Ordered blinds with installation in December. Measured and specified by installer. Store ordered the wrong thing so installer only put up 1 of 4 sets and left saying he'd tell the store to reorder. I repeatedly called installation services. Three and a half months after I ordered and they haven't even reordered the right blinds yet, let alone installed anything right. No one is responsible for making sure things go right when you use their installers. No one managing completion of work with right parts.

11/24/2023 at around 4pm I went to pick up an order using your curbside pickup option from your store order # 925321537, I was loaded up but I was worried about leaving with the tailgate open. Nonetheless, I went on my way feeling secure that everything was secure especially because one of the guys that loaded the truck said to me “that stuff ain’t going nowhere.” When I arrived home to my surprise everything was gone I went in the store hoping I get some kind of discount on replacing the merchandise but I quickly was sent on my way so I messaged customer care hotline and I was told I would get a call back in a couple of days. I am still waiting on that call, Lowe’s really showed how much they care about their loyal customers! Thanks a lot Lowe’s

Came looking for semi-gloss white spray paint and they happen to all the colors except that one. I was a bit disappointed but I settled for something close to it. They do have various selection of everything you’d probably be looking for for your home. The day I went it was pretty slow and checked out at self checkout so it was pretty quick. There was really no interaction with any of the workers this time around.

Quite literally the worst delivery service ive ever had. I purchased a new water heater ($800!)on a Sunday and was told it couldn't be delivered until Tuesday. Monday night i get a text letting me know my “delivery window” was 1030am-2:30pm. I take time off of work and am home waiting for the delivery and lined up my plumbers at 230 to do the installation. 3pm , 330, nothing! No phone call letting me know they were running late. I call Lowes asking where they are as im paying plumbers that are waiting on them?! The lady says we contract to a third party and have no way to reach them!) wow!! Great quality control! How about contract with better delivery people who will beca better reflection on Lowes!? 345 they show up and have the truck parked 6 houses down ( addresses clearly on the front of the white garage ). I ask did you have the wrong address? ( they say yes but looking at the paperwork it was correct). I ask why didnt you call out of courtesy to let me know you were late? Silence… not even an apology . Last purchase ever for me from Lowes!

Never ordering anything from Lowes again. I've had my delivery date rescheduled 5 times. I've taken multiple days off work only to receive an email the day of stating, "your delivery date has been changed". Now I will have to take even more days off work for both the delivery and the installation date. I ordered the oven 3 weeks ago and I was just now told today that its a "special order" item. Unacceptable and inexcusable. Terrible service and handling.

I'm typically very impressed with this business. Especially over going to home depot. the customer service is almost always better than them. however, today, on my visit, on the 15th of November a very rude older gentleman named Joe helped me. I let him know that his behavior towards me was unacceptable, and then he argued with me about how I was rude. so I'm just here to make a review and say that Joe is the rudest employee I've ever encountered at your store. And that is very unlike your customer service. So I wanted to be Heard. there was also another employee witness. If you would like a statement from him, they know who they are. I will also be calling corporate to complain about Joe because like I said, I don't typically get this kind of service and it was absolutely unacceptable..

Worst experience ever. We ordered a microwave in October 2022. It took WEEKS to have it installed. We also ordered a trim kit at the same time. It took more weeks for the installer to arrive, but he came with the wrong kit. (He was given the kit by Lowe's) It took literally more weeks for Lowe's to find another kit, and they told me I had to pick it up myself. (They couldn't even find the kit although it was right by the registers. It took 2 employees to find it when I could plainly see it on the shelf in front of me.) But it also turned out to be another wrong trim kit. So we decided to go online and find one. We did and had someone else install it. Today we took the wrong one back for a refund and was told that we had waited too long for a refund and were no longer eligible for a refund. We asked for the manager and waited a while for him to appear. He finally did. He didn't look at us, didn't acknowledge us, or say anything to us. He told the cashier to refund us in cash and walked away. No sorry, no apologies. It took 6 MONTHS to get a microwave!!!!!!! Needless to say, I'm no longer their customer and I can't in good conscience give them a good recommendation.

This review is for the installation department. Our window installation experience the last 17 months has been the most frustrating situation we have been put through. We paid in full for new windows in October of 2021. We were very understanding with the manufacturing delays (COVID) and our windows did not arrive to the store until June 2022. It took until Nov of 2022 to get an installer scheduled. This was after spending hours on the phone calling multiple times a week for 5 months. We had an install scheduled for Sept where we not only moved all of our furniture, but also took time off of work. The installer never showed up or called us. After wasting so much time on the phone, they finally got an out of town installer to come and install all of the windows in November of 2022. This installer was great, although five out of the ten windows had problems and need to be fixed. We've reached out to our project manager, Melissa, but she will not return our calls or emails. We've been calling customer service and all they can tell us is that they are working on it and will "follow up". Finally we went in person to the store and spoke with the general manager, Jennifer. She said she would call us that evening before the store closed with an update, and she never called us. That was three weeks ago. I hate to be the person to file a complaint, but I do not wish the amount of stress and anger this situation has caused our family to anyone.

If you live in or around Santa Maria, Lowes far outshines the "competition." Their store is clean, organized, well stocked (appliances are typically in-house or next day delivery) and the customer service is second to none.Recently, I've made MANY trips here and to the alternative, across the street. Though pricing is comparable, the final sale goes to Lowe's because they have a better selection and more importantly, I get the support I need from their friendly, capable and available staff.

Gabe should not be engaging with customers. I swear it was the worst interaction ever! Take them off the floor. At least John the store manager took time to speak with me on the matter. First I'd like to say I always appreciate the military discount at Lowes.I bought a faulty inflator from them and the return process was a breeze with receipt in hand.Locating the extra 6 on hand seemed to be time consuming. According to the 1st associate, they weren't were they were supposed to be. I even tried looking in the overstock area to no avail. After a while another associate came and said they found them elsewhere. I repurchased the new found one and tested it after I paid for it. Alls well

Recently had to get rid of a 7 month old brand new Maytag fridge due to possible rough handling by delivery people from Lowe's. Fridge temp was warming to 60 degrees, freezer stayed cold. When the appliance person we had to pay to pick it up due to possible coolant leak that was making my eyes/throat burn I asked him where the compressor was, he pointed to bottom left of fridge in back where the metal panel was buckled outward, as if it had been dropped hard on the ground. Repair people from Maytag didn't make an effort to fix it after 4 visits, never once pulling unit out from wall. Took forever to get it delivered since Lowe's kept pushing delivery date back (3 different dates), so I had to keep calling the store to ask where our paid for fridge was. Bad experience.

Rene and Albert went out of their way to find a product for us. They really looked hard and are appreciated.The appliance department is wonderful. They truly do whatever it takes to keep the customer happy and taken care of.Estella (paint) and Ray (lumber) always go above and beyond to make sure I’m taken care of.Blinds section is a different story. There’s never anyone scheduled to help. This is a management issue, not a mark on the workers

If I could give a MINUS rating I would! My husband and I purchased supplies from the Santa Maria store to build a big new garage. My husband died. Since I don’t know about garages or how to build one I decided to return the merchandise, BUT Lowe’s refuses to refund our purchases as they say he has to return them in person! YES, I told them he died. They still say he has to return them in person. I went twice in person with my husbands ID AND receipts but they won’t accept that, so now I am stuck with items that I have no idea what they are! what I will never shop at their stores again.
