Paw Palace have been doing a great job with getting my dog a haircut. People will make comments on how cute he looks. I had Mickey get his haircut from both Maria and Angel. Maria seems to do better with Mickey. He seems to not mind going to them. They are by appointments only. I will continue to use their services.

Worst dog shower and bath place. I left my dog there and trusted them with the safety and well-being of my dog, but they didn't take that seriously. They cut my dogs nail, and that caused it to start bleeding, which was then left unchecked and unteated, this incident wasn't even notified to me, and when I picked up my dog, he was bleeding, the rear seats of my car were also filled with blood. This was very unprofessional and unsafe. This photo that I'm showing is when I cleaned all the blood, yet the blood is still visible and clear where it's coming out of.

They completely shaved my golden retriever. For those who don’t know, goldens are a double coat breed and shaving them can shock their system and ruin their hair growth forever. It also exposes them to the elements they normally would not be exposed to. I have been taking him to groomers for years now and this is the first groomer to completely ruin his coat. I honestly do not even know what to do or say because how is it possible a groomer doesn’t know about under and overcoats with dogs? Now I am stressed his fur won’t grow back and I have been assured by the vet that it definitely won’t grow back the same. Before and after pictures for reference.

We love Paws Palace for our two mini schnauzers. They do a perfect schnauzer cut, which isn’t easy, and the price is very reasonable for the Bay Area. I also love the online scheduling! Highly recommend!

Always bring my chihuahua mix here for nail trims. Scheduling is fast and easy. They have my number on file so payment with my phone is a cinch, receipts is automatically sent to my email. My fur baby is nervous and not too friendly to strangers and I never have a problem here.

They cut my pet’s hair way too short compared to the photos I showed them, which was still ok since the hair was cut evenly, so I gave them a good tip.But went home and saw a big cut in my dogs armpit, very bad and unprofessional of them to not acknowledge their mistake. They could have told us and applied some ointment. It’s a big cut.Never coming here again.

I absolutely loved taking my golden retriever here yesterday. They got her done in a timely manner, they were very polite and professional. I’ll be taking my golden here for her regular grooming! They are also very affordable which is hard to find in a great groomer in the Bay Area. Love them!😁💕

We sent our large dog for grooming and was told that he had some matting around his neck and had to be trimmed off. I was told that the hair will remain but when we picked up the dog, there was no hair left around his neck. They just did a quick job to remove all the hair instead of cutting off the matting inside and leave the hair from outside. Razor burns were everywhere. Other grooming places would have taken the time to untangle nicely. It looks like a commercial place without the attention to details.

First,I want to start by saying I have been taking my dog here for the last months and I had very good experiences.Today I'm leaving very dispointed from the paw palace, due to the fact the groomer (Maria) was very rude with me , just because I questioned her about the price .She got very violent and tense which was not healthy for me or my dog.I will definitely take this to the business bureau since these type of action need to be taken care off.

I called them on short notice, and they were able to accommodate us. The service was very professional and friendly. Our dog looks great, and seemed comfortable being there. He was groomed exactly as requested. Paws Palace was recommended to us by a friend, and I will recommend as well. Thank you Angel and the Paws Palace team.

They shaved a large part of my dog and scratched his delicate area. They said he “moved” but we’ve never had an issue with any other groomer. My dog was in pain for a few days because of this. On top of that they give the bill and expect tip before saying anything about what they did.

Sasha and I have only been here once, we had to find a new dog groomer since the place we used to go to closed, but judging by the vibe I got from the employees, you could do a lot worse. Sasha came out looking and smelling like a million bucks, well, maybe not a million, but at least a couple hundred grand! All things considered, not bad for our first time here. They were a little pricey for a basic bath, but considering that this was the first place I called who wasn't booked till Valentine's day, we went for it. Angel did an amazing job cleaning up her ears , (a problem area), and the rest of her was beautiful! A solid 4 stars, but I may amend this soon.

This place has an easy to use reservation system online which I really appreciate. They always do a great job with my long haired dacshund. I've taken her here about 4 times and each time she comes back exactly the way I requested.

This place is amazing, we called in on Friday and they were able to get us in on Tuesday. When we arrived to drop off Ollie we were greeted right away, we then told the groomer what we wanted and Angel Hernandez delivered!!! Ollie looks amazing they gave him the perfect summer cut and left his mane long he looks so cute, when we came back to pick him up he was waiting in the lobby for us! This place is very professional and we will 100% return. Thankyou so much!

We took our chihuahua to this location and they did a terrible job on the haircut. They shaved off his entire body but left the hair on his neck long. They were supposed to just trim the parts that were long not shave his entire body. They also for some reason trimmed his whiskers on the right side but kept the whiskers on the left side. Never going back there again.

We have a rescue dog (Pixie) that is shy and they have done a masterful job in making her look like a little princess. Every time we've had her in, they have handled her in a loving manner that have made both my wife and I very comfortable in leaving her in their hands.

During the consultation I think the groomer understood my needs, however, something got lost in translation between then and when I picked up my dog. I didn't want anything fancy, just an overall trim and to cut the fur on her feet. I wasn't expecting a salon cut, but for $70+ I was hoping it wouldn't be all uneven and with obvious scissor marks. Her feet were still overflowing with fur which I ended up fixing myself.I'm really hoping this is just a one-off bad experience and that the other reviews are genuine. Unfortunately I will not be returning.

Love this place. My cat traveled from east coast to west coast via transport service and was covered in urine. Paws Palace made sure to thoroughly clean her up and more. Literal life saver!

These guys are great, my dog looks beautiful and was not stressed, they only took 2 hours compared to 6 from her last groomer, reasonable price. I will be using them for my dog from now on.

Took my dogs for a grooming they really messed up both of my dogs furs.. it's no joke!!! and the customer service is a mess terrible not recommending this place
