guy that watched my struggle), and none of them attempted to help me even after I asked.

I have been shopping here since the store opened. The owner and most of the employees have been great over the years. The selection is about what youd expect for a neighborhood hardware store and the prices are low enough for me to avoid a trip to the big stores in most cases.The only reason why this isn't a five star review is that the store manager is a jersey. I'll leave specifics out of this review buti have had several negative experiences with him over the years.

The lady with long hair is the most helpful store employee I have ever met. If she ever leaves Ace Hardware, the entire establishment will fall apart. The store is small and not always well stocked but she brings this whole place to a 4 star hardware store.

They usually have what I need and always at a fair price. $$$ If the item is not on sale there is usually a coupon in their flyer to get you a % off. The store has pretty much everything one would need for their home. Their Hot Deals are always a great buy for the money. Happy shopping.

Well to put it simply. I was lied to and led to believe that there was a shipment of ladybugs coming in. I waited and asked several days in a row only to be informed after waiting patiently they had not been ordered and would no longer be ordered. I shop here for all my garden needs but will now be shopping elsewhere.

This is a nice little hardware store. It's handy to have in the neighborhood, but it's far from comprehensive (there simply isn't room to stick everything). I end up here once or twice a month on average for odds and ends. Friendly staff.

Super Bad Experience.They get me a coupon for signing in on the Ace app so i told my friend and we got two coupons together, but the cashier( Ulysses) didn't want to pass my coupon because he said there was a problem and that the coupon was 5 off 50 when the coupon said 5 off 5, after I persuade him in spanish to pass it because it was 5 he pass the coupon with no trouble. So when my friend wanted to used his coupon the same cashier said the same thing, to the same coupon and before he pass the coupon other cashier(Ralen) moved him and she told us that the coupon that my friend just got that day in the morning was already used the previous week, so I asked for her manager and she didn't called her but said she did so I waited for the manager to help us pass the coupon but she never came so I asked to see when and where the coupon was used but she told me that would be not possible so we just leave.I have no idea why they behave like that and refused to do the sale for using a coupon they told us to get on the app the previous time we were in the store. I don't know if anyone has had a bad experience in this store or if you were using a coupon did they refused to used a coupon you had?By the way the manager(I don't remember her name) was at a point trying to pass my friends coupon but she didn't pass it and when she leave the female cashier(Ralen) told us the coupon was used, again, last week when the coupon was got that day.

You can find almost anything you need at this Ace hardware. The staff is not as friendly as I would like but they're okay. Prices are a little high. The store is clean and very organized

Today two gentlemen helped me fix my tire today .one from chico one from Fresno they went out of their way to help me with my tire because I didn't have the proper tools , best customer service I had In years highly recommended thanks again ACE

Great selection of window and door screen material. Be it 48 inch screens or bigger sized spline which I could not get at the orange place in town. Very helpful and competent staff too.

Stopped by this nice Ace Hardware when I was in town, cant complain, lots of friendly employees, and good selection, normal of an Ace and what they would have. They had what I wanted and then some, and even walked out with a few things I didn't plan to buy hahaha.
