Today I made a purchase at the Goodwill. As I was checking out I changed my mind on an item. Rather than leaving the item on the counter for someone else to put back, I finished my transaction and went to put the item back. I started digging thru the racks but this time I had the bag hung over my forearm. I was approached by an employee and was told I would need to tie the bag in a knot if I wanted to continue shopping. I looked around thinking he was talking to someone else. I get it, some people steal and I'm sure it's frustrating but read the room buddy. Don't just walk up to every random person and insult them by insinuating they're a thief. Also, let me remind you that the entire company runs off of free donations. Don't ruin my day over a free shirt your now charging almost retail for

I enjoy coming here for the most part. I come here a few days a week and I've never had any issues.However, today was a different experience. There was a New cashier. I found my son 2 pairs of pajama pants and she tried to upcharge me and priced them as womens.I explained to her that they were boys pants, I certainly couldn't fit into them. She continued on by saying they were labeled "extra small" and that they were too big to be xs. This woman clearly doesn't know how to differentiate clothing styles or the difference in gender sizing because my 9 year old daughter could fit into those pants. I had to put them back because I didn't have enough money and because she refused to price them accordingly. Hopefully she gains proper knowledge on how to price clothing accordingly or they'll be losing a regular customer.

i love this store, but the homeless are robbing them blind. packages are open and things are missing out of them. i have been in there three different times where people will just walk out with handfull of clothes, the sales girl told a gal to stop or she would call the police and she said go ahead as she walked the door. Its a shame, they need security. and the prices have really gone up. but its still my happy place, I just cant go as much as i used to

They really need clean the cloths better and put them in order of size. Its very difficult to go through all those cloths. They have a staff, let them put things in order according to size, etc..the store needs to be cleaner. Just because things are are used doesn't mean the place has to stink!

Cashiers most of them friendly, manager is a ding bat very rude and her store is a mess all the time. Nothing but trash out on the sales floor. Security there is a joke. Store needs to be shut down are move your assistant manager to manager, she knows how to run the store. And put your manager back to cashier. You would see sales go up.

I found some good quality paintings and vintage movies tonight. And the door magically opened for me when I walked up no lie. I mean it was the wind but there was no draft. And I found some good stuff.

Where do I start Never been racially profiled as bad as I was today the heavier set Hispanic girl working the register at 130 called some lady named Maria from the back just to have her watch me she assumed I didn't speak Spanish I can hear them chattering saying is that the guy that stole or steals from last time for your 411 no I was not I have money no need to steal from a discounted charity funded place worst uncomfortable shopping experience ever management please look into this and train your employees to not judge a book by its cover

Very cluttered. metal thing on bottom shelf wasn't on there right slipped and fell on it. Need to organize store more. The one in Orcutt is much cleaner friendly staff

It was a nice store . now with the homeless hanging out and the graffiti it looks like east L.A security gaurd is gone it's just not safe anymore .

Did not like the store at all. It is trashy, messy and no size indicated on racks. Prices are extremely high for worn out clothes.

Dropped off goods but no one there to help. Unloaded them myself. One lady came out and said to put them in a bin but did not offer any help.

Average Goodwill location... Some of the sections are really disorganized. Wouldn't go out of the way to visit.
