A+, there is a lot to be said that I gave this place a stellar review, especially given my review history. This is literally the fourth Groomer in Santa Monica I’ve tried, and SAFE to say the last. ROD is fantastic. From personality, speed, availability, pricing and overall customer service, he overshadows the rest. Don’t waste your time anywhere else.

If you’re looking for an excellent cat groomer your search stops here! I searched high and low for a good cat groomer and couldn’t find a good one (there are some with horrible reviews out there or way too expensive). I was recommended Pet Affaire by a fellow cat lady and was not disappointed! They took good care of my boy and eased my anxiety as it was my cats first time being groomed (I think I was more nervous than my cat was). Excellent service and price. I will be returning when it’s time to get my cat groomed again.

The Best Groomer in Santa Monica and the west side! Charlie looked amazingly handsome and very happy with his spa treatment. Very hard to find a trustworthy groomer. Highly recommend!

Brought my cat in for a nail trim and ear cleaning. Great price and ever better service. Rod was super helpful and took great care of toffee. He was done in under 10 minutes! Will definitely be back for futuring grooming.

Very nice people here. I think they charge reasonable prices. They made an error with my dogs cut and were very kind about it when I mentioned it days later. They fixed it without a fuss. I think it says a lot about a business how they handle these issues. I will definitely come back. Support local!!

This place is amazing, the ownership make me and especially my dog (Elizabeth) feel comfortable and safe. They seem to really care and that’s the most important thing to me. Prices are great and even a bit lower than a few places I’ve been to in Venice.So happy I found them.

Absolutely wonderful service! They took great care of our elderly Yorkie who desperately needed grooming! Brought her in before 8:00 am Saturday and she was out by 11:00 am. Got a referral from a neighbor that they have been in business for over 30 years and everyone in the neighborhood goes there. Nothing but wonderful reviews. ❣️👍 And reasonable price. We have found a new groomer!! So happy! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Good place to bring your kitties. I was worried about a groomer not familiar with grooming cats vs dogs but this place was great! Went in for a shampoo and sanitary cut and they gave my princess a blowout and filed her nails down a bit.

The Pet Affaire is between Marine and Pier. I have suggested this change on this location as Google maps leads you a block away. You can't park on Lincoln until 9am so it makes it a little tricky for drop off in the early morning with so much traffic and street cleaning restrictions on Marine and Pier on various days. Even still this place is worth getting too!

We couldn't figure out why our Schotzi absolutely refused to walk on the east side of the street by.our home. Come to find out he did not want go near The Pet Affair. I understand that in back of the shop it's like a sweat shop
