Rvers Beware! Avoid going here. Parked on Carol Boyer Parkway, went to lunch & came back & my rv was hooked up & going to be towed. There were no signs on my rv saying a date or time . I have told manament that I pass by a couple days of week. " I don't overnight Park there"! In there parking lot they have signs saying no overnight parking, or be towed, but if you are one of the 30 people sleeping in your car that's OK, manament won't tow you.. or say anything to their employee that their spouse is staying all day in parking lot waiting for them to get off..

As a Government employee, I have nothing to gain from knocking, or praising Walmart, in general. My job does take me to different areas, and, when needs come up, it seems it's just easier to find a Walmart.I will say, of several Walmarts I've been in, from various California stores to even one in Oklahoma, the two in the Santa Clarita/Stevenson Ranch area are two of the better stores. However, the Stevenson Ranch store may be the better managed of the two!In reading several of the reviews, it is evident some are from partial individuals; some are from average customers; some are from disgruntled employees; and some are from people who may never be happy!That being said, nevertheless, all of them are actually true!What I, personally, have found, (at the facility located on Carl Boyer Drive, Santa Clarita), is they have a tendency to be out of popular items for weeks at a time! I've also observed (for several years) that most of the employees seem very unhappy. Two of the things I feel affect one's experience the most!I have found this to be the case less often at the facility located on Kelly Johnson Parkway, Stevenson Ranch. And, in fact, that store is usually restocking shelves throughout the day!I, obviously, can't speak to the process by which the stores are managed, having never been a part of it. But it would seem these basic pros and cons can be attributed to management!An amusing anecdote in example would be the recent pricing faux pas observed at the Carl Boyer facility. I've already shared this with the Supervisors, there, and they had a good laugh over it!I'm a Cake Cone fan, myself!

As a frequent shopper to this location for personal and gig-work purchases, it is so annoying that they don't have the lock boxes that other Walmart locations have for items that are locked in cases due to theft. Usually, after having to wait for an employee to show up with a key, they are able to put your item in a lock box (they vary in sizes to fit comparable items) then they give it to you to take to the register at your leisure. Why is it that this Walmart has never heard of such! I really encourage the manager to visit the Palmdale location to see how smoothly the process can work. It should really be a part of the "roll out" when they decide to put the lock cases at a particular location. As a gig worker, I often have up to 3 large orders. Once I scan the product and the employee "has to take it to the front" I then have to remember which item now goes with which order, which I may have to do several times for each, then remember that I need to ask for each item at the front, is a total headache!!! I understand that for alcohol and maybe even really "high priced" items, taking it to the front is necessary. However, just causing confusion and inaccurate orders for my customers, let's all just work together! Please get the lock boxes WM Carl Boyer Location!! If this was not an issue, my rating would definitely be much higher.

We like this Walmart Supercenter is well stocked. The Staff is friendly and helpful. They have fresh fruits and vegetables. The prices are fair. It's a well maintained and managed Supercenter. Great place to shop for all your essentials.

The store is great as far as having the necessary items that I need and it's usually quick to purchase my items, but I experienced some profiling with security and even some management. I'm black and a retired Army veteran who has been shopping at this location for over 10 years. I had no problems shopping without feeling like I'm being followed or watched until recently over the last 2 yrs. Which made me go to other locations unless I absolutely needed a item. What's really sad is that not only am I a 50 something old man with gray hair. I do all my shopping early in the morning right when the store opens and there's maybe five customers in the store. Lately, they have gotten better. I walk the store looking for markdowns and clearances and haven't seen security and or management the 3 to 4 times while shopping. Would really wish that someone from Walmart corporate send a mystery shopper in at different times of day to get that same or similar experience that i did. Thank you. From a loyal and walmart plus customer.

This place is a joke. They do not uphold corporate policy and it’s impossible to talk to a manager. Omar “the coach” is a joke. He is Very rude and dismissive. Doesn’t know the difference between a gift card and a coupon and should brush up on policies before hiding in customer service. Mia “store lead” was disrespectful and needs to not work in customer service. Even the customer support for corporate associate on the phone with me asked to speak with her and she was nasty to him too then hung up on the line she said she would call for associate help with info on gift cards. I’m pretty sure eye rolling and blowing off comments with a thousand YES’s while huffing means you need a different job. I have called corporate and will follow up.

Well it's Walmart, so I needed 4 things from 4 different departments and was thrilled that they actually had all 4. I was hopeful when I headed there, and knew they had all of the departments but couldn't believe that they had exactly what I was looking for, brand names and all. I even went through selff check, and when 2 items rang up higher than the price on the shelf, they got me price checks and adjusted the prices for me, which I appreciated. They were more than willing to help me, and adjusted the prices quickly.

The drive up staff are great, however there are never enough workers scheduled for the volume for this location. Be prepared to wait 30-60 minutes for pick up orders even if you check in and let them know you're on your way.

This is the best Walmart in town. It's spacious and has a lot more variety, and the fruit/vegetables are fresher than expected and less bruising/browning. They've got quite a bit of self checkout registers as well. The biggest pro is that, instead of locking everything up, they've put all the "valuables" in a cordoned off partition where you check out at a separate register. The only con I can see is that they are out of a lot of stuff, but maybe that was the specific day I went.

Great huge store , they have a great variety of almost everything you are looking for , even dupes at a lower price. Plenty of parking except around 5pm it tends to be busy and you have to drive a little to find a parking spot . They have nice grocery options they have a big clearance section even in the bakery isle which is nice if you want something small and for the moment. I choose this store over the one in Palmdale 100% because the staff is friendlier , the atmosphere is nice and inviting.

