Sketchy, ghetto, run down, poorly-run. These are words I would use to describe a Wal Mart that is 10 times BETTER than this one. Avoid this location unless you want your car broken into and possibly robbed at knife point in the detergent isle. How this Wal Mart has a 4.0 and the one on Bradley has 3.8 baffles me.

So I placed an order on line with the last money I have till payday next week and was to pick it up between 9 and 10 pm tonight. At 915 my order is delayed by up to 2 hours and the store closes at 11pm. Canceling my order will take 3-5 business days to get the hold on my funds released and I call the store no answer, reach out to customer service and get told I will have to wait till tomorrow to get my food. My problem is my dinner for tonight was in that order. So after working all day and getting home hungry ready to grab my food and cook dinner I am being told I don't get to eat tonight because I don't have any extra money and my order will not be processed tonight and I can't go to the store and show it's paid for and get the items myself. So my question is why isn't there a back up plan for situations like this? What does a mother tell her hungry family when there is no extra money to get food elsewhere while we wait for Walmart to fix their problems? Why do I now have to go to bed hungry because your company doesn't consider my needs as well as ever humans need to eat important. My health should not be in the hands of your company nor should if I eat tonight or not.

Prices are high now but high everywhere. Biggest problem you have to check every date on item. Yogurt lots passed date & still on shelf and some items no date at all below meat no dates at all!! On all of them. Lately lots of rotten fruit & vegetables in bins too.

Do not buy veg or fruits for pick up from here! Took me numerous times to figure this out, wilted, sludgey black/brown lettuc, Broccoli so wilted and rubbery it bent in half w/out breaking it, moldy Strawberries, shriveled old tomatoes. These people really do not care and will just grab anything.That's another thing, they have rotten produce out on display regularly so you have to pick through it.I've tried to return the rotten stuff plus an item that wasn't in my order online but that was added by them and charged me for it.There was no manager there, They separated me from my items by taking them to the back room at the back of the store, which i told them i didn't like cuz i felt like me leaving there with no items or refund wasnt a good idea.Turns out i was right, I've still never gotten my refund and any time i call I'm told to call back when a manager is there.They have failed to put items in that i paid for as well and never helped fix it.Customer service is abismal. It's mostly like interacting with clueless children . This one girl smashed my bread with a gallon jug of juice and when i nicelylet her know, she sounded lost. "Ohhhh, (pause) really? Damn.(pause) oh wow... etc etc" she did offer to fix itv in a very clunkly , weird way.That's how basically everyone is there, we'll say "bye, thank you!" And be totally ignored . aside from this one older white lady who is amazing and always goes above and beyond.

This WNM was busy for 9pm on a weekday. Lots of families. Shelves and cooler boxes were prtty well stocked except for some of the ice cream cooler boxes. Some sections were completely empty. Only picked up a few things that didn't cost an arm and a leg, which was kinda nice, to be honest. I wish one was closer to where I live. I'd probably save a ton.

Did a grocery pickup and of course all the pickup spots were full no one in side of thier cars they were inside shopping , was aggravating because I guess no one cares that it's says pickup orders a dont want to walk so they park I'm the pickup spots

I can get most everything I want or need in one trip for a good price, but I don't feel that they do enough to make the store clean. There's never any wipes and the carts are dirty with trash in them. The aisles are many times blocked with boxes and to get to the other side of the store, you have to fight your way through people standing in line to check out.

Usually 💯% of the time, I always get a friendly staff; 90% of the time, this spot is clean; 75% of the time, it's stocked with items I'm looking for; and 50% of the time, I don't have to wait long in line longer than 10 minutes. Best suggestion? Go early in the am (like hella early when they open!) and on Thursdays... It'll become your favorite quick shopping stop! 😎

I've had several bad experiences with this store. I have been going on Tuesdays because they're senior hours starting at 6:00 a.m. last month I went to the same store at the same time and the doors were locked I tapped on the door the girl looked at me and I asked her to open it and she said they were closed. I asked her about senior hours and she said they don't have them there anymore.About a week later I went there about 9:30 in the morning to get a money order. There is a sign saying that they were closed. I was asked the cashier what time they were open she said they were open at 8:00. Didn't make any sense then and it doesn't make any sense now.Today I went there at 10:00 in the morning there was a sign said they're closed this is at the money order counter. I asked the manager what was going on she said she was too busy to open it.I don't know what's going on with that store there's one on Bradley and I'm using it for now on.

