Literally have spent hours doing the run around with the pharmacy staff over my needles to inject my testosterone. Every time I come to pick up my medications it's a 1-2 hour endurance test in line regardless of what medications I'm picking up. It's clear the staff is overworked and underpaid for what they do, and there's not enough staff working shifts in there for the amount of customers who need medications.

I’m sorry but the guy that is at the register with name tag starting in M not sure he’s name but started with n glasses needs to either get train ones again really bad customer service rude and just not wanting to be helpful giving us such hard time just because we are using a coupon, plus telling us a bunch of thing like why , hey if there’s coupons there’s a reason to use them why get so mad we are customer we are buying we shouldn’t be treated rude or with any type of disrespect when ever we are being nice and polite to them just saying the lady’s in the day time you girl are amazing :)

This pharmacy is the absolute worst.The lines are always long and the service ridiculously slow. Like, literally a sloth has more urgency than these people. They don't care of there's 30 people in line, they still will only have 2 people working and helping.

Everybody here is miserable and unhappy with life.The whole pharmacy staff needs to go.Condicending and rude.Hanging up on people or putting them on hold and not returning to phone.I hope corporate steps in and gets rid of them all.

Rudest experience I ever had with this store!! Made an online order for same day delivery 3 hours later I still haven't received my delivery I called the store I got two clerks who were the rudest people I think I've ever dealt with! the girl was talking over me told me I needed to learn to read!!! that they don't deliver that doordash does and that I would have to contact doordash I was trying to explain to her that I did not order through doordash I ordered directly on their website... she precedes to tell me that they don't offer same day delivery! Yet it was offered at checkout! So I asked if they submitted the order to doordash and she said no I needed to read and learn before I made orders on their website that they would not be delivering to me and I would have to come to the store to pick it up I told her I was going to raise all kind of heck if I had to come to the store and she hung up on me magically I get a text 2 minutes later telling me that my delivery is on the way very very unprofessional!! I don't think I will be visiting this store ever again or ordering from them ever again...get better help Walgreens or train your people in customer service

I went in to get the covid booster on Monday and I had the pleasure of being given the shot by the pharmacy manager - Lanette.My visit could not have gone better.Lanette was professional and very kind.She was actually one of the best pharmacy staff members I've ever met.While I was waiting I witnessed her assist a lot of people with the same professionalism and kindness that I was.Great job

Came here on 3/15/22 to take advantage of the coupons &sales in the app. When being rung up the cashier was very rude rolling her eyes &clearly huffing &puffing in annoyance with the fact that I was using the coupons in the app. She kept cutting me off when I was asking questions about using the coupons (because this was my first experience using the app) rudly saying 'is that all I'm scanning' &generally making the entire experience unpleasant. I wanted to make sure all the coupons were accepted on my receipt &discovered that a $4 coupon was scanned as a $1 so I walked in &asked for it to please be corrected &was given zero help just given a phone # to call to get the overcharge fixed. The manager Rosa is extremely unprofessional &makes this experience easily my last at Walgreens. Spend your money at any other location this one is trash.

Such horrible service we were trying to make a purchase and the cashier didn't let us because we could have one account and my mom was trying to make a purchase but she didn't allow her to make a purchase because she was using my sister phone number. The cashiers name is YBETT she is a horrible person!!!

Placed a same day order because I thought I had Covid and ordered tests medicine and water for me and my 9 year old son . I waited and waited for four hours and no one showed up but it said my order was out for delivery . When I called apparently they said they had a glitch in their system and said it was for pick up . How would they say that if I even tipped out the delivery fee !??? I needed my medication that same day and they honored me with a coupon . My son was dying , I was dying and I didn’t want to go out and infect people . My order didn’t get to me till 9am!!!! We could of died !!! It was the worst night of our lives . Thanks Walgreens . You live up to your 1 star reviews . Yes we had Covid btw !!!

Horrible wait times in-line for prescription pick up. 35-45 minutes . One employee waiting on inside customers plus also the drive through. Fix or loose customers!! Notifying insurance to drop Walgreens as preferred provider!!

We received HORRIBLE customer service from pharmacy staff. Elba is rude and ill mannered in her delivery of information. My son needed his medication that was called in over the weekend. She was rude to dad that went into the store and rude to me over the phone. If they care so little about their customers the same could probably be said about their job in general. They should not be trusted mixing medications with that lack of work ethic and regard. Never again! I really hope they clean up their act.

