They did such a great job! It was Kiwi's first time getting groomed. They did an evaluation to make sure she'd be ok and she passed! Bree Han did a wonderful job! The customer service was great! They were very kind and treated Kiwi 🥝 so well! I will be going back! 😊

Brought our miniature short-haired dachshund in for a bath. Ears are very clean, nails trimmed and he’s so soft and fluffy! He loved it! The ladies were nice and very prompt. We had a great experience and will be back!

I brought my furkid to see Anna and first time had came here in October and I loved it! She did an amazing job on my peekapoo Angel. She didn't miss anything, everything was nice and short and so well groomed. Loved the cute bandana she had on too! Thank you and will be coming here from now on an seeing you soon for her next haircut. 🐩☺️

I love this place!! All the girls are great with my pup. Ali is my go to groomer and Rocky always comes out looking and feeling amazing. He loves going there and pulls the leash with excitment.

Such a blessing I found this place. This is the best grooming salon I have been to. I have spent so much money in the past on bad and inconsistent cuts I began grooming my standard and doodle myself. My dogs are calm when I pick them up, my cuts are consistent and my pups look so good. This team really knows what they are doing, and they are great with the pups. I strongly recommend this place if you want a professional cut and know your pup is safe in their hands

Jenna is not flexible at all! I missed an appointment (which I have never done before) and was charged $31! No negotiation. They do a good job, but not worth the hassle. And, their prices are very high. Might as well pay for a mobile groomer and avoid the BS!

I've been taking my 2 year old Aussie Mix Bailey for the last two years and have found that Kailey has always been my go to groomer! Bailey and I have always had a great experience here, and Bailey looks gorgeous after!Shop is small, but I don't mind it as it gives them a chance to give personal attention to each pup that they are grooming.Workers are always conscious about COVID requirements and social distancing as best as they can as well.Ask for Kailey!

Tails in the City know their business and they do a good job. Our Terrier had the usual: a haircut, nails clipped, and shampoo. He came out looking quite smart, but on close inspection they missed a few details. The price is reasonable and they are good at handling dogs.

Atmosphere is very nice. It's rather pricey, which is understandable due to inflation.Only negative remark I have is that they don't use any protective gear so that they don't get bitten while grooming. My cat is a fussy old lady and tends to nip or scratch when she's over being touched or messed with. Consequently, she bit the groomer. I was charged an additional $50.00 and an additional fee ($15.00) for dematting, and another fee for using a credit card for payment, bringing my grand total to $210.00. Pretty heafty bill for cat grooming. Oh, and I was asked not to being my cat back to them due to her biting. Uh, yeah, I specifically asked if they used air bubbles or cones for protection. She said no, that it's not an issue for them...well, seems like today it was. Anyway, my cat looks good so I guess my quest for another groomer continues.

Took great care of my three dogs today. I have two older and one slightly disabled and they all came out happy and looking great. A little pricier than others but you get what you pay for.
