Pet owners steer clear of Wagly. This place has gone down hill and they’re incredibly unprofessional and rude. We used to love Wagly a couple years ago and Dr. Watkins was so nice.Recently, we took our young dog in to see Dr. Maibor and this is not someone who should be in this industry. She had an unprofessional attitude about me explaining how we do heartworm prevention as a subscription as opposed to paying for it at the vet. Then she raised her voice at me and yelled “we actually have a dog coming in today with heartworm disease!” I explained I wasn’t there to fight with her. Not there to ruin her day and asked she not ruin mine with her unwarranted attitude. She was incredibly rude and unhappy- I understand now they are trying to nickel and dime at every appointment and get as much $ out of their clients as possible. We’ve had really bad experiences with boarding too at Wagly which is unfortunate. They recommended we bring in both dog beds to make their stay comfortable. Upon pick up-We then learned our younger dog was able to eat through BOTH large dog beds and the beds were not removed. We were worried about how much stuffing might have been ingested as our dog was young (less than a year). I’m not sure how much time had gone by that the dogs were not monitored, but it’s upsetting.Lastly, I called and spoke with Jessica on April 8 requesting records because we had decided to move vets. She didn’t ever send them. When I called back today, the records were sent over. However, they (likely unintentionally) included comments and notes about me and Dr. Maibor. The comments stated it was ME that was “a rude and abrasive client. I declined heartworm testing despite them explaining how important it is for my animal”. They also said I was “ranting to the vet tech and I was making nasty comments to the doctor and vet tech” in the comments.Yikes. The notes also stated “Dr. Maibor wasn’t feeling well that day and was ill”. I’m not sure why she should be at work if this is the case.Definitely an unprofessional way to deliver requested records, but I guess I should be grateful to have them?Again, steer clear of Wagly for boarding and veterinary care.

Daisy runs in when she arrives, which is always a good indication that she’s happy when she goes there. They seem to enjoy her as well. I trust that she’s in good hands and they’ll take care of her.

This place sucks, they sell you on a yearly plan which seems amazing. When cancelled after the year is done, they come back 6 months later demanding more money. According to them because their system never processed fees correctly and if try to ask for clarification send you to collections. What type of business does that?? Be careful take your pets somewhere else.

Giving 3 stars because my experience so far has been decent. However today really left a bad taste in my mouth. We have been sending our dog there since he was a pup and hes now 10. l Today i drop my Frenchie off for daycare just after 8am. at just before 11 they call and say he has some nose discharge and they had to isolate him. They proceeded to say if we wanted him to be able to go back to the play floor we would have to pay $75 to have their vet check him out, or he cant come back until our vet gives him a clearance. We go to pick him up at noon. He has a dry nose, and has had one ever since. It feels like a shake down for extra cash especially since he only goes from the couch to the back yard and today was the only time he has left his house since his vet checkup 3 weeks ago. we cant go back until we pay to have a vet check him out for a issue he does not have. brachycephalic dogs are prone to nose discharge when excited or exercising due to their short nose. they should know clear discharge and discharge that clears within the hour is not a issue.

We were so excited when we found Wagly so close to our home. The veterinary services were wonderful but I was truly disappointed when we scheduled a temperament test for our chihuahua to see if he would be a good fit for their doggy daycare. I explained that he had never gone to doggy daycare so he would likely be pretty nervous. We were in and out for his “temperament test” literally in 12 minutes flat and told he was not welcome to be at their doggy daycare. The moment we arrived, we watched a young lady start dragging him across the floor by his leash in an effort to get him to go with her (which was red flag #1). She came out with him after only 8 minutes (red flag #2) and said that he “wouldn’t warm up to her” (which I thought was odd since she was carrying him when she brought him to us) and said that when she took him towards the other dogs, he immediately barked at them…”A week later, we took him to another doggy daycare who took 4 hours to complete the temperament test and followed a strict process in how they slowly acclimated him to the environment and the other animals there. They absolutely fell in love with him. They had a live web cam where we watched him playing just fine with the other dogs. I’m happy we found a place that truly wanted to foster a relationship with the dogs and took the time to do that with ours. So disappointed in Wagly RSM. Hopefully they’ll change their policies in the future to allow for a proper temperament test by allowing the animals to truly acclimate to a new environment.

