First time here. Love that this place is very big. It is kept clean and organized. Big selection of toys for pets. Many different brands of food for cats and dogs. Didn't appreciate that they don't have their items properly priced. And they won't price adjust if there is several items in the wrong home.

I moved to Santa Monica a few months ago and this is the perfect pet store walking distance from me.They carry exactly what I’m looking for: Open Farm bone broth & Nulo Freestyle topper pouches.Staff are always super friendly and offer to give my dog a little treat which he loves.

PLEASE LISTEN CAREFULLY!!THIS STORE, DOES NOT HAVE AN AC UNIT, TO KEEP THE ANIMAL PRODUCTS NICE AND COOL.DURING THE SUMMER DAYS, THIS STORE STAYS HUMID AND EXTREMELY HOT.IVE BOUGHT FOOD FROM HERE ON A REGULAR BASIS, AND MY CATS KEPT VOMITING THE SAME FOOD IVE BEEN GIVEN THEM FOR THE LAST FEW YEARS.I WALKED INTO THE STORE AND THE BAGS OF FOOD WERE BEYOND WARM AND NOT KEPT IN A COOL AND SAFE TEMPERATURE.I'VE CALLED THE MANAGER AND THEY TOLD ME UNFORTUNATELY THEY CANT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT.WHAT NEEDS TO HAPPEN IS THEY NEED TO INSTALL AC SYSTEN TO KEEP OUR PET FOOD COOL AND FRESH.MY CAT GOT SICK AND NOW IM STUCK WITH A VET BILL.THIS IS ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE!!PLEASE VE AWARE AND DO NOT SHOP GERE!THERE'S ANOTHER LOCATION ON WILSHIRE & 7TH, THEY HAVE A NICE AND COOL STORE AND ALL OF THEIR PRODUCTS STAY NICE AND COOL YET FRESH!!!PLEASE CONSIDER YOURSELVES ⚠️⚠️⚠️THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY AND COULD CARELESS ABOUT YOUR PETS AND THEIR WELLNESS.

This branch of Centinela feed and pet supplies is great! The staff is always very helpful very accommodating. They will take the heavy bags out to the car and load them in for you. They are knowledgeable and answer questions you might have about particular products. I don't know if all the branches are like this but this particular store is very good. They often have pet adoptions here. Our last cat we got from them was very very sweet.

Bought a few 25oz bags of Stella & Chewy's freeze dried patties. Some chicken, some duck/goose/turkey. Pretty much it's bird bone and guts and parts and vegetables, berries, and fermented stuff and things, and some other ingredients i know nothing about, then it's all violently mangled and chopped in some kind of blender type device until it's more or less one consistency. It's then poured into a patty looking mold and ...cooked? Then freeze dried? Or...🤔 It's made in the USA. It's good to see that on a product....oh yeah, the store...cool store 👍🏼 Employees are....helpful. and.....know more about dog food than i do...

Went in to find flea shampoo for my dog. The staff is very friendly and knew their stuff. I went to pay a bill and lost 2 usps money orders for my rent. Traced my way back and they had it. No problem.

I went there times to exchange a bag of Stella & Chewies Beef Patties, they were hard and stale. I was told that other people complained about the same and also about the bags not being resealable, but apparently after all the complaints no one has reached out to the vendor yet. Each bag is $30, I don't have money or time to waste and go back to the store every time they sell old products.

Cool employees but trash ass products went in to buy a cage for my hamster which she had escaped from faulty design I do not recommend buying from here due to lack of quality products. on a side note I had called and explained the situation in a frankly calm manner to the manager just to get a careless response, you’d figure being a pet supply store they’d do a little reaserch about there stuff makes me wonder what else is faulty in there

Was super sick after Covid shot and accidentally ordered cat food for pickup instead of delivery for the following day. Next day, when it hadn’t been delivered by late afternoon, I called to follow up. Turned out I had scheduled it for pickup. But they sent it out to me anyway - arrived within 40 minutes.
