Lorenzo, the guy who works the graveyard shift is someone I would like to give a shoutout to. He is one of the only employees who goes above and beyond to provide a welcoming and pleasant environment. It is remarkable that he is so friendly and helpful to customers even when working such a late night/early morning shift.

So sad to see the store I’ve been going to, probably 4x a week for the last 15 years easily, go to such waste. Your feet are sticking to the floor. Slurpee machines overflowing on the floor. The space for veggies and such for the hotdogs and nachos is absolutely gross and molded. Come on. What’s happened in the last few months. Staff is pleasant but this isn’t a hard job. My visit no more than 10 minutes ago. Makes me sick. The edm music at full blast so dide couldn’t make out a word I was saying. I’ll add photos after my visit tomorrow.

Been going there for years paying for the same price as always for five taquitos and a Big Gulp $6.08. really great deal for lunch especially around covid-19 only giving out the large cups charging them for the big gulp price of $0. 69. tonight I was charged full price and when I confronted the cashier about it he did not correct himself like the other one did. Rikku was rude and shrug it off. If I get charged full price again I will not be coming and I will get rid of my rewards to this 7/11Update: went in today to get a receipt for what I thought was the price for the big gulp. ran into an employee that has been in there for years trustworthy and really hard-working I just wish you wore a name tag so I can give you the Gratitude you deserve after talking to me and telling me the situation with your company and products, unlike Rikku who Shrugged it off with no explanation. It's much appreciated and I'm glad to give you back the Stars you deserve I will be coming in for the taquitos if those are still on deal if not I still will be coming in to my local 7-Eleven :)

Me and my friend get treated like were gonna rob the place everytime we go in there. No we dont act sketchy we literally just walk in there and we get treated horribly. Got asked if I was old enough for a slurpee twice the clerk is always on the phone. Overall one of the worst 711 I have ever been to just go across the street to one of the other gas stations.

I don't know who the new overnight employee is but he either needs more training in P.O.S operations and how to properly accept tenders or he should not be working alone especially when he can not efficiently communicate and understand the customers so he turns away business cuz he obviously has no idea what I was asking I'm only writing this because it has happen multiple times since he started working and have noticed there is never fresh coffee nothing is stocked and it's dirty not to mention standing at check out while there is no signs of any kind of employee on duty along with both doors wide open and no one in sight observing the possible threat of theft or robbery of you are the "owner" and you are reading this you might want to make sure he has the best interest of your business in mind

Store was clean but service was terrible. I wasn’t even acknowledged when I was speaking to the cashier he just stood there and stared at me . He didn’t greet nor did he end the transaction with a thank you or have a good day . But when the men before me and after me checked out he greeted them with a hello how’s it going . I won’t be coming back .

“The sale of alcoholic beverages in the state of California can occur weekly between the hours of 6 a.m. and 2 a.m. every day, including Sunday” somebody just denied me alcohol, I’m over 21, and it was barely 1am. State law says 2am for alcohol.
