Great Customer service! Loved how everyone was so educated on the different breeds of dogs, it helped me pick my best friend/ New Family Member! Loved the energy and was very pleased the animals are vet checked, come with a health warranty, and you do get your breeders info if you want to contact them. Also a Free Exam ! Highly recommend !

I absolutely love this pet store! Every time I visit the store it is always spotless and the animals are so happy and cute! I have taken home 2 puppies from here and they are as healthy as can be! The staff is extremely helpful and knowledgeable too :) looking to add another puppy to the family soon.

Friendly staff. 80% of the store is dedicated to cats and dogs. If you have any other type of pet I would suggest shopping elsewhere for your needs. The animals seem to be well taken care of, but are extremely pricey for my taste (puppies averaging around $2000). Personally I would rather adopt from a shelter.

BASICALLY The ONLY selection of CUTE clothes for your Canines, $26 bucks for a sweatshirt BUT, that sweatshirt, and EVERY other garment we've purchased, they've ALL lasted so far, STILL in PERFECT shape, a few years. They money you spend here is typically always worth it, BUT some staff members have less knowledge so be SURE about the exchage/refund/return policy AND/OR use Google b4 u make a purchase.Overall... I love this place.♡

A bunch of teenagers are employed here and don't know much about the animals that they are caring for. On a rare occasion you can go in and talk to someone that might know something about one type of animal they sell but good luck trying to find someone who knows more than the basics(if that) and I don't think they treat the animals very well either.

Terrible. The workers don’t know what they are doing or how to properly care for the animals. It’s practically animal abuse. The animals are so depressed. The containers they are in are so small. It’s so bad. Terrible. Please get larger containers and better care.

My experience at the Animal Kingdom was amazing, the staff was SUPER PATIENT, UNDERSTANDING, KNOWLEDGABLE ON THEIR ANIMALS, THE PRODUCTS THEY USE AND TYPICALLY WHAT ARE BEST SUITED FOR THE ANIMAL AND MYSELF! VANESSA, QUEENA WERE ABSOLUTLY AWESOME MADE MY VISIT TOTALLY WORTH IT WENT HOME WITH 2 NEW PETS! FORGET ABOUT PETSMART PEOPLE COME HERE 👍💥💥👍

Very unorganized and poorly managed. Lied to about our pick up date and answers made up by the young unprofessional staff. "Our manager is off every weekend..." Typical of poor staffing. Having to finance a much larger payment due to misinformation.

Went in there today looking to purchase a puppy not one person paid me any mind there was no customers so they weren't busy they looked at me walked away from never asked me if I even wanted to hold the dog just walked away from me all of them
