This is my second review of this store. The last time I wrote a review, it was to complain about the lack of handcarts. Since then, there's been a dramatic shift! Lots of handcarts everywhere. I even saw a store employee restocking them by the front door. Kudos to the team.Unfortunately, we still have ridiculous long lines. I'm here on a Sunday afternoon, there are plenty of employees working today, but only one cash register is open (#3 in the pics). So... To the VP in charge of this store: This store has a management problem. The store manager named Andreas is the problem, not the staff. Andreas does not believe in having employees work the cash registers, this is the source of all the long lines that people are complaining about. No need for a PIP, just fire him. As soon as you fire him, all the KPIs will start going up.Thank you in advance.PSI wrote this whole review while waiting in line.

As we all know, Target is one of the strongest and best retail chains. There's no doubt about this fact. Regarding the Target branch in Santa Clara, the staff is incredibly kind. I particularly enjoy the presence of Pizza Hut and Starbucks within the store. Furthermore, the store is consistently clean, and everything is well-organized in its rightful place.

Review on TargetPlus Points:*Good location (along El Camino Real rd. near a bus stop)*Bought my iphone 12 and Airpods there.*Excellent staff service :Lorraine provides stellar customer service. She had to hunt for the only 2 sets left in the store for me. There were two other gentlemen (spoke Spanish fluently), both excellent service too!Challenges:*I think when people complain about customer services or the store, they tend to forget how incredibly challenging store work is. If there is a small problem and we as a customer can deal with it with frankly minimum inconvenience, i say just let that go and not write a nasty review here. The staff are not out to get you. I think when you are a nice customer, you usually don:t get terrible service. Can I get an Amen?

Love shopping at Target!This target store is conveniently located on El Camino in Santa Clara county, it is in fairly new shopping center.This target store is fairly clean and staffs are super friendly. I would love to come back and shop again 🤗

This one star review is for Target's ridiculous return policy for electronics, it's only 19 days and not communicated upon purchasing the item. I purchased ear phones just before Christmas and tried to return them 22 days later, SEALED IN THE BOX WITH A RECEIPT. They said no. There was no explanation given when I asked why, it's just their policy. Because of this policy, I will no longer shop at Target.

There was literally 1 register open on a Saturday night with at least 10 other people on the floor "stocking". Saw at least 2 team leads just walking around chatting. Why they didn't have everyone on reg is beyond me. Please fire the store managers clearly incompetent. I would honestly be embarrassed if I was a supervisor here.

Big store, and a huge variety of items from groceries, to paint. It's a supercenter like Walmart, only I think it's more upscale. As far as the groceries, the selection is pretty limited, and very limited produce, but it's handy to get a few items you need from there, if you're already needing to purchase other items. Also, the floor managers keep the checkout lines moving pretty quickly, and will open another lane if it becomes busy. The staff overall is friendly and helpful, even attentive and knowledgeable, and will readily help you find an item, if you can't find what you're looking for, unlike Walmart which isnt helpful at all. Overall, I'd much rather shop here than at Walmart.

Hypermart to fullfill general and most family household items, groceries needs in this area. Price are relatively value especially for bulk purchase. Huge area to walk about, plenty of parking spaces.

Worst store ever. Empty spaces in almost every section, reminded me of early COVID days. Stuff that figured as "in stock" online were not available. Missing price tags. Nobody on the floor to ask questions to (I had to walk the full length of the store to find a person from the staff). And of course, long lines for check-out with only one cashier available.

Never had this experience before: "we can't sell that." I found the item on shelf C43 just where it belonged, it was unopened, unused, in blister package, I brought it to the register, they said "it shouldn't have been there. we can't sell that to you." I grumbled and they did charge me $4 (reasonable price for suction hooks for the shower). Weird.

Me-Wowzers!Look at those trousers!Target is a great store, however; whoever does the buying for the women's clothing lines, is missing the mark! Women Doo not dress like clowns and the material and patterns that the clothing lines are designed from, are hideous and so not flattering!Please Target, hire a buyer who can make decisions that will match what women want to wear. Stop with all the weird items that if, I wore to my job, my manager would ask me to please go home and change into some thing more appropriate for the office and ditch the clown / country wagon get ups."Wyoming called and said they want thier rodeo clown suits back in time for frontier days!".Me-Ouch!

It’s the most annoying thing when you ask someone for assistance and or to look for a particular item and before they can look in their computer they say they don’t have it or never heard of it. Today I asked Patric if they have any TLB products because I’m a huge supporter of Melissa Butler the creator of this brand. Patric seem to be brushing me off and I don’t know if he didn’t want to look up the item or if he just didn’t care to help me. He said he never heard of TLB and that they don’t carry it yet. I didn’t believe him so I looked myself and I see this big poster with TLB on it. I don’t know if it’s me but this generation that Patric is in is just lazy and I don’t have the energy for people who work but don’t put any effort into the work they do.

Nice store but their Hot Wheels aisle was a bit lacking. It looked like it needed to be restocked and they didn't even have any 20 packs, only 5 packs, 8 packs, and single packs.

Target is just like Walmart only a bit different. You can basically find the same things at either place, so I think its more of a preference rather than, they don't carry what the other store does. So if your near Target, shop there, but if you find yourself near Walmart, shop there.

Love the Drive Up service. But, every time I get charged a bag fee of $1 and there doesn't seem to be a way to use my own bags (even if the website says there is). Sometimes I get a refund (as promised), but most often I'm charged for bags I didn't even use. It would be a bit more honest to say that they have a $1 fee for Drive Up, rather than saying it's for the bags you use and you'll be refunded after the fact.

I went into this store with my 10 year-old daughter to return an item that did not fit her. I said hi to the Target employee behind the counter and politely asked him to help process a return, but he did not bother to greet us and only angrily asked me for the receipt. I responded in saying that "the item was purchased online and please hold so I can show a return barcode". The employee then asked me again for a receipt as I asked him to hold so I can render the barcode on my phone. Throughout this transaction the employee had an angry demeanor. What an impression to exhibit in front of my kid. Target...perhaps it's time to put robots in place of these particular staff members.