The Wagly staff are incredibly friendly and caring to our pets. We love getting updates and know our pets are in good hands. We have taken our family pets to Wagly during our vacations for years.

Let me start by saying that we've been going here since Wagly bought MDD. We moved 2 years ago but have kept our account current so when we go back to RSM, our fur baby has a place to go. However, today we received a call from Linda who is RUDE, NASTY and completely UNFRIENDLY! We've never dealt with her before but based on her attitude, I'm guessing Courtney hired her. Two nasty, rude peas in a pod. So, Linda informs us that because we don't live in the area any longer she's going to make our account inactive. Seriously?! We've had no issues up until now but thanks to Linda, we'll never be back. 10 years! Also, just found out Berkeley, Shauna and Kara no longer work there. They had been there a long time and were awesome! There's a reason employees keep leaving.Done. Never again. If you have little to no expectations, this is the place for you.***Called today 3/21/24 and found out Heidi, Courtney and Bobby no longer work there either. When Wagly bought MDD they completely ruined it*** Such a shame.

I am blown away by the experience I had here today. From the time I called to the time I left their building having been seen by a doctor, was just under 1 hour. I am so grateful for the care given to me from the first moment I called concerned about my dog, being greeted immediately and seen in a fashion that was not only expedient but also I never felt rushed by anyone, including Dr. Lee who took his time to explain what was going on and listened to and answered all of my questions without ever making me feel rushed. Very fair costs and very conservative care which is rare and much appreciated. It is clean and friendly and I can't believe I have only now found this gem in our community!

We had a little puppy emergency and frankly, we weren't thrilled with our current vet. A neighbor recommended Wagly and they took us the same day as our request. The staff was very friendly and the veterinarian was really a nice person, knowledgeable and practical in her recommendations. We're going back. If you're so-so with your current veterinarian, this is definitely something you and your pet will like. 5 stars

called for the first time women with name of Ashley answered I had only 2 simple question about visit fee and other charge .she didn't answered Cleary&friendly .asked her I like to talk to someoneone else .another women with a name of brana came on the phone with a very loud scary voice and she yelled & worst than first one .I toled her at the begining of the call it says this call is getting recorded is it a lie and how you talk like this with people over simple question ?she start to yell and she said I can hange up the phone and she did .this is to the person who owns this terrable shop to make money .if you abvioasley dont care about how the rude worker treat the people on the phone and they have personal issue that they cannot carry a simple conversation , you should be a shame of yourself because this is a clinic not a money making shop .if you don't put this worker on a training first to learn manner it's your fault .Government should control these money making places that by mistake calls clinic .A clinic for animal must represent caring toward people and animals which by looking and reading very low level of Riviews by other people s you need to get citation from government for very low level of the service

I have been taking my dog Piper to Wagly since she was a baby. They take great care of her when we go away on trips. The staff treat her like she’s family.

My wife and I absolutely love this place. They are extremely patient and understanding with our dog, which is a blessing because he's very hyper, and almost everyone is scared and intimidated by his size and the way he plays. But we have never had an issue here before, and the only time they told us they couldn't give him a full bath was because he was nipping at the equipment and they didn't want to risk him hurting himself, where as other places have told us they didn't want their equipment getting damaged. Highly recommend this place for grooming and for boarding.

I have a 17 year old dog I brought here for a check up. The vet told us we have to wear mask. Upon arriving Dr. Heidi Pavia-Watkins was not wearing a mask. She checked out our dog suggested all kinds of things to charge us money but didn’t answer our questions. We decided to take our senior dog home and let her be at peace. They suggested we take a urine sample by sticking a syringe through her stomach. I have 6 dogs at home and I had mention that to her early in the appointment. When we declined to do the treatment she suggested, she said “I remember you” (referring to my last vet appointment I had there with a rescue I adopted) and as she walked out the door said “hopefully your other dogs are ok”. I was extremely offended by her passive aggressive comments. I don’t mind pay extra for the right vet! But I don’t want to pay extra for attitude and arrogance! Get off your high horse!

