A gentleman with long hair was very kind and helpful and God is going in the right directionWe are now very into fish we have several different tanks several different species and we enjoy their beauty and their personalitiesI do go to other fish stores because they don’t sell disc is here but I did get the majority of my fish other than the discus and my salt water I got all other fish from here

Grooming dose a great job. Took my puppy for a bath, nail clip he was happy the entire time. I buy all my pets needs here. Food, toys, bed and snacks.

Awesome pets, staff is really cool, even if some seem like they aren't sure what they're talking about. But they definently do their best! I hate dogs but need to get stuff for my reptiles so even though I hate going to the pet store because they're so many dogs, I prefer petsmart to petco.

With New Puppy needs. We shop at Pet Smart. Not only are the employees nice and helpful. They also let you know about specials and training classes they offer. We recently signed our pup for basic training. They keep their store clean and honestly I have not had a bad experience. Their grooming service always leaves my pup looking spiffy. Keep up the good work!!

Emily treated our dog with the outmost care. He is extremely anxious at the groomers because of a bad past experience. Emily took her time and was patient and kind to our dog. He looked great with his hair cut and was not at all upset after, as he usually is.

My dog loves coming here for whatever reason. Always running up and down the isles. This place always has what we need (fish medication, dog treats, etc) and the staff has always been helpful. Keep up the good work 👍

Employees are always friendly and courteous and helpful finding what I need. I'm always welcomed when I enter the store with a smile. And I love the Treats Rewards program that gives me points for every purchase for future purchases when I earn enough points. I saved $12.50 on my recent purchase today. And earned points on that purchase too!

Sorry PetSmart, you lost my business. Went for grooming appointment during my lunch. From go, the employee explained she might not be able to handle my dog since she just had surgery, and the other was pregnant and can't work with larger breeds...what?! They know the breed size when the appointment is set. Once I verbally checked in, I explained he is scared to go into the groomers and it's difficult to get him in the initial check-in room to begin with. I waited. Another owner came to pick up so they asked me to step out rather than just checking him in and taking him. (After all, it was his appointment time). I can't get my dog back in there as I already explained. They didn't care, they wasted my time, so I left. Such horrible customer service. I won't be back and suggest others call to be sure they are properly staffed for your pup before wasting time or really just find a company that appreciates business. Prices are higher and service and people skills are declining.

This location had helpful and friendly associates, made my getting dog supplies easy. The primary focus was dog training and the trainer is awesome! He was able to gain the trust of my anxious dog very quickly. I will recommend this to my dog loving friends. A+++

I took Blossom for her 1st 💇‍♀️! And I was a kind of nervous of the process. But Holly is always so reassuring and patient with my girl. Final results where amazing 🤩 everyone loved her new look. Thank U Holly!And Nicolas checked us out and he was very nice and professional! Thank u guys

Wonderful pet store, though pricing has creeped up a bit. Well organized and staff seems to genuinely care about what they do. Checkouts are a little slow which gives you dangerous time to look around at their million items near the checkout stands; well played PetSmart, well played.

Staff here are always friendly, helpful and seem to care and really like/love their job. Customer service is always top notch. I feel like they must screen potential new hires really well during the hiring process and/or give really good training. It shows!

Great fresh water fish selection no (salt water section) the bathroom had no working hand dryer. That’s the only two bads. The store was clean and the customer service is so great. They are over the top helpful and insist on giving great customer service. One of my favorite pet smarts.

The grooming ladies and the Asian or Latina girl up front are awesome, and so sweet with our dogs! We just brought them there today for the first time!! Would definitely highly recommend and we will be going back 😄

Had a great experience adopting our son's first pet, a fancy bear hamster. They could use a bit more variety but overall it was a happy shopping experience. The staff was very friendly and super helpful. The prices were really great also.

This is a well-organized store with a large selection of dog and cat food and some small pets for sale including fish, guinea pigs, chinchilla and Little Birds.We used to come here to buy food for our dogs in the past and we just got a new puppy and I came to get specialty food for her.The staff were really helpful and picking the correct food and teaching me about introducing solid foods to a puppy. There were many awesome dogs running around the store while I was there! This is definitely the neighborhood pet store!🐶🐱