I usually don't leave reviews but this place has to be the worst pharmacy in Santa Maria area. So this is more of a warning for whoever is planning on switching to or using this location.Ridiculously SLOW service! Expect to wait at least 30 min no matter what time of day you go... The customer service is horrible and the management doesn't exactly set a good example. The entire staff is dismissive & couldn't care less about customer satisfaction. There has been at least 2-3 times when we've had to literally wait 40+ minutes IN LINE to pick up my sons medication.

If i was able to leave no stars i would!! Waited over 30mins to get help at the Drive Thru the girl working there looked at me and walked away! Went inside and all of a sudden she was able to help the drive thru cars && still had me wait over 15mins HORRIBLE SERVICE

The pharmacy is so slow. Been in the drive thru for over 30 minutes. I haven't had any customer service issues but the pharmacy moves at a snails pace. This is the third day we've been here to get the prescription but it takes so long we just drive away. I'm going to try the S Broadway location next time.

They never order for auto refill EVER!! You have to call and talk to someone to get your prescription order! Mine is a life saving medication I must take daily and they always have me go without meds! Your playing with people's lives!! I hope you get sued.

David is just about the most unhappy and rude manager I’ve met. Zero customer service skills and lacks common sense. I think he needs to go back to cleaning urinals. His leadership is unfortunately reflected in the employees here. Go somewhere else!

Hospital sent prescription here in error and it took over 1/2 hour to pick up, despite having called ahead to verify it was actually ready to pick up. Knowing from past experience how bad this pharmacy is, we asked about transferring to a pharmacy closer to us and we’re told it would take over 24 hours; we couldn’t wait because he needed to stay in consistent medication. Use ANY OTHER pharmacy - this is the worst!! NEVER AGAIN!!

After many, many years as a loyal customer to Walgreens, I found the location that does not care about it's customers. This location at 707 Broadway is either ready to close it's doors, or just doesn't care about its customer base. Fore 2 years I been going here after I moved to the area and the first time I picked up my prescriptions, I thought they may be short of help. Usually it's at least a once a month visit or more. About 25-30 trips later I will tell you the facts. I believe if this location was amoung a wealthier whiter neighborhood, the service would not be this bad, I am positive of that. I have never seen a pharmacy this busy, and instead of capitalizing on this, they make people wait in line contstantly. Most of them elderly and/or clearly not well. I went there 4 times last week and each time the line was longer than the day before. I decided to go on Sunday hoping it would be slower. I was so happy to see an almost empty parking lot. When I entered, (about 1:45 pm) I went to the pharmacy dept only to discover there were garage door like shutters pulled down. I was informed they close for lunch.....well isn't that nice. As I left calmly, I thought about how my business would be if I treated my cusomers like this. Looking around the exterior, the walkway and the building are filled with crud and grafitti. I threw a piece of paper in the trash out in front, and it was disgustingly filthy. The sign was old and faded and the parking lot was in disrepair. So as choose either CVS or Rightaid or the thousands of other drug stores out there, I can only say to my fellow customers that have no other choice but to stay there, write an email, make a phone call write a review of some kind, but don't let them treat you like that just because of your ethnicity or your lack of wealth.Greg Koczak

Very RUDE in the Pharmacy Dept. The 2 women that work behind the counter always have a scoul on their face. They leave you waiting at the drive thru window for 5 minutes until someone finally helps. (No one in line at the counter either) I can see 3 females walking around but they won't come to the window! I reported it to the store manager, but she acts like she didn't care either. That's why they have rotten employees working there. Bummer.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experiencedRude manager and employees.I had a order pickup and half of my order was not available according to them once I arrived I went inside the store and looked for the items myself and I found all.I went up to the counter to pick up my order and asked why the items I ordered weren’t all in my order and they seemed to not care. The employee just ignored me and continued charging me for the items I already paid for online.I don’t know about you but I will never be returning to that Walgreens again.

The quality of the photos in this Walgreens is terrible! The incompetence of the staff is pretty clear, all of my photos were ruined and they didn’t even offer me a refund. They told me I could get store credit. I have already forwarded the pictures to be printed elsewhere where staff actually know what they’re doing

Drivethru takes more than 20 minutes just to get to the window . It takes them 10 min to finally help you out.. not just that but you also have to wait like 10 mins to get your medication 🤦🏻♀️ Walmart is way better..
