Yes. This place is worth it and fantastic. Please take your pups here.First off Karen, whom I spoke with several times before the appointment was lovely. I came in a little bit early for my appointment and they were ready to take him back. They were kind enough to let me explain some weird situations that Jack and I go through when were bathing. I reward him with a cookie and so they took the cookie that I brought with him to give just like we do at home.Leslie was going to be the groomer for Jack. Karen introduced us and less it was kind enough to step away and asked what I wanted to see done with Jack.If you just need a grooming and I didn't have a lot of ideas but I do like to keep his head looking a little bit more round than pointed. He has a lot of hair. I said I would defer to the professional.Well when Jack was done, I was so excited to see him. He was playing with another doggy in the back. He calmly walked to the front. My God he bonded with that crew so fast. They must be so great with dogs, he loved being there.The whole crew is super nice and professional. The shop is spotless. They do a great grooming job. Look at my dogs before and afters pictures! He smells sooo good! Is so soft! They groomed all the right spots so well. I am impressed.Parking available in front of shop on Lincoln facing South. LOVE this place! Appointment was easy to book online. They did a fabulous nail trim with Dremel on my 80lb Doberman! The staff clearly loves dogs!! Jax loves them:)

I just got home from picking up our two dogs from BRENDA. The look absolutely fantastic. They smell wonderful, Molly, who is probably a silky terrier (she’s adopted), has a very difficult coat to keep clean and shiny. Brenda does an astonishing job trimming her, and she’s simply adorable. Parker is a small back short-hair, also unknown breed. He’s a totally glowing shade of black.Looking for a groomer? This is the place. Adopted or pure-bred, I trust your dog will also be treated like royalty.

First grooming salon I tried in LA. Very sweet and friendly groomers and they did a fantastic job on my Mortimer. My dog usually gets anxious going to the groomers, but when I brought him in and picked him up he was relaxed. Also pricing is very reasonable!

We’ve just had our first grooming with Moon Doggy and Alba was wonderful. She and the owner really took time to understand what our dog needed. We talked through how to achieve the right length (we like the head left long) and then how to maintain it. I highly recommend, we have never been happier.

My new rescue Schipperke mix was looking super scruffy and the staff at Moon Doggy did a fantastic job at turning him into the cutest and freshest boy in Santa Monica.I live in West Hollywood and didn't mind spending my day in SM for my dog to get pampered. The green bowtie for Saint Patricks Day was a nice touch.Will be back soon and definitely recommend!(Photos attached was the next day on our hike).

Alma and the staff at Moon Doggys are incredible! They are so welcoming and fun to chat with. Most importantly, they love your dog / cat just as much as you and make a huge effort to help them feel safe and comfortable while they’re getting groomed. My cat is scared… in general, of everything haha. Alma was so kind and gentle with her - will be coming back and recommending Alma and her team to my friends and family.

Love this Place, They really care for your doggy. They wash and groom your dog and give him/her alot of Love. Also if you prefer you can wash your doggy, they provide you with all the implements and a big Tub , for a very low price.

Update. Been back 5 times for nail trimming and once for teeth cleaning. Still highly recommend. Outstanding service. Highly recommend!! Went in for dog nail trimming. My chihuahua mix is a rescue and often freaks out at the vet and sometimes needs a muzzle while being seen. Upon entering Moon Doggy's, I was immediately made to feel welcome. The staff was highly competent and used skillful techniques to trim my dog's nails without her trying to bite or escape. In fact she remained relatively calm because of their special handling methods. They were so good they should be trainers. Just awesome. Competitive pricing, online booking, can't say enough good things. Wow.

I've had some good experiences with getting my dog bathed in the past, but their service seems like its been slipping lately. Always someone new "filling in" at the front desk. I picked up my dog yesterday and she's having trouble with water in her ears which is unacceptable. that along with a 30% price increase this week has me looking elsewhere. I'd gladly pay the new prices if there was someone in charge of running this place but good luck figuring out who that is.

Alba and her team are wonderful with my girls. I specifically come here to get their nails trimmed and Alba is always so friendly and amazing with my pups. I have one tiny pup who's especially difficult and she handles her like a professional. Her team has assisted in the past and everyone is always welcoming and friendly! Their services are also well-priced. I plan to continue returning to Moon Doggy and recommend you try them out too! :-)

The best groomer! We have taken our sensitive fur babies to many different groomers and they always come back a bit traumatized from the experience, but never from Moon Doggy. Alma and her team obviously genuinely love dogs and are in this business for the right reasons. Not only do our dogs come home looking great and as happy as ever, but all the dogs in their shop on a busy day are happy and not stressed.

The warmth welcome they give you, is unexplainable...is like walking in, and your family work there. Place is nice and clean , affordable, prices compare to any other place I've gone this one is it. I was hesitant to try out the self service dog wash with my 80 lb German Shepherd, but the entire process was smooth and my dog came out great. The manager was very kind and helpful in explaining the process to me. I found the place to be very clean and a good place for a wash. With the self service I definitely saved money when compared to other dog wash services. Will be back when I can.

This place is amazing. If you are nervous about grooming your new puppy for the first time, or switching groomers, I did both at Moon Doggy’s and could not have made a better choice. They are so wonderful with my pup Oliver (60 lb bernadoodle) and always make sure he’s happy and comfortable for the entire visit. He always looks so good afterwards too, because they have groomers that specialize by breed! These are FANTASTIC people who are experts at what they do. Could not recommend this place more highly. Bottom line: bring your dog here and you won’t be disappointed.

I only take my cattle dog to trim her nails, but they’re so kind and patient here and work me in if it’s a little busy! Call ahead and see if they have time for nail walk-ins, they default to using a dremel which makes for much nicer trim too!

This place is a hidden gem. Everyone that works there is super sweet, knows how to take care of my older service dog who is basically a cat, hates water and anyone grooming him (besides himself). Even though he doesn’t like getting groomed, I know Moon’s will take good care of him and he’ll come home super clean and fluffy. Thanks, guys!

They're so sweet in there! Very helpful..bottom line.. my doggie smelled great and she shines like she was glowing05/23...my baby passed..I now have a new dog..long story short my dog cracked a nail...I called 2 tell them I'm coming..I waited a minute..then Daniel came out and..was an AMAZING..GREAT SPIRIT..they didn't just say sure we can cut it..Daniel wanted to investigate the nail to c if there was anything he could do with out making it worse..he made sure it was ok to do the cut ...he told me 2 come back in a few days and have another groomer who will know even more than Daniel 2 check it out...oh he also cut all her nails too and I can cry because HE DIDNT CHARGE ME..THE BEST CUSTOMER/DOG CARE!..GROOMING IS WELL PRICED..AND THEY HAVE A SELF WASH AREA...WHEN U GO..(BECAUSE U SHOULD TRY THESE GROOMERS) MEET DANIEL..ITS WORTH IT!

In and out in 30 minutes! Huge tubs that easily move up and down and handle my 80lb mutt. Custom mixed shampoos and conditioners. Two powerful blow dryers and towels. And they do all the clean up. This place is perfect after a weekend at the dog park The staff is always super sweet and helpful too!
