It had the charm of a small-town grocery store, which was quite unexpected. Having grown up on the East Coast and spending considerable time in remote areas for camping, this place felt surprisingly comfortable and refreshing. Perhaps it was the simplicity of it all, but the prices were fair, and the staff remained busy yet maintained professionalism throughout.

Needed some sugar and butter so stopped by this Stater Bros location. Its your typical grocery store a little old school vibe. They have a sushi station as well. Aisles are organized and clean. Staff was friendly. Only complaint no self check out, but cashiers are fast so no lines or long waits.

I live in Valencia summit and drive clear across town to Stater Brothers, that's how much I like it. Excellent meat section. Always super clean. And, multiple checkout clerks with open checkouts !!!

This store is so well organized I get happy walking inside. It is very clean, the aisles are wide and clutter free and the organization of the products is great. Lots of items in stock. The employees are also very friendly and helpful.

Clean, good prices, helpful workers and even wifi for waiting times. Warm chicken excellent and fresh vegetables and fruits.Great selection at drinks. Never realized how many different tequilas flavour can be found at the shelf. Also coffee selection is good.

Stater brothers doesn’t carry Gluten free foods! My grandson is gluten free as thousands of people are leaving wheat products behind! Wheat is bad for you the older you get ! I have a stater Brothers right Accross the street and don’t shop there. I have to drive across town to Sprouts or Mothers Market, where I know I can get gluten free foods!

RUN if i could give this place ZERO starts I would!! I was speaking to one of the employees Kelly and she was so rude and completely drove me away from this place. I would never go back again and not only that but she kept eyeing me down the whole time I was at the store which made me feel profiled. NEVER AGAIN!!!

Stater Bros. Is a very clean and orderly store. Well stocked.fresh vegetables and fruits. I highly recommended this market. Great quality meats and a Staff who extremely friendly and helpful.

KONICHIWA... to the SUSHI BAR! This Stater Brothers has some of the best supermarket sushi that I've ever eaten. Did I mention that it is made FRESH daily? No? Well, it is. It is the freshness of this sushi that sets it ABOVE the rest. Aside from their terrific sushi, when visiting this Stater Brothers you can expect to find helpful employees, well stocked shelves, and killer deli. They check so many grocery store boxes! Good job, Stater brothers.

RUN RUN AND RUN! This store has to be the most disgusting, unprofessional and ignorant place I have ever been too. The cashiers here are SO rude I don’t know what happen to the good ones that have been there for years.. seems like they aren’t there anymore and they replaced them with terrible newbies who don’t have any costumer service skills whatsoever. I went here on August 7th around 11:00 am, was not very busy so I was in the express and I was double charged with my order so I went back to settle and get my refund and this young kid made such a big fuss!! OH and I would like to mention how terrible the produce section is… empty as always and they are always out of my favorite juices (minute maid zero) and eggs are always cracked and half empty I mean what has happened to this place?????? I used to always order the minute maid zero drinks over the phone without a problem and now when I call no one picks up??? I have been coming here for years what has happened to this place it all looks terrible and the costumer service keeps getting worse and worse. I blame management, whoever is the store manager is absolutely terrible because I remember when Jesse was at this store and it was FLAWLESS, he always cared and was always greeting me and taking care of me and my concerns, now I do not even know who runs this show. Well Stater Bros. your new crew is terrible and it really is showing. Just shop somewhere else people this place is not that great and lacks basic stuff and services just walk out and your better off going to Walmart.. i’m sick and tired of this store a disgrace.

Jerry just helped me pick out a watermelon. He took the time to explain how to pick the best tasting. Just got home and and opened it up. Best watermelon I had in years. Thank you Jerry at Santa Clarita Stater Bros.!!!!!

A very enjoyable place to shop. Well stocked, clean, and the employees are very helpful and knowledgeable. My only 2 (very minor) complaints are that they don't have the handheld small shopping baskets and no self checkout options.

Just ran in for a couple quick things. Beautiful store but a bit on the expensive side so one must know their prices well. Everything has gone up at least by a dollar and sometimes even more. Bright, clean and reasonably well stocked. Give it a try!

I think it's a pretty good store. They apparently have their own brand of a lot of things, including milk, juice, chips and salsa. Good quality. Good baked stuff. Also they have two of my favorites, sushi and brie. My mom likes the deli. She gets ambrosia sometimes.

Easy shopping here since most aisles are wide enough. But they still don't have Ben and Jerry's Vegan Phish Food!!!!! My number one and ONLY one. Most associates are very nice.

Great customer service. The bakery and the deli are fabulous. The fried chicken is the best. I love the meat counter. It's so nice to have someone to help you choose your items rather than only having to choose from pre-packaged items. The produce us always fresh and they have a wide variety of organic fruits and vegetables. Although Stater Bros is a large chain now, they continue to provide customers with that neighborhood market service.

I like the new aisle layout, it's easily better than other stores' "updated" floor layouts. Signs are clear and the food "grouping" on each aisle makes sense. The store "crew" is still great, I've been a customer there for about 16 years and pre-COVID or now, still a great crew. Produce is excellent and the butcher counter even better. An all around five star store, highly recommended

If I could give a zero star I would. Cashier was absolutely rude and unprofessional. Cashiers literally finish off your experience in your store and to have rude ones doesn’t quite make it any environmental friendly. It was my moms first time here and will be her last cashier Genieka made a whole scene over limited chicken? WHAT AN EMBARRASSMENT! We choose to give you our money because of us customers going in shopping is why your building is still running and because of us you are able to pay your employees. Employees who should really in my opinion be respectful and professional at minimum!! Will make sure corporate hears about this.

I love that this is a small chain market and it shows. Good prices without a club card. Good fresh produce, generally well stocked and good variety of brands.I drive about 16 miles round trip to do much of my shopping here passing lots of the big chain markets with their higher prices. Staff are great too.

Always clean and usually helpful staff. The meat department is very helpful, they even ground meat special for us. Occasionally I've had a snippy checkout clerk... Very rude about letting us use our own bags and not clear on what the store policy is.

I’m a regular customer at this location but after todays experience, I will no longer be shopping here. Every time I come here I get treated so poorly. Troy, the cashier is beyond disrespectful and he never fails at his horrible customer service. I never say anything but today was enough. The baggers who I failed to get the names of, only because I was so desperate to get out of there, we’re also disrespectful. Definitely pointed them out to the manager, garret, though. Garret was very nice and said he would bring it their attention and do something about it. I really hope he does and I told him corporate would be hearing about this experience as well.Also, cashiers and baggers need a lot of training with bagging and customer service. Like A LOT.
