Whole Foods Market offers a delightful shopping experience for anyone prioritizing organic and natural foods. The store's layout is spacious and well-organized, making it easy to find a variety of high-quality produce, vegan and gluten-free options. The staff is notably friendly and knowledgeable, always ready to help or offer recommendations. Although prices can be a bit higher compared to other grocery stores, the quality of the products justifies the cost. The prepared food section is a highlight, featuring a range of tasty, healthy options for quick meals. Overall, Whole Foods is a great destination for those who are health-conscious and willing to invest in top-notch groceries.

Standard selection of vegan items; has a custom juice bar (bonus!) and still has the local’ish feel.Unfortunately as with the rest, a key draw to visit (local organic items brought in by the choice of each shop (and quality standards)) all but disappeared when they were acquired by Amazon.Thankfully, unlike the shops in NorCal, they do not charge extra for vegan milks.

The definitive retail manifestation that society is rigged toward the in crowd placating itself on the exploited labor of the outcast masses. Here at the Venice location you'll witness a clientele as prettily packaged as the unnecessary treats and superfluous beverages of astronomical variety and abundance. Yes you can get staples here and an impressive selection of good fruits and vegetables but if you think about it for 2 seconds 90% of this place is smug, frivolous, unnecessary, and not sustainable.

I called the Whole Foods location and spoke with Adrian from the seafood section. I want to express my gratitude for his exceptional assistance with my order with the Oysters. He had it prepared ahead of time, and it's evident that he went above and beyond to help me. I truly appreciate his dedicated and cheerful support. Adrian's exceptional assistance not only surprised me but also impressed me. His proactive approach extended to effectively communicating the message to his team members, demonstrating a high level of coordination. I definitely also appreciated his Team members as well for being helpful when I walked straight to the meat department they knew right away what my order was. I appreciate the outstanding efforts for you all Thank you so much.

This is the tiniest Whole Foods I've ever been to.We are WFM fanatics and try to only shop there. I love this store because I can walk here in 5 minutes, find most of my items I need for a meal, and recently got to return some Amazon packages. But most of the customers are impolite, pushy and mean to staff!Bless these patient & tolerant staff!!@@We choose to shop at Wilshire for more products and more space!

Worst Whole Foods I have been in. The staff were not helpful or friendly. The store is tiny with tight aisles. Seems like robots work here with no awareness of customers. Could not wait to pay and get out of this place.

Good clean food in a very small space. If tight spaces bother you, don't shop here. The isles are barely wide enough for 2 carts to squeeze by. Service with a smile is also hard to find here. There's a limited selection, but the products are good.

The limited selection, I understand. It’s a small grocery store and does it’s best. The *live bugs* making a happy little colony in the Kale I bought, on the other hand, was pretty freaking gross. Please don’t sell kale that has hundreds of little aphids in it. It means I don’t get to have the ingredients I need.

The fishmongers are exceptional. However, the floor staff is rude. I used to shop there every other day, until the floor staff gave me a hard time about bringing my bike in. I felt it was hypocritical since they allow in dogs, strollers, and everything else. All things that take just as much space and/or can ruin merchandise. I’ve seen dogs smell produce and lick sushi boxes. Also, Trader Joe’s across the street is far more welcoming, has better prices, and allows bikes. So, now, I go there instead.

This review is for the location on Wilshire Blvd, Santa Monica, they have underground parking which is helpful, it's a smaller Whole foods compared to the one in Venice but is still a wonderful source for produce, meats, everyday staples.

The staff is rude for no reason. Staff is also constantly talking to themselves loudly and ignoring customers, which seems to be a theme in these reviews. You also hear them badmouth customers and they just generally seem upset to be at work. Not good vibes.

Small Whole food store with a nice upscale selection. Parking alongside and back. Helpful employees. Two bathrooms

Very clean and since it is a particularly small space hidden away on Montana north of Wilshire, it’s not as crowded compared to the larger Whole Foods in Brentwood and Santa Monica proper. There is no in store alcohol section, but there is an attached liquor and wine store with a large selection of booze if desired. Don’t expect the large prepared foods stalls and counter you always see at the larger Whole Foods.

