I’ve been to this Dollar Tree a few times and tried to ignore the obnoxious loud mouth employees and the disorganized products here and there, but today was the last straw. The store was so filthy I can’t believe it was opened, doesn’t anyone clean up before opening the door? There was trash all over the floors and some type of oder too Do they even care what people think, obviously not. There was also a girl who was about 2 seconds from having a meltdown whom I thought was a customer but turned out to be an employee. This place and the employees need a serious overhaul, in the meantime I will not be going back

Great Dollar Tree! You can find most things you might want to find at a Dollar Tree at this location. The parking is easy and the clerks are friendly. This is one of the more cleaner well-kept Dollar Tree's around town. Stuff is usually stocked on the shelf, and things are in order. The people who work here are helpful and competent. There's so many fun deals you can get for just a buck! Balloons, stickers, books, kitchen stuff, toiletries, picture frames, candies, cards, office supplies, party goods and of course the seasonal items like Halloween which is around the corner...

This particular Dollar Tree is one of my favorites! Its always clean and well stocked the staff is kind and friendly. The guy ahead of me was obviously disabled and a regular every employee in the store greeted him. Very refreshing!!!

The staff is friendly and always ready to help their customers. My lady is so happy when she comes home from working over there, I love it that she talks nothing but good things about the staff and customers she serves during her work hours. We are really grateful and appreciative for DollarTree😁 it’s staff, management and the awesome 👏 customers!

The Marlow Road Store is so pathetically unprofessional! The staff is always cussing loudly, talking smack & gossiping! Please! I don’t want to hear that while shopping! Leave that stuff at home!!They also can’t count a dime from a nickel!! Let alone run a cash register!! Not only was I was overcharged! But didn’t get half the stuff I was charged for!Not worth the time or the drive even if I lived next door!! So disappointing!

Its always a challenge going in and getting just what you came for. Thats why i quit bringing a list. Everybody working there puts her best foot forward considering everything they have to deal with from the public especially around the holidays. I've been shopping there for 3 years and everybody's always been very friendly to both my dog and I. It's too bad people shopping there disrespect the store I never putting things back where they got them just laying on the floor or wherever which is not the employees fault considering everything they have to do just to keep the shelves stocked and organized. By far it's definitely the nicer Dollar Trees and I shopped at and that's due to all the employees that work so hard to keep it looking so good

I went to the Cleveland Ave store to pick up some things for my boyfriends granddaughters birthday.When I got my stuff and went to check out 2 checkers were talking bad about a customer who had left the store previously . I told them as a customer I do not think it is appropriate to talk that way about a customer or nor is it appropriate to put down othe employees in or around customers. The man told me to mind my own buisness.They were talking over my shoulder to each other . I told them I was the customer and that they should be focusing on the customer while check out their purchases. They got mad and called me Karen for pointing out their bad behavior. The big tall guy told me that it was a privilege to shop at the Dollar store and not a privilege ,and that they had the right to refuse services to anyone they choose. I was not being a " Karen" , as a person with a disability myself I do not condone the behavior they displayed.Making fun of a disabled or handicapped person is never okay and should not be tolerated.

I really like this store. I have never had a grumpy cashier. They are friendly and very nice. And I really appreciate getting so much stuff for so little money!! I will be back!

Out of stock in all silverware except forks, had to replace mine when I realized my 2 year old had been throwing then in the trash every opportunity he got.... They do have a good supply of simple stocking stuffers for Christmas though and you can't feel too guilty when a week later all the pieces are are missing 🤣

What can I say everything is $1.00. This is a real dollar store not one that says it's a dollar store then charges upwards of $5.95 for most items. The amount and quality of what they sell is just incredible. Food, frozen food, makeup, home goods, cleaning supplies, shipping materials, everything is 1 dollar. It's my go to place for cheap easy goods.

I go there all the time, one of the managers is really rude but I think she's just bitter. They don't open at 8 on Saturday, false advertisement. Great store though.

Terrible service! I've never been treated so poorly. The 'manager' darren or daryl (the one with the nose piercing) shooed me away like an animal. I asked him to be more polite but his responses got worse. He stood and just stared at me til I got uncomfortable. After I asked another worker, Pamela, for his name I was ignored. She tried to ignore me til I asked to see a manager (unless it was the man I had just encoutered). She called over the same man and infront of all the customers yelled at me to keep complaing and then walked away. I aswell as the other customers were left baffled at his repulsive attitude.

Not a bad dollar store. A bit small, with the typical layout, and items. It is a very popular place and lines are usually long, but staff is always friendly and helpful.

Obviously, the Marlow store had just recieved pallets of inventory. I found the store easy to navigate and well stocked..Jeremy a manager, I believe, helped me with several questions. Very helpful and polite.

Have witnessed the employees working to keep lines moving and stock off the floor. Restocking days can be difficult for customers but as a rule things are fairly decent.
