Came here to get my dog a new collar tag and left with some good dog treats and toys. Checked out everything else while I was there. There were cats for adoption in the very back that were really cute and hopefully they get adopted soon! They had Guinea pigs and birds as well as some tiny hamsters. The worker by the fish was a bit rude and the employees weren’t super friendly, but otherwise a good experience at the Rancho Mission Viejo Petsmart.

Last picture is what he looked like… I was told that they would cut as little as possible and this is what I got! A poor job, he was shaved!! At the lobby they had a cute sample of a Pomeranian with a beautiful haircut and I even made the comment that I wouldn’t mind that look! I was in shock! These puctures don’t serve justice! I would just give a zero star. Sorry but I’m not picky nor a person who complains .

All the employees at PetSmart in RSM are very friendly and helpful. Always greeted when entering the store. Also, the Banfield Veterinarian employees are great also, especially Dr. Wu. Been taking all our animals there for around 30 years. I really cannot say enough about how much we appreciate PetSmart & Banfield. Thank you all at PetSmart & Banfield!

They took great care of their hamsters, and some cages even had plastic wheels as opposed to the dangerous metal runners. They had more bedding than other pet stores too. Overall very pleased with experience here.

Lindsay, who is our dog Daisy's groomer, is friendly, caring, n does an amazing job with Daisy's grooming. Daisy loved her n everyone here. She absolutely loves coming here for we call "Daisy Spa Day"!! She practically runs right to the doors to the spa. When it's time to pick her up she doesn't want to leave bc she absolutely enjoys being here to relax n mingle with the other groomers n dogs. Thank you to all the groomers n Lindsay a big thank you Daisy can't wait to see you all again soon!!!🤗🐶❤️

The grooming department is very unorganized. I called and asked about nail clipping, and they told me I can just come in. After I loaded both of my dogs in the car and drove all the way there, they asked for their rabies certificate. If this was required, then why wouldn’t they mention this on the phone so I arrive prepared? I don’t have a problem with this requirement, but I do have a problem with them not communicating important requirements like this when I took the time to call them in advance. They completely wasted my time because I couldn’t get my dogs serviced. I will have to get copies of their rabies certificates and I will definitely take my business elsewhere. Seems like they should have accommodated us, since this was their mistake for not communicating the information correctly in advance. I’m not sure I understand their concern for my friendly golden retriever, and trained disabled service Labordoodle relative to bites/rabies.

This is for the Manager Kate- I just posted on Yelp as well . She has a SO WHAT attitude to caring about her customers cares or concerns . I have been supporting this RSM Petsmart for over 25 years or since they opened . I have had my Sadie fully trained there and have sadly spent thousands not hundreds there in that store so when I explained to KATE or KATIE- that I was not too happy that my order was finally ready for pick up when I placed it yesterday at 3:51 pm and their site states orders ready within 3 hours if placed before 7 pm - If I knew it would not have been ready until 11;30 am the next day on my dads Memorial Day I would have went with the Door Dash like I started to do explain to the manager to not have to drive there today and I would have saved an extra $10.00 from Door Dash and you know what she said when I asked to speak to the manager- I am the manager- ok when I said I spend thousands here and this is really late -SO WHAT is what she said - SO WHAT - she said well it’s been rough here - At no time did she apologize or seem to care - I said you know when Jill worked here she would have never said SO WHAT to any of her customers. I walked out shocked this is the MANAGER- please tell me this isn’t the reg manager I will stop coming and I will call corporate and let they can send secret shoppers in there and see exactly what I am talking about- she really should not be working at PetSmart and belongs behind a desk filing papers - Kate you owe we’re not nice and you and Corporate could check to see how many of thousands of dollars I have spent there and for your rude comment not once but twice - not once to say ( I’m sorry we’re short on staff last night ) anything but SO WHAT IS UNACCEPTABLE.

We went to buy parakeets here. The overall experience was very good. The Staff was very helpful and answered all of our questions including kid's questions with patience. They gave us helpful tips to make our parakeets comfortable in their new home including tips for the right cage, food, toys and other essentials we will need to bet started. It was nice to see that they knew a lot about parakeets. The store manager was great since we were debating on the size of the cage based on the recommendations and may have needed to switch our order. Overall very good experience.

This store almost always has what I need. All the associates are friendly and helpful, so kudos to management as it all starts at the top.I prepaid online so the pickup was quick and hassle free. There is always ample parking g and the store is very Clean!It feels better to support locally rather than adding to the Amazon behemoth.

This place is clean, convenient, wonderful staff, the prices are outrageous. I tend to spend way too much, but this place breaks my bank, if I allow it. I would suggest maybe a few more bins of affordable ($1-$5) toys, to attract clientele, who in turn will shop for other needs, because they're in the building. I was looking for a ferret cage platform replacement, and the only option was to buy a whole new cage for over$100. The small animal back pack carriers (1 option) and pet play pens are twice the cost than that if Amazon, which delivers to your door. I wish I could fulfill more of my pet needs at this store, as the customer service is unbeatable!

Severely understaffed. I came in to pick up an online order that said it was ready. I waited a good 20 min before they came to help me even though they had already seen me and I had asked for help. They had trouble logging into their iPad to pull up my order. Another clerk came to assist and was able to pull up my order thankfully so I was out in about half an hr. My dogs wont complain about their treats though!

It's necessary to come here with two cats who seem to lose interest in their wet foods even though I give them variety of brands however Petsmart has the widest selection so my two diva cats can have more variety and not waste their food. I don't even have to wonder who's training who lol

I’ll take all three of my Yorkies to see Lindsay in the grooming department. She always does a fantastic job With each of them.
