Love this place! Everyone in here is always sokind. I once forgot I had an appointment and the owner was kind enough to still fit me in even though I was running pretty behind. My dog always looks great when she leaves here and doesn’t seem worked up which says a lot! Thank you heart 2 heart for taking good care of my baby!!!

Susie and her team are true professionals! Our dog Dobby had some stubborn tangles on his ears and underarms, and other parts too, but they professionally and gently removed them without causing any harm. Dobby loves spending time with them, and I truly appreciate the excellent service and care they provide. Great job !!!

I have tried so many different groomers and Heart to Heart is the absolute best! Susie took the time to listen to exactly what I wanted and got to know my little guy. Erika gave him the best teddy bear cut which looked exactly like what I showed her. They have a gated area for your puppy to wait in, they are not crated so they feel comfortable. Can't say enough great things... I'd give them 10 stars if it was an option!

The didn’t take my pup in because he didn’t have his 4th month shot yet he’s only 2 months and up to date with his shots . I don’t know how I they expect him to have his 4th month shots when he’s only 2.5 month old ? Seems like they are making up their Owen policies??

Would never bring my dog there to be groomed, owner is rude to her employees, and makes new ones really uncomfortable, that's why she can't hold onto a bather, by far the worst training I've ever recived!!! And I've never had problems like that before....

The worst rude and unprofessional place. I change my appt to a week later. They took my dog bathe him and call to pick him up. They did not have time to do his cut.
