This 5 stars is solely for Eileen in the pharmacy. She is always friendly and helpful. Very knowledgeable and detail oriented. If you use this pharmacy you no the visits aren’t always pheasant.If Eileen is working I always have a great experience. She is a great example of what customer service should be like even when it’s stressful. Eileen deserves recognition for her hard working attitude respectfully calm attitude and dedication to customer service. For example she saw a price on my medication and said she could get a better price for me. #AboveAndBeyondserviceThank you Eileen for all your dedication

Decent enough CVS. They sometimes have trouble keeping their items in stock and so you'll have to ask for stuff out of the back. Oftentimes they still don't have it. But the folks who work here are nice enough.

Female pharmacist was extremely rude both times we spoke and I witnessed her being very rude to other customers as well. Rest of the staff was kind! Had to come back three times trying to get a prescription sent over and refilled.

When I lived in LA I loved going to CVS. This CVS just lost 5 customers because of the incompetence of the pharmacy. I noticed there are new staff members. They gave me the wrong medication. That can be lawsuit. I called CVS I was placed on hold for a long time, so i drove back to the store. The pharmacist told me they are out of stock for the medicine that my daughter needs. I asked the pharmacist if she can ask the other branch if they had the medication. She didn't call to ask and she said come back tomorrow they "might" have the medicine.

Ive been going to this pharmacy since 2017 never had an issue, it was amazing until recently they changed staff. The Service is horrible the new pharmacy staff are so rude and unhelpful except one guy who has been there for a while. Really sucks especially since we are going to pick up medication you would think they would be a little nicer.

I went there to get a few things before they closed. So my daughter and I ran to get shopping done. $110 later. Ran EBT card through only to have it denied. Tried 3 more times after I found paper with code thinking maybe that was problem. Cashier was nice but other man wanted me out. I oplogized but the man at door said I could figure it out tomorrow and slammed and locked door. I'm sure he was probably tired but so was I. I've worked pretty much for 48 years and know that even when its closing time you are just as nice to customer as if you just opened. Boy, things sure have changed. Not the first time I've had problems with this store. I'm going to get names from now on. Stores should be nicer and understanding to their customers. Oh and by the way, I called EBT when I arrived home and found I had plenty of money for that trip.

They say lost key to bathrooms but has key pad!!. Went to pickup meds got run around from 2 workers there just had to pee! Just post no public in our bathroom!! Parking lot terrible hard on feet with shoes on feel all the rocks going thru shoes. Very old run down building. They Give you coupons but they expire in a week what good are they. Really getting run down all plants & trees are dying. Help they need water 💦

Waited about an hour after I checked in …that bothered me a bit especially because I was on my lunch but what really got me was that the pharmacy manager was giving out vaccines with NO MASK on the entire time. I strongly suggest getting vaccinated someone else.

This CVS is a MESS. This is the CVS on South Broadway across from West Taylor St. There is nothing on the shelves, they are never stocked. The make up area is empty and a mess. The young manager walks around like he is in a fog. His cloths are wrinkled and he has no people skills at all. This place is a wrack. Nothing on the shelves. No one in the floor to help and this was like this before the virus. Someone from the head office needs to get down to this store . The front doors glass has been smashed out for weeks and the manager has not had it repaired in over a month. This manager should be fired, and a new workers should be in because its a HELL HOLE.

Incompetent and rude pharmacy. Picked which customers to address instead of who was in line. Could not answer simple questions. Luckily, the cashiers knew more about the medicine available in the store and which isles they were in than the pharmacy people. So pharmacy, 1-star and cashier/store, 5-star.

The best drug stores in the USA! They have ceased selling tobacco products. What a great concept for a store that trys to help people stay healthy! I love it, why don't all drug stores do that?

At the front register they have always been friendly and professional, but in the pharmacy, they are rude and and are constantly making mistakes...mainly cause they dont pay attention.

The automated answering claimed prescription was on "auto-refill", but it is now 2 days late. (I should not be missing a day). I called to talk to the pharmacy; they closed leaving me on hold. :(.