We stopped in for an oil change at the autocenter. No appointments. Drive-up and line-up. With your oil change and free of charge an added service of kindness they add air to your tires, wash your windshield and add water to windshield wiper container. Mario the mechanic was very polite and courteous as was the young man doing the extra free services. We were told 1.5-2.0 Hrs. It was 2hrs. Great "team" work. Definitely will return. [If you have a Sam's Club membership it is directly across the street to do some shopping, grab a bite or just to look.]

Great customer service!! Great prices!! I was here early in the morning and everyone was very attentive, respectful! We were in and out in a few minutes! They had the tire we were looking for. I went inside to take a look and everything was very organized, lots of of very knowledgeable and helpful people! Definitely recommend this place and everyone was doing a great job!

Don't even bother using curb side pick up. They do go in the order in which you arrive. I've been sitting here for 20 minutes and have seen cars come and go that were here after me.

I typically like this Walmart because they have everything I need, but I have had the weirdest last 24 hours with Walmart employees.Was getting rude customer service and dirty looks from a young female hispanic employee, and I’m Christian so despite all that I asked how her day was and she ignored the question, so I said I’ll pray for that young lady because her spirit doesn’t seem right.Then the next day I was expecting a shipment from Walmart, it was just a pair of $10 dollar sandals for my 5 year old daughter, and the Walmart employee (a black man) stole the sandals how do I know he was black? He took a picture with his finger placed on my package and marked it “delivered” even though it wasn’t left on my porch, where he was instructed to leave it, he literally had taken a picture of my packing on his lap inside his vehicle, how stupid that was of him, a dumb thief. So when I called the Walmart driver he sent my call to voicemail. When I complained, a Walmart employee claims they put in a formal complaint on the employee but I dunno.I know your standards aren’t that high when it comes to hiring people because after all you guys are Walmart, everyone can get a job there, but dang have some standards with the type of people you guys are hiring.

So I go into this Wal-mart today, have my cart go into that little walled off area where make-up, skin cream and other items that mostly only women use, you know the area w/cameras in each isle and a cashier at the entrance/exit making you pay for anything you want from this area but won't ring up anything else in your cart, so I'm in there with my cart and the cashier litterally chases me down saying "I'm sorry you can't bring your cart in this area"...My thought as I walk out of this section "Oh I'm sorry I guess Wal-mart doesn't want me to make any purchases from this section" and I did not go back in to get the probably $100 worth of stuff I went in the section for...Wal-mart if your Loss Prevention employees can't do their jobs in this area, that's really not the problem of your PAYING cystomers...The more you inconvenience your HONEST customers the more revenue you'll be losing by your honest shoppers who will (a) Go spend our money at TARGET or (b) by-pass this Carl Boyer store and go to the one on other side of city where they don't inconvenience their honest paying customers. And what's up w/all the laundry detergent being locked up? Again hire an employee to work that isle and not make us wait 6 minutes for one to come w/a key to get a jug of detergent...SMFH.Today was litterally the last time I'll walk back in this Wal-mart...Total inconvenience and obnoxious!

I would say that they are discriminating drivers in morning shift at the pick-up station. Whenever come night or evening shift always have my order coming right out. But the morning shift, they always say there is no order or we have Glitch. Also bringing order out for drivers they know right away. That can't be a coincidence. I have tried this more than a few times.

I bought a tire online for my vintage car from Walmart because it was a match to the whitewalls currently on the car. 11AM appointment made for installation, arrived right on time. After an hour and a half wait was told they couldn’t “touch” my wheel because of a missing lug, liability issue doancha know? So I asked if they could mount the tire on my rim instead. Took another hour and then I was informed that my installation was converted to a “carry in” and would therefore lose my road hazard coverage. Of course they still charged me the full installation price. So do yourself a favor and buy Walmart Tires online and have your local independent tire shop mount, balance and install them.

Last night my sister had a minor medical issue while we were shopping and the paramedics had to be called. We didn’t get a chance to thank the 3 employees who came to our aid and brought bottles of water, ice, a chair for my sister, and got the paramedics there immediately. There were also several kind bystanders who offered help as well. I really wish we got the names of the employees! Thank you guys so so much for your help! God Bless you and Happy Holidays!!

You need to use smarter people to pack your orders. They make the worst substitutions. Why would anybody want fat-free half and half? They had so many other choices but they thought I would want the same brand and not the same product. Fat-free half-and-half is not even half and half. There's no cream in it. They gave me champagne instead of sparkling cider, grape juice instead of red wine. Did the bottles look the same? Can they not read? The person delivering it needs to double-check it also. The prices are higher online than when you go to the store.

I appreciate being able to order my groceries and pick them up but why do they give me expired meat and rotten milk and packages that are already open. How does this happen? This was selected by someone and then placed in bags by someone else and nobody noticed that it was open!

Horrible Walmart! Won’t come back! The female manager that works at night is rude! She dismisses customer complaints. She doesn’t say sorry and she gets so defensive and rude. She’s a joke for a manager and a joke to Walmart because she makes the store look bad. She’s also very arrogant and this is why the store doesn’t have good reviews nor does it have a lot of customers. I don’t recomend this store. Go to other stores that have managers and workers who do represent Walmart like it should be!

No Walmart ever deserves more than 3 stars. That said, on this particular visit, the person faking as though they have a brain-to-satellite uplink installed in their head that shows them to scan a receipt with 327 items on it, and verify that it's correct and accurate (precise even!), had a way of scanning and swiping his yellow marker that _actually made us believe his neural uplink is real_. It's this kind of service that Amazon will never be able to provide!

So hard to make an appointment to install tires that i bought on walmart. But with help from my friend, i was scheduled on dec 18 at 7 a.m. but walmart techicians are so lazy and unskilled. They told me after one hour they cannot install tires because my land rover tire bolts are too tight... so disappointing and frustrating.... near pancoima at j n j tires did it in 10minutes and rotated
