Daiso opened 3 weeks ago. The Staff is very friendly and helpful. I like the self check-out are. It allows you see all your scans and also lets you manage your scanning with out any other help. The store is clean, organized and fully stocked.The only thing I would like to see is better wifi inside the store. I needed to walk outside to get service on my cell. We will definitely return.

This is the first Daiso I see with self checkout, and it makes a difference. This location is only a few weeks old, and it’s already one of my favorites. Very clean, very friendly staff, located perfectly where there’s plenty of parking. This location is big compared to some of the older stores, and has plenty of merchandise to keep you walking. Daiso is a Japanese merch retailer, with a lot of cool stuff directly from Japan. This is not a value store, but you will find good values if you look around. It has plenty of hello kitty and Disney merchandise.

The store it's self is not that bad. It has variety of items that are pretty nice. The only problem there was is that there was an employee with Black-ish blue hair who was so rude to me and my sister. Besides that the rest of the employees are pretty kind. But for the first time going to the store this wasn't the best first impressions.

Soooo happy to finally have a Daiso up in Santa Clarita after all the long commutes to our favorite location in Rosemead! The store is large and extremely well organized and stocked. If you don’t know anything about Daiso…it’s more than just a dollar tree. Their items are actually sturdy and good quality because it’s Japanese made and the quality FAR exceeds the Dollar Tree. So stop hating!!My ONLY complaint is that it seems like the staff doesn’t communicate certain things with each other and weren’t exactly helpful to customers. For instance…one employee stuttered and was wide eyed and said the restrooms were not for public use at the moment and then another said the bathrooms were not working.I am not sure if the staff is familiar with the Restroom Access Law signed into action in January 2023 but people with certain medical conditions need to have access if the bathroom is a working one…even if it’s only meant for employees. The different stories made it feel like the staff was intentionally hiding the bathroom usage from customers who had been waiting 1-2 hours for the grand opening…so that was disappointing and unfortunate.

Such a cute store. Very well stocked and employees are awesome. It's been busy since opening day and the line is long but employees have been keeping the line moving pretty fast. Very happy 😊

Music is too loud, and the staff are rude. The machine double scans a lot of items and you have to call someone to come take it off. They seem annoyed by this.

First of all no public bathrooms. The bathrooms they do have are for employees with no indicator of them not being for the public. Secondly the employees were rude.
