I just left and wanted to let everyone know that GABRIEL is amazing at providing excellent customer service. Gabriel’s very friendly and makes you feel welcome. He goes above and beyond when providing service. My partner has interacted with him more than I have but agrees that Gabriel is a nice or likes he likes to say cool guy. I also spoke with the lead supervisor Megan to get his name over the phone as I described he was a younger lean male that’s Hispanic who just helped us. She was pleased to hear about Gabriel’s work.

The cleanest, most helpful Rite Aid I've ever been in. Every employee I encountered was pleasant and offered to help (and seemed to mean it). Shelves were well stocked. I've never been in this particular store before, but I plan to shop here frequently now. It was like shopping in the Nordstrom's of Drug Stores :)

The store is clean and friendly. I was in and out and last I checked that had mint and chip ice cream and pineapple coconut chunk ice cream.

I'd give zero stars if that were an option. I scheduled an appointment to get a vaccine and the staff of the pharmacy were rude and inconsiderate I felt. I wouldn't recommend this Rite Aid, there are much better locations elsewhere.

I always find friendly Associates atRite-Aid in the West Mall in Santa Maria California. Great 🍦 ice cream by the scoop in a ice cream cone or paper bowl.

I recommend this pharmacy because there is sufficient staffing and more suitable for a non-drive through experience and for getting non-recurring prescriptions. The wait time is minimal.

HORRIBLE experience my girlfriend went in to get her booster shot and the pharmacist was so rude complaining saying ugh why can’t they go somewhere else and that he did soooo many shots today. When my girlfriend got the shot he was rude just gave the shot walked away without saying anything don’t get your shots here!!

Walk in at 9:39....3 "employees" standing at the door talking to each other...not one says hello to us....but when we go towards the ice cream shop, they all, at the same time have enough wherewithal to say "ice cream shop closes at 9:30". Really? I know even if the manager read this review, they would never respond because he probably hired the three witches from Macbeth.

This pharmacy is the worst! Especially Terri her ethics are just wrong. Not to mention the constant games she plays when it comes to your prescription. Advise... Change pharmacies ASAP. They also don't check for drug interactions. Thats SCARY but it has happend twice to me😨

Have had bad experiences with them. Most staff is friendly and helpful, unfortunately those few employees that are not helpful nor kind is enough to make your experience not pleasant.

Horrible staff worse customer service I have ever had I suggest if you need anything from rite aid go to any other one but this one they treat people like S#@! and like if everyone is a their I just spent a 150.00 dollars thier I don't need to take anything I work hard for my 💰 and then the horrible lady worker was extremely RUDE !! Never ever again will I go shopping there I will drive out of my way to another store before I ever shop there again.
