I went to Vons with my grandmother today and we got the Gatorade that’s on sale. We went through self checkout. The sale price didn’t come off. Tiffany took the time to help us download the app and get us the deals. She was very nice and patient.

I just went into this location. Everyone is friendly, and the store is clean. There is a large selection of items. My cashier was Rosa and she was so kind and had a welcoming smile on her face. I did not get the name of the gentleman that was bagging my groceries… he was kind. I will definitely be back to this Vons. Keep up the good work team. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Only reason I’m giving one star is because they have good offers now and then. I usually shop here because I like their offers like I mentioned before but every time I shop they don’t give me the advertised discounts. Every time I come to the store they pull me to the side like if I was a criminal, and make me wait and re scan everything all over again, they toss my food when I literally hate my food getting smashed! They don’t care about customers and they literally make you feel like your money don’t matter. The cashiers are always joking around with management they seem to be more interested in that than helping customers. I went today and told Tiffany the supervisor I have problems with my account and she gave me the worst attitude, made me feel like I was stealing from them and wasting their time just because I asked her to give me the advertised price. She was mad doing my transaction the whole time, tossing my food and just in general this store could care less about this review as well. I’m sure they will read it and just laugh it off! so yeah, I think customers money is too little for vons management they can discard of customers as they please just remember Albertsons stores went down so can you .

I don't know what is going on with Vons . . But the price of everything keeps going up and the store looks un organized and they are out of a Lot of stuff all the time. I have been shopping at this Vons store for six years and now I'm going to other stores. . Ralph's and WinCo and I'm getting more for less money and hassle of not having what I want in the store

Horrible! Usually only one clerk. Hours are 9-5 so you have to leave work to go do any banking. If I want to use atm need to go during grocery hours. Only other wf atm is at another shopping center and if you go on a Friday evening forget it no cash available.

Clean Vons with the usual plus a nice meat department. Service was fast. Some of the meat items on my list were not available but maybe the same everywhere (Dec. 2022).

Great experience. Told the sales person what I wanted and she took me right to it. Great clean store. I just went there today.(Thursday) On some things ,they were low on stock. Like cookies some juices and lunch meats. But every thing else was pretty much ok. Corned beef brisket was on sale. I stocked up! Yay .I love Dennison's chili no beans. They quit stocking it at this Vons. Replaced it with store brand. Not good

I ordered my groceries online and picked them up at the new “drive up” service. Apparently, I was the first customer to use this service. Frank (manager) and a few of his staff members brought my groceries to my car. They were so nice and helpful, they also gave me some flowers, very nice. The drive up service is very very convenient and the online ordering is easy. Give it a try!

I did the order and pick up.The ordering was easy, The pickup was easy they had all my items.The only bad thing is i don't think they put your Vons card number in. That's the only reason I gave them a 4-star, oh also for those people who have EBT they do not accept it on the app, So they will not be able to do the order and pick up. So for some of the disabled and elderly who the order and pickup would be good for but they are on EBT will not be able to do the order and pick up.They would have to actually go inside and shop for themselves.Maybe Vons can change that somehow!

The employees are awesome, but the store will carry products for a little while and then they stop. Numerous items that I have bought and enjoyed from Vons in Santa Paula, are not there the next time I shop.. Very frustrating. We could do with another super market in town for competition.

There's usually good selections in the fruit, veggies, and meats but it is a very rare occasion that I don't end up in a line of at least 4 people's waiting to checkout. It doesn't seem to matter what day or time I come, they never seem totally prepared. It also isn't too uncommon to not have small hand carts as you walk in because they're all by the registers.

I just wanna write a review about I girl that helped me to in the bakery. Nevaeh (I think that was her name) was such a sweet girl I saw her and asked where some of the groceries I was looking for were and directed me towards them when I couldn’t find one of the items she really took the time to help me which I appreciate because a previous employee I asked for help was a little rude when giving direction nevaeh wasn’t even in her department and she had no problem helping me

Vons seems to have forgotten there's a Pandemic. On a Saturday they decided to stop the controlled check out procedure that was working well. Today, Sept 19 2020, nothing but chaos. You couldn't stay 6 ft away from people no matter how you try. I left my cart and left the store. If customer gas covid, there's a much greater chance someone else is getting it today in Vons. So thanks for that!

Have they even looked at the sad condition this store is kept in? The produce area has garbage all over the floor, the parking lot looks no one has picked up trash for months, management needs to start paying some attention to details.

Vons is a corporate supermarket what can you say about that? I noticed the prices seem higher than the Vons in Ventura, but prices have been going up so fast I can't be sure.

Same as always. Expensive and busy but the only store here in Santa Paula so we put up with it. I don't hate Vons, I like its just that I wish they had more groceries stores in town.

I use to work for Vons(I WISH I STILL DID) and I just Loved being a Checker and having my regulars! I miss it!
