first time customer. I’m having a tough day and I came to purchase a couple of drinks. The cashiers were very kind and had a beautiful gesture towards me that made me smile and made my day a little better. Thank you for showing kindness and compassion. Small acts of kindness has an amazing ripple effect of positive vibes so that we can continue to pass it on to others. This was my first time at a Dutch Bros Coffee... went thru drive thru. There was a long line but it turned out to be well worth the wait. Just for the great customer service I received made it worth the while!! Thank you Kristen for being so sweet and giving me great ordering advice. It was delish! She took my order out in the line and was absolutely delightful 😊 and the window service was excellant as well. I will always choose Dutch Bros over any other!!! Glad your here!

Pros: really GOOD car service, amazing menu that includes hot/cold coffee blends (birthday cake lol), fruit blended teas and seasonal drinks PLUS a great "kid friendly" selection. I love the frequent stickers they give out. Sure they're "advertisement" , but they're cool. They also provide puppuchinos for Fido ♥️🐶I suggest downloading their app. If you've never been, your first drink is FREECons: there's only one in town. The traffic at the entrance was a little sketchy at first, but I think they've worked it out

My first time here to DutchBros. They have a dual lane drive-through and although there may be a lot of cars in line, it moves pretty fast.I really like that they have a worker that greets you while in line, takes your order and you can pay for your order then. No talking to speaker.

Not bad at all and the various types of beverages is awesome from coffee to tea to energy drinks something for everyone and the double wide drive through at this particular location is ingenious! I'm not from the area but when I return I'll be sure to stop by again!

Great iced coffee drinks, we tried the grass hopper freeze and it was consumed in minutes. Waiting almost an hour was something else.

Woohoo! Finally Santa Maria has Dutch Bros coffee!! I'm so glad after living in the pacific northwest for the last 3 years I definitely missed it. They have great coffee options as well as italian sodas with red bull (my favorite). The line was long about 30 cars but was out in under 10 mins, way faster than Starbucks! Give them a shot.

The employees were extremely friendly and helpful. My coffee, unfortunately wasn't quite as good. It was OK, but not as good as Starbucks. Of course I only had two items, a vanilla latte, and a drink they had that was supposed to taste like an orange cream cycle. It wasn't bad, just not good either. The four stars are mainly for the staff!

Walk up is awful. They took 35+ minutes to fulfil our order and were turning people away because they were at "max walk up" with only two people standing at the window. One person had been waiting over 45 minutes for her drink and they messed up my order. Worst location I have ever been to

What a wonderful experience from the girl taking orders to the girl at the pickup window. The girl taking orders was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and helped me find the perfect drinks. Very impressed with my drinks. Five stars for Sophie at the pickup window she was so energetic and friendly. She took a cold brew sample shot with us. I would go back to try something different just based on the experience I had with the staff. Well done Sophie and the rest of the staff. The drinks were also very tasty and definitely did the job.

Incredibly nice staff, we had no clue what to order but the lovely server named Arianna recommended two yummo drinks and was so kind. Highly recommend if you’re in or driving through Santa Maria :)

Very good coffee. The only regular coffee they have without any added syrups or sugars is a Americano. That being said, it was my first and introduction to Americano espresso drinks. Just espresso and water. But it came out soo good. And strong. Ive been buying americanos from other shops ever since. But I wont forget my roots. Lol.Dutch Bros Americano is a go to.

I really like the flavors here. The drink I ordered was equivalent to the taste and quality of Starbucks. I just wished my drink was a little warmer and they had more drink options. Will be returning

Went there for my first time last week. I was buying a drink for my friend who just went back to work and never had the chance to try Dutch Bros. when she was off work. I shared this with the person taking my order and she not only bought my drink but also the drink for my friend. It was so kind and really made my day. I love their drinks and will definitely be back. I cannot wait for the location closer to my house to open. Their coffee is some of the best coffee I have ever had and I absolutely love their iced drinks and muffin tops!

The coffee and drinks are amazing, however the customer service can be on and off. They have young irresponsible teenager that don’t care about their job, and of course not everyone is like that, but the girls would rather spend their time chit chatting with some guy instead of helping the customers. There was two people waiting in line for someone to help take orders and the two girls that we’re supposed to be taking orders were instead taking their sweet time ignoring customers and just talking with a young guy in line. Waited for like 20 minutes before they decided to start taking orders…..

Love the employees here.Always make my visit fun.Fast service. A large variety to choose from or just tell them what you like and they'll take it from there. Don't forget a free pup cup (whip cream with a dog biscuit) for your furry best friend.

My wife and I make the drive from Lompoc at least two or three times a week the drinks are so incredibly good here! The staff is also amazing they always are so friendly and pumped up it makes us feel excited and hype too! They offer suggestions when we aren’t sure of what we want or how we want our drinks and are quick and friendly, it feels like seeing friends each time we stop by! It’s definitely worth the trip out!

The drive thru line can be long, but they do try to get everyone through quickly. The staff is great! Everyone I have interacted with is intensely happy and constantly doing their jobs happily. I am so glad to have their business here in Santa Maria. Other than local shops, I have a new place to go other than Starbucks.

I have never had an issue before, but today on father's day we did. We drove away and my husband took a drink from his drink. He looked down and his drink was dripping all over his shirt, the cup had a crack. I drove back showed them the cup and my husband's shirt. We told them we wanted a refund on his drink. The staff was good about the situation. They gave me a full refund on the 2 drinks I ordered.

The Santa Maria location always seems a bit off staff was friendly and helpful. So many cars were in line & it took so long that people were pulling out of line & leaving without their coffee. I stayed & it did take about 20 min. But they got my order perfect 👌

The girl with the orange dyed hair said I had psychosis because i couldn't make up my mind on a drink I wanted. We were the only people in line too. The drink was good though, but that was mad disrespecful to be honest.
