We come here because you get cat food that isn't harmful to your animal and full of processed junk.They are also one of the few store that carries cat litter, sustainably yours, and they offer a free bag with so many purchases, which I have yet to get because the system messed our account up. :-P

I love this place. I try to go here to get my dog her food and my guinea pig his food. The staff is always friendly. They have a very cozy feeling to them. And they sell very great quality stuff. I believe they are a small business, so go down and support them! I believe they might be cheaper than big brand name stores. Now, they mostly focus on cats and dogs, but they also have a small animal and fish aisle.

I’m new to owning a dog. Jake, the manager, was so helpful and patient answering all my questions about the large selection of fresh pet foods.The store really makes an effort to source from local manufacturers. It makes shopping fun! There’s a great variety and reasonable prices.The service, selection, and quality are top notch! So grateful they are close to home.

The very best selection in OC. Highly suggest going here. Really friendly staff and great prices, lower than Petsmart and Petco, with really wonderful selection of high quality pet food with very knowledgeable staff. If they don't know the answer, they will not stop until you get your information. I recommend to all my pet sitting client's.

This place is so friendly I like it when I go in there they have free samples there's always people there to help you the variety of items they have from skin care for your pets to stuff their paws to treat for your birds and your dogs and your cats and nice bedding and everything in there and the staff is very friendly and helpful I recommend this store

The staff were really helpful. And the store is thoughtfully laid out . They have a large inventory of products you won't find at your corporate owned stores , they even have cbd for dogs and a wide variety of hemp products for dogs 😉. I love this place and so does my little Rocky .

There is a large sign when entering store that says you must have a mask on. Sadly no one in the store wears a mask correctly and the mini hand made shield covering one employees mouth was laughable. We are in a pandemic but this store has decided to not follow the science. This isn’t the first time I’ve gone in and noticed this. Sad because I do like this store. Just won’t go back right now.

Very expensive, and poor return policy: we bought a dog carrier last Monday to have as an emergency in case we got evacuated from the fire that night, but once we had time to research we realized that it was about TWICE as much as something similar we could have gotten at Petsmart...but when we tried to return they will only give store credit even with a receipt. Since all their other products are double the cost of what you can find elsewhere, I guess we'll keep this $80 carrier. I understand the increased prices for the mom and pop store, but the return policy is just criminal. Wish we had just gone to PetSmart that night and we would have found what we needed for a fair price with the option to return if we did not need.
