Brought my dog here for her ears to be cleaned. They quickly put me in a room and attended me. The vet was friendly, patient, and very knowledgeable. They explained to me the process and price. I did not feel as if they tried to sell me services that weren't needed. I quickly changed to my primary vet to here!

The staff seem very caring at first, but if anything goes wrong with your pet after they treat them they are very quick to deflect any responsibility. I would not recommend anyone to come here.

Our usual vet couldn’t schedule our dog neuter for 2 months. Caring Hands found me a cancellation much sooner. Dr. K. and staff were polite, professional and caring. We changed to this practice immediately. They are affordable and don’t try to sell you anything you don’t need - while still considering what is best for the pup. I’ll give them 10 points!

Paid 230 for blood work and never received the results. Vet also didn’t mention I should’ve taken my kitten to the ER considering he died the next day after I took him there.

My husband and I drove from Texas to visit our parents and their girls....Mom and the girls had ongoing health concerns and went searching for a more caring and knowlegable Vet. Thankfully they found one!!! Dr Massey in Santa Maria, Ca. I had the pleasure of overhearing the extremely knowledgeable and kind conversation Dr Massey just had with my Mom about her girls blood reports. She answered ALL her concerns and gave 40 mins of her Off Hour time from 6pm on just to relieve worries.....So Very Nice!! Wish we lived here too. Dr Massey would for sure get ALL our business! Thanks for being so Generous and taking such great care of your little friends and family. We will All sleep better tonight ♡♡

The veterinarian here at Caring Hands is amazing. He is patient with my pup and his expertise reflects in the amazing health of my dog. He is reasonably priced and every experience I have with the doctor is pleasant. Very satisfied

The staff and doctor here are amazing. They were all so compassionate and understanding. We had to have our cat out down and every single person was so kind. I was crying and just super emotional and everyone understood and was super patient with me. The doctor was very nice and very sweet with our cat. It was not a great visit for why we had to be there but it was a great experience dealing with the staff and doctor. Highly recommend and we will be going back for further checkups with our other cat.

Great experiences here so far! Dr. Kiaei has been great with me and my dogs- he seems like he really cares and does the follow up calls personally. He doesn't try to push extra services on that aren't necessary at the time of visit. He is thorough without being overbearing. The rest of the staff is welcoming and friendly. They all genuinely seem like they enjoy working there. 10/10 would recommend

Dr. K. and staff are wonderful and caring. I have two senior cats and I am confident that my pets are receiving good care. Dr. K. listens to my concerns and takes time with us. We never feel rushed. I also appreciate that he personally calls after each visit as a follow up. All of the staff is courteous and professional. I want to particularly thank Lynn who is terrific with my cats. Vet care is not cheap, but we are always offered options and recommendations and we don't feel like we are being unnecessarily charged. I have been recommending this vet practice to my friends.

This comment is late in coming, but I think of this caring office often. Everyone in the office is so kind and does care. My daughter bought a dog that was almost gone and dr K saved it. And he really does have caring hands and the puppy loved him. What fun we had getting well and going back to see the whole office. And I always wanted to thank his thoughtful wife for the beautiful scarfs she made for our Amari.

I have been here twice with my 1 year old dog. Both experiences I have been pleased with. The doctor is attentive and explains things well to me. The staff is extremely friendly. I can always get an appointment without waiting too long and prescription refills are easy and timely using their app. The prices are very reasonable as well. Thank you!

Caring Hands is the best place! Their staff is extremely attentive and professional. The phone calls are top notch and in person, I am always greeted with a smile. This staff genuinely cares about animals! Major kudos to the doctor and management for having an amazing team! I trust them with my (feisty) chihuahua :)

Called my regular veterinarian office and they couldn't get me in even tho I explained the situation and urgency, I was extremely disappointed and upset, so a friend told me to call Caring Hands Pet Clinic, called and got an appointment to be seen! How awesome is that I was a new patient and got right in! I'm totally impressed with the care from the moment we walked in, the techs were so caring and kind, the veterinarian was also kind and caring, he explained everything prior to doing treatment on my cat. Unfortunately, I’ve had to take all 4 of my dogs here in the last 3 weeks due to kennel cough. Thankfully, the staff here are all amazing!! They were able to fit us into their busy schedules each time and never made me feel like it was an inconvenience. Dr Kiaei loves my furbabies as much as I do and has always been wonderful with them. They’re always smiling and usually laughing, which makes for a pleasant and warm atmosphere. The dogs are always happy when they go to this vet…weird, I know! I am truly blessed to have such wonderful people caring for my pooches!!!

I’m not from the area and was nervous about where to take my precious baby. Caring hands, got us in the next day and it was such an efficient visit. The vet and all the techs and front office staff are so kind and compassionate. Dr. K was so sweet to my pup, and gentle. He did a very thorough exam. They treated my pup with care and kindness, and listened to all my concerns. I am so grateful for this animal hospital and the wonderful staff! What a phenomenal staff and clinic! My girl Indie is pretty sensitive and shy at the docs but she walked out very happy and well cared for. It was one of the best vet visits she's had. The staff was very kind and listened to my concerns about my doggie baby. The doctor was honest and addressed my concerns before I could even speak of them he's very kind and understanding I was a hot mess lol. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a good vet. They even cut my dogs nails better than I've ever had done before and gave her the proper meds in house wich I really appreciate. I was pleased with the service provided. The staff and doctor are well informed and overall great people who have good knowledge to take care of pets. I brought in my dog for an annual check up. Also, I was concerned about a rash that developed by her chewing on her butt. The doctor gave me a treatment and her rash is looking 100% better than before.

My puppy got hurt on Sunday. We took him to the Pet Hospital and they turned us away! I found caring hands online and so excited I did! They got him in right away, took amazing care of him and treated him like he was their own! The dr was friendly and kind as well! I will be switching all my animals to this vet!

I love the hands on care my dog recieves. They saw him when his regular vet wouldn't. They cared and fit him in because I told them how he was suffering. His regular vets office didn't care told me they could fit him in until two weeks later and he had been going there for eight years Caring hands really cared. They took care of him and he's doing great now. I won't go anywhere else. The staff is fantastic. So friendly and caring. My dog and I really appreciate them. Switched to there office.

I called right at 8 a.m. to another vet my cat had seen in the past. And the receptionist was so rude and lacking compassion. I called Caring Hands next and not only were they really, concerned, they expressed compassion over the phone and they accommodated us even though we've never been there. We are definitely patients for ever and I will refer people to them. They are very clean, organized and go above and beyond for our fur babies! ❤

I was able to get an appointment quick! I took in my cat with skin issues, and they helped promptly with care and no judgment. They also weren't trying to pull money out of me for every little thing like most vets do.* They even called later to check on my boy, I'm really just so grateful I found such a caring establishment with great staff. ❤

I just love all their staff! My babies are always treated with so much love and compassion. I highly recommend for you to take your fur babies with them. We have 4 yorkies and they have taking care of them very well. I’ve also had all my12 Grand babies have their puppy check ups and gave them all their vaccines. They take their time and always answer all your questions or concerns.

We have been going to this vacility for years. There has been various vets come and go and then Dr. K took over the practice. He and his staff are just wonderful! Everyone is so kind and gentle with the animals. It is clear Dr K. has a good relationship with his staff and he also has family working there so it gives a real homey atmosphere, this is calming to the patients and their people...smile
