GOT FLEAS! My dog got fleas after grooming there, it was a hassle for us to rid. They don't clean their storage kennels, so a clean dog goes into a dirty kennel. This is the third time and the worst, so we are done. On top of that, my dog's tail was limping after the groom and his tail is always curled. When I called them to ask if something might have happened, the guy answered said a manager or owner will call you back. No call back and this has been 2 weeks now, no respect or courtesy for a long-time customer. Awful place.

This place is wonderful. It was our first time there. The owner Neal is a great guy, and Cormick in the grooming department did an absolutely miraculous job!! We will definitely be going back!

Neil gave me great advice when he suggested that I try their Yucca supplement (drops) for my 13-year-old cat who has arthritis…. Ziggy, my cat, had had a bad reaction to a pharmaceutical drug for arthritis so after two doses, I quit doing it.The Yucca drops are working!The big boy (he is a 25 pound Siberian cat) has resumed getting up onto my bed by climbing onto a box & then up onto the bed, and then hopping down from it with no problem!Thanks for providing great holistic alternatives, and for the good advice, Neil!

I called yesterday to see if I can get a nail trim appointment for my cat, and the person I spoke to said I don't need an appointment, and that I can bring my cat in tomorrow for a walk in between 9am and 2pm. I called this morning to confirm and he said yes, no problem. I told him I have to heavily sedate my cat in order to have his nails trimmed, and he said that as long as I bring him in between 9am and 2pm it should absolutely be no problem. I told him I will be there at 1:30pm and he said that should be fine. All good so far...I arrive around 1:30 (which is what we agreed on) and the man was helping other guests, so a lady speaks with me and informs me that their groomer left early because their last appointment cancelled. The next groomer won't be in until 4:30pm, and is allergic to cats. What?However, she said if I hold my cat down he is willing to trim his nails. I ask what the price will be and she says $15, which is the full price. I'm now expected to wait 3 hours and bring my cat back in and hold him down while he gets his nails trimmed, all because there are no groomers available after I made it VERY clear when I will be there. It seemed like just another day to them. Even the customers were looking concerned as they knew this was a very big mistake.I was beyond frustrated. Not much makes me angry, but this sure did! This was my first and ONLY time coming here, and if you value service I suggest you try somewhere else. Unfriendly, unhelpful, and incompetent. I was fortunate to call my old groomer who could take my cat right away, and I'll be going to them from now on. DON'T BOTHER WITH THIS PLACE.

Bonnie (my dog) and I are so grateful to My Pet Naturally and to Neil specifically.She had some health issues that we could never get regulated and I mentioned them to Neil. He helped me switch her dog food and recommended some supplemental drops and she has been great ever since.I also have her groomed there and 10/10 recommend. It’s also very affordable for grooming.Love this place!

Didn't see it at first but a few hours after the cut noticed that there was large patch of extra short shaved hair under his left ear. Right side was a little better and less noticeable, but I've already had a few people ask what happened, thinking that spot was shaved due to an injury.

Great local pet store with great prices that are better than the big website. I like the owner and we geek out about our chickens every time I see him. The staff is always nice, the place is clean, well organized and massive selection for all pets. Highly recommend

This review is for Crisia the groomer at My Pet Naturally. We have tried pretty much every grooming salon in the area with varying results. The one thing we could not find was any measure of consistency.On the other hand since we have started using Crisia as our groomer for our Cocker Spaniel we have found her to be consistently excellent.From her pleasant demeanor to the obvious love and care she has for our dog. You just can't fake that.But all of that wouldn't count for much if she wasn't such a good groomer. She listens to our requests and executes them to a high standard.All of the grooming we have had from her has been above average. She cares and it shows in her work.Highly, highly, recommended.

Updating my positive review as of today: September 6th 2023It's always something when you go into this establishment. Just a few days ago their CC swiped didn't work so they manually entered in all of my CC info which I believe you're not allowed to do by law.I live 1 block from this retail store and went to pick up food which I do weekly (for the last 3 years) I went to pay with a $50 bill and the buyer / short balled guy working was acting all weird about it, so I asked him if there was a problem. "I'm not sure if this is real" and he proceeds to call the owner over. The owner doesn't look at it, doesn't test it, doesn't run it through anything to verify his suspicion and then walks back out with a wad of different bills that "were all counterfeit" .....I asked him why he was even holding on to all of that or why he hadn't turned that into the police and he said "for training purposes" well clearly that's not working if you have that many counterfeit bills.If you're not taking to them Bank ( if you did they will immediately confiscate it) to verify and you're not using any other source of verification how do you determine that? Is that even legal? They have cameras, and they also make require you to provide a name no matter what type of payment method you're using (which I don't know why) so they are probably able to backtrack and see how, or who took counterfeit money. The reason why you call the police is so that they can match it up with anything else going on in the area and determine what's really happening, AND it's for your protection and others. There should be a training for all retailers so they know how to follow the laws. I don't have time to deal with treatment like that and the bill is real. Thanks for a very unfortunate and uncomfortable situation.

My Pet Naturally has been such a great find. They have that old school friendly neighborhood shop thing going on, with great recommendations as well. They carry great products and have good prices. So convenient next to Trader Joe’s and plenty of parking. The owner and shop works have given me great advice on more than one occasion for my Mini Aussie. Feels good to support them.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I called to see if they carried the dog food I need. They said no, but they’d special order it for me. I’ve been waiting a week, and was told today, the day they said it would be in, that they never ordered it. My dogs need this food. They only have a couple of meals left. If your employees can’t make a simple order, you should probably let them go.

