My first experience here physically. The store is bright and clean, the people are nice to give assistance and discount when I don’t have Amazon Prime Account.The place has almost everything we need with high quality and good selections. Except they don’t have yoghurt starter and bean sprouts for some reason. Well, I guess my need is more unique.Over all, this place is more expensive and it naturally filters out some buyers. Check out is fast and fewer shoppers are onsite that gives shoppers a relaxed atmosphere to pick and choose what to buy.I like it because it is not like a maze that I have to go everywhere to get what I want. Very nice place for quick shopper like me.I also don’t take too many photos as people already post many here.

Nice!Variety of food.Spacious, you can roll with your shopping basket without any fender benders.Or oops "sorry"Picked up some warm food as well and ate right outside at the tables there.Nice fresh air.Overall, satisfy.I'll go back in the near future.

Disappointed to say the least. Came here after a long shift working at the hospital to return holiday items on the last day of the return window. I was told they weren't accepting Amazon returns and had too many to process. When I asked about returning, I was told to drive around to other locations. When I asked for help in understanding where to go because I had already driven here and just moved to the area, I was told to call. When I asked for help yet again, the manager with zero level of kindness, helpfulness, or empathy told me she told me to call. Jyma? Sad level of customer service and welcome to my new home. Then she told me no whole foods would be talking my return, and I was out of luck. She repeatedly turned her back to me and clearly was trying to embarrass me. She should be embarrassed. I was a customer asking for help. And starving after not eating on my 12 hour shift, but I will not be spending a penny at whole foods. Trader Joe's for the win instead where employees are happy friendly kind and make my long day better. Good luck to this location. I would skip it. Call Amazon directly and use UPS, not Whole Foods.

Overall 5 for attitude, cleanliness and staff; Food Bar is 3-4; Amazon Returns 3-4 only because there is one station, not fault of the employees.I’ve been to several WF in the area and this is the best in terms of cleanliness, staff attitude and low crowds. While food bar is lower, I occasionally eat it. Then organic produce selections can get low though so coming when there are plenty depends on the hours.I was torn to post because I don’t want more people coming here, but ultimately I want to give a shout out to the staff. 🌸

It is expensive store, but quality is great.I love their fresh salad and hot foods bar.This particular store is not so big comparing to the one in Downtown LA.If you feel like eating there, they have outdoor seatings and a couple next to the little coffee shop inside the building.$7.99 per pound of salads; hot veggies, or meats from hot bar.

Love this store for many reasons- it is cheaper than normal Whole Foods store, however with less selections on some items and not as fine. You will be able to find all you need with vegetables all the way to cooking condiments and alcohol. The arrangements also is very easy to navigate around the store with more space between the aisles. The coffee place (great coffee I must say!) inside the store is quite convenient especially if you just wanna grab a coffee and shop at the same time without having to move around to two different shops. Amazon integrated the lockers there so you can pick up your amazon orders there. Quite a neat experience shopping here. The store is not so crowded during off peak hours and it’s located by the neighborhood of Venice! It’s becoming my go to store for grocery shopping

After the revitalization of Virginia Ave Park across the street, this neighborhood gained a new corner development anchored by this 365 store. Massive improvement for the neighborhood and perfect location for Whole Foods' budget brand.Probably the cleanest grocery store I've ever seen. I'm not in the habit of leaving grocery store reviews, but this place is inspiring. Bright and open with tall exposed ceilings and low shelves, it feels like an example of what a grocery store could be if it tried. With reasonably priced items and a beautiful selection, I wish I lived close enough to shop here every time.Notes: Bathrooms do have changing stations for kids (most grocery store bathrooms do not).Smallish parking lot with free EV charging stations.

My dios mios, what can I not say upon moving into an old neighborhood where Mexican markets in truck formation were still around—so little produce selection highlighting any and all the important veggies for a great stew or stir fry. Unbelievable prices and amazingness at every turn—you be the magic you want to be—important files of calories and hot plates ready to serve the hungry college students a few hundred feet. Selection is very limited, not certain you know if you want said items but good regardless. There was something here for everyone.