Great selection of fruits, veggies and meats. Cleaning and disinfecting products. BYOB , sorry bring your own bag! and you won't be disappointed. Girl at the end of checkout was very nice 🙂

Served its purpose. My husband was doing a job up the street and my daughter (4) needed to use the restroom. Upon arriving, I noticed it was extremely busy. We found our way to the bathrooms. The larger stall was FILTHY... I mean COMPLETELY UNUSABLE AND DISGUSTING. There was someone in the little stall so I went to find wipes to purchase as I couldn't imagine what the small one looked like. I found the manager on my way and let him know about the issue. After 20 minutes in line (at 930pm and with all self checkout lanes closed) I purchased the wipes and headed back to the restroom. The big stall still wasn't being cleaned and again someone in the little stall. I waited another 20 minutes for my daughter to finally be able to use the restroom. Wouldn't be so bad if maybe they kept up on cleaning. The whole restroom looked as if it hadn't seen a cleaning in hours!! 😳😳😳

Depending on what time of day you go expect to wait in line before going in. Face masks are required and they will not let you in if you don't have one. The store itself is well stocked with Christmas items and presents of all shapes and sizes. They no longer sell ammunition in their sporting goods department so if you are looking to buy that you will have to spend your money elsewhere.

First time going to this location. It’s okay if you need basic stuff, but from now on I’ll stick to the location on Bradley Road because it has a better selection of groceries and I can scan my own groceries no matter how little or how much groceries I need. Couldn’t scan my own at this location unless if I had 20 items or less.

I have been shopping at the Walmart grocery store since it opened here on betteravia. I am disabled and now that they have redone the front it is more difficult for me to do go through the 3 registers that have someone to check out all the way in the corner. It is difficult for me to do shopping and now we all get shoved in the corner to check out so others can conveniently go through self check out. There’s more do it yourself check outs than actual help checkouts. Don’t like the new setup at all. Most of the staff is friendly. Some are rude. I’m not asking to cater to disabled people but change it back! Fix it whatever you guys need to do! I don’t want to have to start going somewhere else.

Poor management. Apparently if you want to buy alcohol at this place you have to go through the check out line alone. If not they ID everyone with you even though you're the one paying and have a valid ID and are over the age of 21. California State ID policy is to ID anyone that looks under 30. Apparently Walmart policy is to ID anyone that look under the age of 40. Even if the person that is paying is over the age of 21. Apparently Walmart can refuse service with no probable cause. I am paying and I have and valid California ID and I'm over the age of 21. There was no need to ask my friend thats over the age of 30 for and ID when they're not the one's paying.

Been going there for years. Cashiers have been getting rude with their ID policy. Not even at BevMo do they card everyone, just the person that’s paying. My ID that I had on me might have not been my drivers license but it was a valid USA government issued ID. They should have a better way of informing customers of their ridiculous policy instead of turning them away at checkout

This is the worse customer service I have run into in a long time. 1) Took 2 minutes to answer the phone. 2) I asked if they carry pealed hard boiled eggs. In broken English I got a “yes but not sure if we have them.” 3) I ask if she could check because I’m nearly an hour drive away. 4) she said hold on, THEN HUNG UP THE PHONE. 5) I called back and no answer !!!

The only issue is never enough cashiers. This store is absolutely the worst. They have not had ANY coffee for 5 days during their horrible make over. Wasn't good before this remodel. Will never shop here again.

Good workers, nice loving people, but far to over reactive management....but its the corporations fault for putting to much unrealistic pressure on them just to produce sales. So make sure to thank them when you pass them up. <3