I went here looking for some treats/chews for my dog – they have a decent selection! However, I left because I was pretty put off by the attitude of the dog groomer. She was yelling at the dog she was grooming. The dog was barking at her and clearly upset/fearful but she was just yelling at the dog & waving her hands. I imagine grooming dogs that are “uncooperative” is difficult; however, you should have a basic knowledge to know that you are NOT going to be able to calm a dog down if you’re yelling and circling it and waving your hands all around. She could’ve at least tried to calm the dog down by giving it a treat or a break or stepping away but instead she was shouting “NO!” over and over and swatting her hands and seemingly trying to ‘intimidate the dog’ to stop barking.I have a dog that can sometimes be nervous and I would absolutely not trust that specific groomer with my own dog based off of what I saw today. It’s important to have a person who can groom your dog, but it is probably even more important that person is also calm and knows how to behave around dogs.Maybe I just witnessed an “off day” but I would’ve been really angry & upset if that was my dog being treated that way. I am positive that that dog I saw today will continue to not like being groomed in the future/will continue to be afraid because it was just yelled at over & over by a stranger.I was going to buy something but after witnessing that, was disinterested in supporting the business and walked out.If you get your dog groomed here, I’d suggest being there during the appointment to make sure your dog isn’t treated similarly.

Love this pet food shop for my cats! The staff are friendly and helpful. They carry N&D , Nulo, Fussie Cat, etc. They also carry vitamins, and other pet health products. They have dog and cat grooming services too. Parking lot is shared with Trader Joe's and a bank.

Grooming services were expensive and produced no positive results. Dog smelled about the same as when she went in, and already itching quite a bit, also had plenty of loose fur still and dander on top of coat. For the high price tag I'd like to give this place 0 stars, because I received about 0 results from the grooming. Waste of time and money.

This is my first time using My Pet Naturally for grooming. All my Poodles have been going to Tender Loving Care for 28 years. After deciding to leave TLC after a horrible experience with new owners , I took a chance and came here. I am beyond impressed with the level of service and grooming they provided my pets. Ivan The groomer really knows his trade with styling. I am so happy to find a New groomer and Grooming facility I can trust. Prices are beyond fair and reasonable for the WestSide. First time my 2 poodles weren’t caged before grooming . 5 ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I will be posting pics on Yelp !Thank you for a great experience 🙏🏼

Went in to see what they had and was immediately surprised at the huge selection they have of top quality kibble, raw food, recipes, treats, vitamins, supplements and products.I grabbed some Open Farm dog food and several salmon rolls, supplements and more treats. They have a huge variety and selection of healthy treats for dogs and cats.My English bulldogs have food allergies but I was still able to find lots of things they can eat and enjoy.They love their snacks from My Pet Naturally. I will definitely be back to grab more stuff for my spoiled babies.

My Pet Naturally is the Best place I have ever found for dog/pet food, treats and supplies. Neil has a vast amount of knowledge in the healthy pet food industry, the brands they carry are excellent and their prices are very reasonable. The staff is very courteous, helpful and extremely knowledgeable as well. They will take the time to discuss your pets needs, and make recommendations to you, based on your requirements. They have delivery and curbside pick up, which is a real plus, and will order specialized items for you. I’ve been going there for years and can’t say enough about them!

I’m here visiting from out of town and my Maltese needed her nails trimmed. While the groomer was working on her, the owner explained the different types of raw food. He was so helpful and informative. Everyone that worked there was friendly and the owners (huge) dog was so sweet and let me pet him before falling back to sleep. My daughter lives here and is thinking about getting a dog and I think this experience brought her one step closer. Thanks for the great experience guys!

I never got recognized as a customer. I was unable to get any customer service. I have three cats that need grooming and I was interested in buying some dental care products.I checked out the product prices were kind of high but hey I had some questions I waited waited waited the female employee continue to have a conversation with the customer she'd already checked out just glancing at me never knowledge me never said I'll be with you in a moment I walked around the store trying to wait for her to get done the gentleman employee was waiting on a man never got any customer service he never got a hello nothing so I walked out.

Wow, where do I even start?! When we first got our puppy I searched all over Santa Monica, Playa Vista and MDR for a small business pet store that sold minimal ingredient food, treats and toys for our soon to be puppy!! We now go every 1-3 weeks to restock and I am so happy I found them. Loyal customer for life! My Pet Naturally did not disappoint! They have great stock of so many nationally known brands - if you are looking for the best, single ingredient foods and treats you must pay them a visit! Their employees are knowledgeable and extremely friendly! They always go above and beyond to give us a wonderful experience!

The store owners are friendly, helpful, and really show how much they love animals, if your pet is w/ you. Lois, the groomer, is one of a kind and so experienced. I have never found a groomer who can groom my big, crazy Lab w as much care... he is so calm when I pick him up. He would refuse to get out of the car at the previous groomer and vet. When we pull into the Trader Joe lot he is excited to go in. And the owners greet us so sincerely - please support this small business! You and your 4 legged will not regret it !! Quality products and grooming at very reasonable cost!!!

The staff are truly focus on how to care for your pet. From hand made pet toys from Nepal to dog bones smoked especially for them in Seattle, the food is remarkable. What I found most amazing was the human grade, grass fed Venison, Beef, Elk, and Camel. This store is head and shoulders above all other pet stores. If you love your pet like they do, then there is no place else to shop!

Erin took exceptional care of us and our puppy Nala! She helped fit Nala for a harness and gave her a bone that keeps our occupied for a long time. The personal experience you get from My Pet Naturally is not something you can find at Petco or Petsmart. Would definitely recommend for anyone with a furry friend!

I have been a customer at My Pet Naturally since it opened. I needed a pet store where I could buy raw food and bones and lots of healthy treats and MPN has been my go to pet food store since. I am able to keep current with the best supplements for my dogs and the quality of their products is top notch. The staff is knowledgeable and incredibly helpful.
