Honestly, probably one of the best Kohl's I've been to before. They keep the place clean and all of their stuff well stocked. The employees have always helped if we needed help finding something or wanted them to check in the back for something of a different size. They've always been super nice about it too, even when the requests got a bit annoying.

Kohl's is a nice place to shop it's always nice and neat and clean and very orderly they have some good discount clothes and accessories and much much more the good thing is that they offer Kohl's cash on your next purchase friendly and friendly staff.

Nice and clean store, but the perfume counter was so strong I had to cover my face. They surely need fans that draw the smell out of the building. Otherwise the store and the clothing selection is excellent.

The worst experience is checking out at this store. The cashier's are inexperienced and there is always a mistake or some kind of attitude if you request they do their job correctly. Almost every time I've been there.

place was being renovated but collection is up to high standard of Kohl’s. Place was busy but all the display was well stocked and neat. Additional cashier was added to help reducing the wait time. Top of the list of must visit.

I thought I ordered a Contigo metal non-spillable cup from Walmart and they didn't ship it-- it's a gift and I needed it by Thursday.Found them at Kohl's and called first before driving over from Lompoc and they were super nice and checked the stock and held it for me. THANKFUL, because it was the last one!😀

I don't care for shopping bc I don't like rude people. Employees at this Kohl's do not know the meaning of customer service. They will walk in front of you don't know how to say excuse me. You can be standing waiting for someone to help you after you have asked for help in that area. And when that employee does show up after asking for help a second time. The employee has the attitude as tho you must have been bothering them. No smile no greeting just a dull look on their face. Why work with the public if you are not a people person.

Great store with good inventory, but most of the time everything is a mess and you can find sizes or things are in the wrong place so you go up to the register and it’s not actually on sale or the price you got it from. Employees need either training or better management. Nobody is ever around to help you and the check out people are always quick and rude. The returns department is the same. Every once in a while you get someone friendly, but for the most party everyone there looks miserable. It’s worth it to shop there if you have a kohls card and get kohls cash and the extra sales though!

Newer store. Big "ol" clean parking lot though. Just went to get new shoes. Totally self serve. Decent deal on shoes. Then found sheet n comforter section. Think I had to pay just to look! Lots of store employees. Not one said can I help you? Too damn quite! Don't really need the screaming kids but this place is.mausoleum (?) material. Store was clean, bright and friendly, somewhat. Worth a four star!

Store does not carry a wide variety of dress shirts. No shirt stays sold here. One 1 cashier while many other employees roaming the store. Waited 7 minutes to pay. 4 others behind me waited even longer to check out.

Nice store, well stocked. Pretty impressed with the cleanliness everytime I visit. I really only visit this store for the Amazon return area, but, they give you a great 25% coupon with your Amazon receipt, so...I have picked up an item or two. I have noticed it takes awhile at checkout, but with Covid, you seem to experience this everywhere you go. Cant knock them on what appears to be the new normal everywhere.. ;-))

Went shopping for jeans. Only found 1 pair of the Lee jeans I like in my size. Sonoma brand has taken over most of the store. Customer service is great! Great coupons and usually kind employees. Alot of shoes to choose from. Found some Skechers slip ons but they were $65 + tax. I bought them anyway.