Wow, I was able to bring my Labradoodle in for a quick hygiene clean up. I was able to speak to the groomer. I love how they work on one or maybe two pets at a time. I will definitely be bringing my dogs back. The veterinarian we saw was caring and thorough. I really like how it is kind of a one stop for all your pet needs. I mean they even have some pet food to purchase. This staff really takes pride in what they do.

I decided to remove a review since my experience turned around. Most of their team has been very understanding and has been very helpful. I appreciate their positive attitude and ability to work with my dog. Shout out to Dr Watkins, Mercedes, and Marcus. Super awesome team thanks for always looking out for my crazy husky!

All the staff at this campus are exceptionally kind and empathetic. They communicate well and even though you're not allowed to enter the campus/hospital, due to covid-19, they make you feel at ease about leaving your fur-child with them. The veterinarians are thorough, and patiently explain everything from diagnosis to prognosis to care and expenses. They're great at exploring all available options and work with you to find a treatment plan that works for your pet and your budget, without compromising on quality care.

Love this place! We have been going since it was MDD before Wagly bought them. They have several of the same employees from MDD which makes it nice. We wholeheartedly trust them with our fur baby. They are very accommodating too. There has been times we just couldn't get there and they completely worked with us. Our baby boy loves going to play with his "friends" too. They have activities throughout the day and always have special event days. He just celebrated his birthday and they made him feel very special. You won't be disappointed.

So disappointed in this business. I have never actually gotten to use their services and here is why.....I called to schedule my 2 small dogs for bath & haircuts. The day of my appointment I was called and told they had to reschedule my appointment because they accidentally booked me on a day that they groomer was not there. Ok. I get it, accidents happen. I rescheduled to the following Friday....today at 11:30 am. I just received a call saying that they have to reschedule my appointment AGAIN! When I informed them they had already rescheduled me from last week to this week I got a different excuse as to why they had to cancel my original appointment! I would have been a new customer with 2 dogs needing grooming every 6 weeks. There was no effort made to try and accommodate me or my schedule. Now I am left with 2 stinky, shaggy puppies for at least another week. :(

I love taking my dog here and she loves going to daycare here. I have tried a couple of other day cares and I have not received the kind of care and customer service that I receive at My Doggies Day Care. I love that the video camera, that they play games and have activities throughout the day (bubbles, bouncy balls, pool days...) and it is right down the street from my work! They are great I highly recommend them to anyone looking!

Pet owners please beware. Stay away from Wagly!! Their admim people are unprofessional rip off artists. They had our old card on file and when they charged our membership obviously the card was declined and then they just proceeded to cancel our membership but took 6 months of membership fees.

Completely impressed with the facility and staff! I was only there to pick up a dog I sit for, but have been recommending it ever since. I even suggested to some of my coworkers that it might be wise for us to see how they run their boarding, grooming, etc. As, I work in a vet clinic that provides those services.

I took my 6 year old shiz tsu for grooming in Dec 2015 and Feb 16. On March 1, she had to have emergency surgery to release her anal gland from extreme impact ion and infection. Upon discussing her case with her vet, the 1st thing she wanted to know was wheather the grommer expressed the glands. For 9 years my 2 dogs have been groomed every 6to8 weeks and this has never occurred before! The inclusion of anal gland is always done on every groom unless we requested otherwise...$625 later, my baby is ok but not only was she in excruciating pain but the anxiety for our pet and family was unnecessary! The groomers response was compassionate but someone didn't do their job, and they unfortunately lost a client with two dogs...0wners beware! And avoid physical pain for your pet and financial anxiety for yourself

Their admin department are unprofessional and completely unable to have a discussion nor are they able to resolve issues. With such an abundance of vets in South OC we are taking our business elsewhere. So irritating

The services provided by MDDC for my German Shepard in a word have been exceptional. I initially used another day care facility nearby and found there care satisfactory. After several days of care at MDDC however I changed to having all my care provided by them because of their enthusiasm attention to detail and knowledge of K9s. On more than one occasion they noticed minor conditions and brought them to my attention. They truly love their work and it shows.
