Called for an appointment beforehand. They asked for the breed. I said it was a cat and that it was a domestic shorthair. Despite not taking any cats due to a lack of a certified cat groomer, they still took our appointment. It was only when we got there the next day after waiting in line when we were told that they could not take in cats. Thanks.

Prices have gotten too high, the service is good and they do a fine job and the groomers are very nice, but I think the price is unreasonable and I might have to look somewhere else. It is particularly bad since I have multiple dogs. The club discount offer is also a joke. They expect you to pay $25 a month, which equals $300 a year to save about $19 for each grooming session.Let me reiterate the service is good and the groomers are very nice.

Brenda is so great! Very welcoming, personal and caring. My nearby pert i is more convenient, but I drive the extra few minutes because I like the cutover service and personal touch.

The stylist wasn’t trying to understand, although I even showed two pictures of my dog and the haircut I wanted for him. But he was reluctant and kept saying I can’t see his body. Well, you can see his face and his legs, and you are an expert. Can’t you figure out what hair length would be suitable for the body? And then he goes back there with an attitude that the other stylist goes: yeaaah I know! They forgot there is a glass door and I can see them. In fact, I could even hear them.

I didn't wait long for the rabies shot. One has to make an appointment by going thru the website. Other places charge more. Vet also gives the dog a mini exam.

Brought our dog in on time at 2pm. Waited almost 2hrs. No courtesy call. Had to call twice and when questioned about it was lied to my face and given attitude and straight up ignored by the man with glasses working at the cash register in the grooming section 4pm today. My dog was wet and not taken care of properly. We will never go here again. Not worth the price and extremely poor customer service. It deserves less than one star and I will be contacting the higher ups over this treatment.

The undercoat of our husky looked NO different from when I dropped him off. He had hair flying everywhere when they brought him out and hair continues to fly off of him even now! When questioned, I was told to bring him back in two weeks to be brushed?!?!? He also did not smell as if he was even washed with shampoo, but just hosed down with water. Extremely disappointed for this $100 service! If you are not capable of grooming certain breeds, your customers should be advised of this when booking the appointment!

Love the new policy of 25% off if order online and pick up in store. Seems like a steep discount to me for this option, but not complaining about saving money! Santa Monica location is always well stocked and ample parking.

I love the groomer and forgot to get her name. She is very kind and friendly. DeeDee is my baby and is very nervous but when I picked her up this past time she was not shaking so bad so I know DeeDee had been handled with care!!!
