Update: decided to up my rating after continuing my business at this store. The vibes here are always low key and relaxed. I find that cat and dog food is always cheaper than competitors and on top of that they have a reward system and sometimes I walk out with a free bag of animal food. Will continue my business here and the workers are always friendly and ready to go above and beyond to help

They have good stuff but I don't understand how the lady at the cash register is there. She shouldn't be dealing with customers. She's grouchy and has a terrible attitude. She seems permanently annoyed as this is the second time I've come in here and she was my cashier. I just left the store feeling terrible. Would've bought more but I really just wanted to get out of there. She has that nurse Ratchet vibe to her.Update:Service has improved so I'm adding another star.They have many things I'm looking for and I'm often calling to check if they have others. Sometimes they have things sometimes they don't.

Felt like a huge burden asking for the availability of an item, the man behind the register seemed “ecstatic” to help us with our inquiry. Which I would understand if the shop was full but it was strangely lacking in customers. I find no pleasure in leaving bad reviews but I dislike poor customer service even more.

The customer service at the pet vaccination clinic is definitely the best I've experienced so far! My doggy without a doubt was treated very carefully! I will be returning very soon!! 🐶💜💜

Farm Supply carries almost everything I need for my horse and dog. The employees are always friendly and helpful. It's also fun to buy friends and family gifts anytime of the year, but Christmastime they stock many really nice gift items; some are locally made.