This store is unprofessional. Asked for the manager Ashley I was scheduled to meet and she was on break but 10 minutes later she showed up and said she would be right with me. She had another employee come out to tell me that my meeting was for the next day which was inaccurate as I had confirmed 4 times with employee Chris who had called me about the meeting. The worst service and Ashley the manager needs to be reviewed by her supervisor for the unprofessionalism. Won’t be coming to this location moving forward

I shop weekly at Whole Foods. I just went to Whole Foods in Pasadena and it was great and huge...Only, Pasedena's Hlwhole food , doesn't have pasteurized chicken..and everything else was perfect.

Do these employees ever get enough of laughing like hyenas and screwing around? Enough already! It’s too much! They’re obnoxious! They clearly have disdain for their job and the people they serve. Many times I almost purchased hot bar items but they’re back in that corner talking and laughing right over the food (no exaggeration). It’s too much! You’d think it’s Mardi Gras or Cinco Friggin de Mayo. To corporate: it’s time to have a layoff here. Get rid of these rude employees. By the way, there are a few really great employees but they’re all new.

Good quality food, good service, location, and plenty of parking space. Kinda pricey, but the fresh food is worth it!

Was standing in line with my husband and right when it was our time to pay, I see this woman grab a detergent from a shelf by the cashier and approach our cashier ( named Christian )! and ask him if she can pay for it claiming she forgot to do so. This young woman had her mask on her chin as well. It was not on her face. Christian the cashier tells us to wait and starts helping this woman . Really ? I ask for a manager , they tell me she is at the meeting and add she will be free in one hour. I saw they were telling me lies so I call the store in 10 minutes. Lucy the manager answers the phone. She started telling me how she was not there and she can’t tell that’s what happened and that they don’t reinforce the mask policy. I understand they don’t care about good customer service, or don’t care about anyone’s safety. They are just there to get their money with minimal work , no professionalism and no costumer service .

Smaller store and yeah parking looks daunting though I've always found a spot. Love the fact that this location has a wine shop inside. Wonderful selection of essentials. They make good use of the limited space they have. Easy to pop in while shopping on fun Montana.

They have a well stocked supply of supplements. This store needs more space between aisles, the customer service is very helpful on all levels. The music is very loud, hard to concentrate. A more soothing type of music would be appreciated. The products are very health oriented, which is great.

Re-review. Solid little spot to grab groceries on Montana. Good selection - and helpful staff. Can have waits during busy times - and might not have EVERYTHING you need - but good to grab the basics.

Love this store, even though it's tiny and crowded in the evenings. The quintessential neighborhood grocery with a WF label on it, this place has incredibly helpful staff plus great produce. Visit the Little Free Library out front.

There wasn't anyone cleaning the carts upon my arrival. I had my own sanitizer wipes to do the job. Everything else was good. Shout out to the cashier who was really friendly, looking out for my cares.

The person working at the coffee kiosk was really great, but the cashier didn't seem to understand the system the store had for paying for coffee, so she tried to double charge us. Someone had to come explain how the store's system worked. Then there were some cookies that were marked very clearly as being half off, but when scanned, were not updated in the system, and she refused to give them to us for the marked price. This would all be fine, I assumed this person was new to the job or something and who's about to complain about the price of some cookies. However, this cashier were so incredibly rude to us the whole time despite my whole family trying to clear up the price discrepancies as politely as possible! Absolutely appallingly rude!

A jerk had his dog roam in the produce section which is health risk. I saw the dog harassing a toddler making her scream . Manager said we don’t care.

The Whole Foods on Montana is much smaller than other Whole Foods stores I've been in. However, the space does have a nice charm to it, and the food selection and level of customer service isn't much different from other Whole Foods stores that I'm more familiar with. I would say this location is definitely good for a quick "get-in, get-out" shopping experience.

The only reason they get 2 stars it's because of Alberto in the prepared foods area. He was so nice and was very busy while 2 other workers were talking and I know they saw me and another guy waiting to order but their conversation was more important. Alberto asked them to help us and they ignored him. We waited 5 minutes and they were still talking. THANK YOU ALBERTO! The store it self was okay but I bought two items that were not fresh or maybe expired.