This store is ok. Mostly can find anything here. But the restroom situation is bad. You need to buy something before you can get a code for the restroom. Meaning you need go to the restroom with all the food and what if it’s an emergency?

Be really careful of the food bar at this particular Whole Foods. It’s probably the second time I’ve had a really bad experience with it, so I think they must be doing something wrong as far as keeping it fresh or even sanitary.

Im giving them 5 out of 5 because the staff is friendly, the store is clean, and the veggies are fresh. They have a TON of Vegan options! I live just two blocks away, and its no nice to know that I can go there anytime to buy my Vegan cheese, Mayo, pizza, and milk. Also, I was so happy to see they have Vegan ice cream. And lots of it!!

The prices are higher than in many stores for same products. I do not know why they call it discounted 365.... They used to sell papays for 99 a pound , then this week it became 150 a pound. That is a large increase.Unfair to their customers..Nearby stores with better prices might be Costco if you buy larger amounts..There are not big lines here at Whole Foods. Not much special about this location. They need to reduce prices. Santa Monica College nearby , students are not rich as Beverly Hills residents.I request the management not to manipulate prices, based on how much they sell. If you sell a lot, then charge more. Guys this is food , not a car dealership ok?

It's a good store except for the profiling of customers. I shop here weekly and pay for ALL of my groceries like everyone else except I just dress super comfortable & am followed by security guard or workers assuming I would steal LOL. I literally own a house down the block. I find it humorous but quite annoying.

Features great outdoor seating. Free parking. Parking lot provides one dlot for electric vehicles. Free charging.The store is across from Virginia Ave Park. Check out the farmers market on Saturdays in this park.

Meh Whole Foods market. I've been to much better Whole Foods in the area. I went to get some Italian meats there and a baguette but they did not have a fresh deli section like most Whole Foods I've been to. They also did not have any daily fresh bread like every other whole foods. It was also a weirdly laid out store.

Functional Whole Foods market with outstanding parking. Wells Fargo, CVS drug store and Starbucks make this an easy stop for somewhat overpriced quality prepared foods and higher end groceries. No like the staff here - always helpful. Not cheap, but good stuff.

Whole Foods always seems to have few things on the shelf that aren't really whole food, despite its name. The selection is equivalent to a Kroger or Safeway Organics section. Very disappointed.

They used to have the best square pizza ever and recently they changed the recipe. The dough and sauce and totally different, the pepperoni is completely new, the cheese doesn't even taste like cheese. Overall very dry and just not the same. The store is still clean and fresh however.

As a Black, educated woman who would frequent this establishment on lunch breaks, I am taking the stance to personally boycott Whole Foods from today onward. I went into the store to purchase produce for tonight’s dinner. I was in the store for about 30 minutes. I went through self checkout, purchased all of my items, and left. Once I was settled inside of my car, I noticed the Store Team Lead, Ivana Munguin facing my direction with her phone angled towards me in one hand and talking into a walkie talkie in another. At this point, I’m a little confused. I exited my vehicle and said “excuse me” more than once. She pretended as though she did not hear me until I was now facing her. I followed up with, “Hi, can I help you?” She then goes “an associate said they saw you put supplements in your bag.” At this point, I am beyond shocked and in disbelief because that was a bold face lie. I don’t recall even making it near the supplements aisle. I stopped to look at the essential oils because I wanted to grab lavender oil, but quickly changed my mind. I said “oh no no no you can search my bag”. She says “I can’t search your bag we haven’t checked the cameras yet” and dismisses me. At this point I’m not backing down because they falsely accused me of stealing which I was not going to take lightly. We exchange words and the conversation somewhat escalates. She’s raising her voice and now I’m raising my voice. I have never felt more humiliated and degraded in my life. I literally cried the entire ride home. I felt defenseless and defeated in that moment. Ivana was very rude, condescending, dismissive, and down right disrespectful! Instead of deescalating the situation and providing closure, she made matters worse. Never once did she offer up an apology. All she kept saying was “you approached me!” Well yes, of course I did. She was literally taking photos of me/car unprovoked.
