I have been going here for years. My pets receive the best care from Dr. Garcia and Dr. Jon. They only charge you for what your pet needs, unlike other places. They are fair in their prices and don't rush your appointment. They will also take in emergency walk-ins, which I have had to use recently. They really care for your pets like they are family. My 2 dogs love coming here. I will never go anywhere else.

This review has nothing to do with the veterinarian’s, as I did not even get to the point of seeing them. This place is very unsanitary and Absolutely reeked of urine. On top of that, there were flies everywhere, even outside. I waited about 20 min outside before I just decided to leave. My appt was at 3:10, I left at 3:25 due to the condition of the entire place, plus being 15 min over my appt time. Going somewhere cleaner and better. Do not recommend.

Okay so yes of course I waited an hour after my appointment to be seen. BUT honestly it was for a good reason. Another dog came in who was having seizures and it was an emergency walk in. So of course we had to wait. But if that was my dog having an emergency I would be forever grateful if my dog got seen right away like that.The vet Dr John is super chill and awesome. Even before I met him the other pet owners were telling me how wonderful he was. They talked about other vets and how they don’t go there anymore.Honestly he and his staff live up to the hype. It’s incredibly difficult to find a GOOD vet let alone an amazing one. I know from experience with many vets across different states.I was seeing a favorite vet in Northridge for years now but honestly I am seriously considering swapping permanently.Bring a book or a fully charged phone in case there’s a wait!

Little Paws is pretty awesome. Dr. Elsa is very friendly, attentive, and confident. They have very reasonable pricing so I don't think they are in it to squeeze you dry. Very happy with Little Paws!

I was so nervous to take my dog in to get neutered because one of his ball had not dropped. Got there, so nice and they even reduced the price of the surgery. My dog came out of the surgery so happy and he was playing right after. While my other dog that I took to another place had a very bad experience so I thank them for taking care of my dog

This was a wonderful place to take my little dog to have her put to sleep. They were so kind and so good to me. They were reasonably priced and I’m so grateful for them. It was a very relaxed and comfortable situation, and I think my little baby girl just fell asleep and didn’t wake up again. Thank you so much.

Do not take your pets here! They only care about the money and never about your pet.1. I took my, now deceased, cat Prohor for simple respiratory test, that should have revealed my cat's issues, but they botched the job and my cat swallowed 1 1/2 inch long q tip. All they did was give us emergency hospitals list in our area and sent the cat home.2. The day I took Prohor for his last vet appointment to this god forsaken place, they had a new vet who couldn't even compare his last X-rays with new ones taken that day. They found fluids in his lungs but for some reason did not want to perform any fluid extraction, all they wanted to do is euthanization or send us to emergency hospital, why does this place hire incompetent vets who cant even perform simple procedures

We have been taking our dogs to Little Paws for many years. The doctors and staff there are like family. They mourn with you when you have to say goodbye and they celebrate with you when you bring your new bundle of joy in. They have always given the best care at the fairest prices. My daughter brings her babies to Little Paws from Santa Monica. They are taking appointments again. I highly recommend them.

This place is far from us but our pets go there for now. Amazing vets, very friendly, walk-in at certain times, very good price, they are doing the best for your pet and your situation. A visit includes a follow-up for free concerning the same condition you came for the first time. Our 12-year-old dog was diagnosed with a strong heart problem and a low pulse. They gave us treatment for it and adapted it on the next follow-up visit. Our dog is back to what she was, annoying and growling all day long, jumping and barking happily, and even playing like a young dog with her toys. Easy refill for the medication and, they take the time to ask how our animals are doing over the phone when we are asking for a refill. I don t regret driving 30 miles to go there every time our pet needs it.

Way too many people in VetMed quit & commit $uicide because of harassment. I want the people who work here to know that they are supported by others in our field. Don’t let one aggressive owner make you feel like you are not good enough. You work hard, you save lives, you help and make a difference. That man will never know the great work you guys do. #NOMV please tell that Tech or TA that it wasn’t their fault, they just got unlucky with a terrible owner looking for clout. We all make mistakes. Little paws was recommended by a friend of mine. We brought our older lab here when she was having trouble breathing. They did an in house xray and found a tumor near her lungs. Due to her advanced age, they didn't recommend chemo but still gave me the chemo offices info.When it was time for her to be put down, the staff and vet were very compassionate. We were able to be with her when she passed, and she knew she was loved. They also had a creamation service that we received her ashes in a beautiful box and a clay outline of her paw print.The service and care was excellent and I recommend them to all my friends and family. The vet visit, xrays, and cremation service were also very affordable.

