Extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. I walked into the store and nicely asked to return a product I purchased for my wife’s graduation. The girls who spoke to me kindly told me that because I purchased the product over two weeks ago it was outside of the return policy. I informed them I was unaware of this and I went based off the best buy website which clearly states I have up to 60 days for general returns. The girl said she would get her manager to see what he can do. A short bald man with an orange beard approached very stand offish and defensive right off the bat. He wouldn’t let me get a word in and wouldn’t even look at the website FAQ where it clearly states general returns are accepted within 60 days. He kept aggressively pointing at the receipt saying it’s my fault I went off the website and not the receipt and they try to tell their employees to let us know we have two weeks but it’s still not their fault the employee who checked me out didn’t say anything. I tried to tell him if I had known I wouldn’t have waited 3 weeks to bring the product in and cause a scene. He looked at me and cut me off mid sentence and said I can either walk out or call corporate and escalate but that he wasn’t reading anything I’d show him and he wasn’t going to return anything. I wish I got his name but it baffles me people like that can be promoted to a store manager. I’m definitely calling corporate. I don’t even care about returning the product at this point. Best Buy needs to do better.Edit: After going through the reviews, it’s clear I’m not the only one who’s experienced this. They need new management.

Great customer service. Arturo was super helpful and made my day. Thanks for having great people like him.Update: We purchased a new Samsung refrigerator and it was delivered by another phenomenal employee Israel Ceja and his partner. Super kind. Super efficient. He fulfilled Best Buy's 6 point pledge in every part of the installation. I would adopt all your employees and enjoy them as part of my family. Rock Solid Best Buy!!!!

My phone went crazy!!! No texts, e-mails, calls. I was frantic!! Went there, THE GEEK SQUAD helped me. It was locked on Disability voice. 5 minutes, no charge, and how to fix it next time. People are a great help!! Polite!! They care about helping people.

My dryer came defective and could not be installed. They basically told us there wasn’t anything we could do. So we wait. And the store did not return the defective one in a timely manner for us to get the new delivery rescheduled. So now we are without a dryer for over 2 weeks and the customer service wouldn’t help us get in touch with the store in any way to help remedy this. Never using Best Buy again. They need to make this right.

I feel like every Bestbuy is same in layout, experience and products. This location is not different from the rest of the group. Long wait at the register, two registers were open but looks and feels like nobody is rushing. Shelves were not well stocked, limited options. Parking is always plenty. I suggest you check online first, id they have stock, if you want your product asap.

My Grandson just graduated from Cal Poly Pamona last week. All he wanted for Christmas was a bigger TV than he had in his dorm. We went into Best Buy and found a 55 inch TV set up for gaming that was exactly what he wanted...he left very happy.😊

Great service from the installation crew. However when I went to pickup item from pickup they didn’t know where the item was. So appears coordination amongst departments need to be improved.

Went to homedepot to get appliances and thay didn't have any of the floor models available so me and my wife went to best buy thay had the exact model and was available for delivery in a week and set up ther crew is awesome I usually do it myself but the extra cost was totally worth it and thay took or old appliances and came back and replaced the water line extra cost but so worth it informed us about the appliances and were very curtious very happy with there service and new appliances

It is very obvious that store management does not care about how they treat their customers. Just look at all the poor reviews. We should up for a geek squad appointment and nobody was at the desk. They finally called someone over and she eventually showed up from another part of the store. She proceeded to tell us that they got the appointment wrong and that they had taken someone before us so they couldn’t take care of us anyway. Do not buy anything from this store or have anything repaired here. It will be a bad experience!Update (11/09/23): I tried contacting the store today and their overseas call center, that I was forced to talk with, told me there was no way to contact the store directly. The agent sent an email asking someone to call me. I never heard from them. I stopped by the store to talk to a manager and there was no manager in the store. I have now emailed the GM. it will be interesting to see if they respond.Update: 11/21/23No one at BestBuy has contacted me. It is very evident that they do not care about customer service. It is such a simple thing to reach out to a customer and hear them out.Update: 01/09/24BestBuy general customer support contacted me to say they could not do anything to help me! Wow, all I wanted to do was express my concern over the poor service I received and nobody at BestBuy cares. I will never spend my money at a store who thinks so little of their customers.

Oh my gosh the folks at this Best Buy were so helpful and customer oriented. I came in to get a replacement cell phone protector and I was shown nothing but amazing service from the time I got there to the time I left. I highly recommend this location — all of the staff are extremely accommodating. You’ll be pleasantly surprised.

The store was pretty busy and there were only two associates on the floor assisting customers. I couldn’t get any assistance from the only two associates so I went to the man who sits behind the podium and asked him where to locate the item I needed.

Its nice to be able to go in and check out electronics hands on. I noticed their car stereo prices were very competitive with amazon, and sometimes they offer free installation. Has anyone had geek squad do an install??

Horrible service, I bought a Samsung QLED tv at their store, since it didn’t fit in the car they delivered it the next day, After I opened it and hanged it up, I noticed at the bottom it said LG, and when I checked to see how the picture looked the screen was also messed up. The box said Samsung but the TV was an LG, when I went to go return it they said they couldn’t refund or exchange it because they thought that I tampered and switched out the TV, so I called cooperate and luckily they were able to refund me because online it said that I never received my order and that I need to schedule a delivery date. Best Buy needs to do a better job of checking their packages. IF YOUR PLANNING ON BUYING A TV, HAVE THEM OPEN THE PACKAGE TO VERIFY ITS THE RIGHT TV IN FRONT OF YOU BEFORE LEAVING THE STORE OR YOUR HOUSE.

They had what I needed. I hadn't been in since I bought my computer in 2018. They had sold out of a lot, or they no longer stock as much as they did. Cameras for example. I knew DVDs would be gone, and they had more of those than expected.

I just bought thousands of dollars in appliances. I waited all day on the set delivery date and they didn’t deliver the items. No communication from the installers or Best Buy. When I went to the store to see what happened I was told the third party just didn’t deliver it. No apology from the best Best Buy manager in Santa Maria. Now I have to wait another week and waste another Saturday. This will truly be the last thing I ever purchase from Best Buy.

Even though I did not buy a refrigerator from them, I stopped in about ten minutes before closing, just to see what they had. Arturo knew his stock well, and even took time to look up a few items. I really appreciated how he made me feel like a valued customer, even tho I did not make a purchase, because I'll remember his helpfulness!

Best Buy’s Geek Squad must be avoided as an authorized Apple service provider. I can’t speak as to the quality of their work since I never could get any work out them. Avoid the hassle and drive the extra 45 minutes to an actual Apple Store or better yet avoid Apple & Best Buy completely and buy a Samsung somewhere else
