Had tried several petco grooming place in South Bay Area, this one is the best, even it’s not the nearest one to my place! I feel all the stuffs are professional and love dogs like always. Thrilled to have this fluffy ball back from a dirty bear for the upcoming Christmas. will try the trainer service in the place! Thank you all :)

Arnold provided great customer service in addition to doing a great job grooming my dog. He explained everything that he was going to do, he did it, and then when I picked my dog up he explained everything that he did. My previous groomer barely said two words on drop off and pick up. The cut he gave my dog seems perfect. She’s clean and smells great and I look forward to bringing her back in the future.

I’ve used Petco MTV and Sunnyvale for dog bath and nail, found an wonderful groomer Sienna at Santa Clara branch and started to schedule appointment with her. My pup has a clear face expression that I can easily tell if she’s happy or not, she’s been always happy after she took her bath by Sienna. Hope people don’t line up for her so we can easily schedule our next appointments.

The most horrible grooming experience ever. Don’t poodle my doodle. I have already showed the groomer what to do and what not to do and she carried out her way as if we never had the conversation and didn’t care! She could care less about how we feel. Horrible groomer. She really ruined the grooming experience. Good luck with her!

Honestly, I was suspicious taking my dog to a major retailer for a nail trim, but every other groomer around here charges exorbitant prices. I was extremely impressed by the skill and professionalism of the head groomer. We were in and out in 10 minutes, and I’ve never seen my dog more calm during a nail trim. Didn’t even need to make an appointment!I will definitely be coming back here for all my dog’s future trims. What a pleasant surprise!

My puppies look absolutely adorable!!! We were paying $300 for a mobile grooming company to come groom our 2 small (14 &15 pounds) doggies and they didn't do anywhere close to as good a job as petco grooming does and literally half the price!!! Highly recommend!!!!!!

My dog got cut bye the groomer and was taken by the store manager to Vca hospital on Lawrence in Santa Clara and when I arrived I explain to her that I don’t understand how did it happen my dog is used to make cutting her hair with the scissors and that number is really good will behave and she just simply say it’s a accident with no empathy my senior dog is now suffering from anxiety and depression is so sad doesn’t want to play and go no where now I’m very disappointed

I brought my two dogs for grooming for the first time today. Angelina and I had a detailed discussing about the length I wanted and how I wanted their faces cut. 3 hours later I got a call that Rosie was ready but she could not finish Bubba because he would not stand still. This is a 13 year old dog that has been groomed about 5 times a year with no problems. Rosie is almost shaved to her skin and the longer hair on her head is jagged. I have never seen anything like it. On top of it they wanted to charge me for bathing Bubba!! I'm assuming Angelina is a rookie as this was not a seasoned groomer experience! Will never use them again.

First time here, and most likely the last. It was poorly done and looks like it’s unfinished. There are spots that clearly needed to be evened out but weren’t. The hair and matting underneath the ears wasn’t brushed or cut, I had to do it myself. Face trimming wasn’t round like I asked, and the nails were super sharp, gave me a bad scratch which I normally don’t get. It looks like they didn’t use a mail grinder after cutting the nails.

We love the grooming staff, and their love for the animals. They always treat Monkey (our dog) like a member of the family. Generally, we only go in for a nail clip & buff, but they are always accommodating, and we almost never need an appointment. These guys are awesome!!! :)

Groomer did an amazing job. We took our 4 year Maltese to lush spaw in San Jose for grooming. They kept him for 4 hours only to say they can't do the grooming since he is very active. So we booked an appointment at Petco the next week hoping this works out. We are so glad we chose Petco, the goomer was so knowledgable and friendly. She did a fantastic job, I would highly recommend Petco on El Camino, your pet will be in good hands.

The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. My pet was groomed in a timely manner. Your staff responded to my details regarding Melvin's ears and used cotton balls. Overall Melvin came home safe and clean.

Great service with first groomer. Unfortunately you do not get the same person even when requesting. The last person cut too close to his skin, cut a mole and shaved off all his whiskers. He was tramatized. He was acting off for about 2 weeks.

LOVE NIKKI! She's the best groomer and so good with my DOG, He only let's her touch her, and his anxiety has gotten so much better with the grooming over the years in terms of letting others handle him.

The groomer was very nice, but did a terrible job on our dog. He came back with two of his paws bleeding from his nails being cut too short, uneven cut and tail was not trimmed at all. You get what you pay for I guess.