Everyone is always so friendly, prices are reasonable, and service is impeccable.I took my 2 dogs in today, 1 for nail trimming, the other one a shot. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Happy dogs, happy dog owners. 🐕 😊

I took my kitten Mavis here, she was not doing well & I cannot say enough about this place the staff & Dr. Steele were so wonderful with us. She was so caring & did everything she could to take excellent care of my baby. Mavis is doing amazing now thanks to everything they did for her. I will never take her anywhere else. Thank you.

I brought my 7 month old cat here they ran some X-rays on her which we discovered she was filled up with gas which made her lose appetite she wasn't able to use the bathroom she would not be active just sleep all day which is very unusual for her for about 2 days. The doctor I believe his name is John seemed quite useless as if he didn't know how or want to help he insisted on an ultra sound (about $400-$600) or bloodwork to find out what is wrong although the X-rays showed it. I asked for any medication, injections or personal recommendations to help release the gas out and they couldn't give her anything because they suggested she didn't need any of that. Instead they gave her a shot so she wouldn't throw up she certainly didn't need (it didn't help her). I took her to GRAND CANYON VET they were so helpful my cat got medicine and injections and on the drive back home she was already starting to move around again and when I got home she slowly stared eating again. I don't recommend this vet clinic I was shown they aren't educated and they are money hungry.

Was my first experience at this vet. Brought a clients dog in for a vaccine. Really nice, front desk ladies are wonderful. Was a bit worried at first about the wait, and those doubts disappeared quickly. For a first come, first serve system, they are quite efficient. Place looked really clean and neat.

My dog wasn't feeling well. No appetite, lethargic, urinating only. Vet took x-rays and found he was completely blocked with a corn cob. She advised that if I waited one more day he would have died. She Immediately took him into surgery and saved his life. We are so thankful she saved our baby. Dog is well and doing fine. Can't say enough about how wonderful this Vet is...

My doggy got into something and was having bloody diarrhea and very lethargic. Thanks to little paws we were seen immediately and not turned away (like at our regular vet Happy pets or cinema drive). She got the medicine she needed and started feeling better thanks to Little paws. What's the point of making a relationship with your vet and taking your dog expecting loyalty and caring when they don't show up when you need them the most? I'm happy to start all over again at little paws. )

Brought our German sheperd mix in, Tuesday 12/20/22 at approx noon after he got attacked by 3 staffshire terriers that broke through their back yard fence off Bouquet Canyon and Haskell (wood fence between liquor store and Susan Beth Way)and they got him, rolled him into the street and I told him to run.He did, and he got away from them. My husband found him down by Central Park. Got him in the car, took him home and then came here, to Little Paws Dog & Cat Hospital where he was seen within 10 minutes of arrival and given a clean bill of health with only a nip on his snout and ear.THANK YOU LITTLE PAWS for being there.

Great care... Dr. Garcia took time to do a full examination before diagnosis and provided clear options for my dog's wounds (from another dog attack). Care options and fees are straight forward and clearly called out on their website and in the office. We will be taking our pets here going forward... recommend!

My little pup was well cared for. I brought her here for a second opinion after I thought the pricing of another vet was very high. Coming here saved me around $2000 over all. The vet took time to explain so much to me and really helped me understand and feel confident in my ability to care for my pup after since I'll have to keep an eye out for reoccurrence the rest of my life. It's very busy here, so give yourself time to wait, but you will be well cared for by all the staff, your pet will be spoiled if they have to stay overnight like mine, and when the ladies in the front say they'll call you back, they genuinely do. Very professional, good pricing, all and all made me feel very safe and will make the 20-30 minute drive to bring my dog here instead of other more local places

I bring my dog here for her annual shots. This time my dog had an infected paw and was in a lot of pain. The staff and doctors here actually care for the well-being of the animals, and the staff take the time to explain how to administer medication. The doctor checked out my dog, went through any medication and prices and gave me choices of what she recommended what my dog needed. It's $60 walk in, I think it's $90 for emergencies, and anything else after that is what you pay extra for. Then follow up visits or recheck within 7 days is of no charge. It's been a week now and my dog is back to her normal self.
