Our dog has been going to daycare and boarding at A Pet Villa since she was 4 months old. She loves it there and I never worry about her when we board her. The groomers are also able to trim her nails successfully even though she hates it. Recently they’ve started posting pics of the pets on their instagram and I LOVE it! You can tell their staff really loves the animals.

We have been bringing our beloved Magic for the past 2 years. She always looks forward to seeing and spending time with her doggie friends. We recently took our dog to A Pet Villa so that he would have a place to stay when I went into labor. My husband called them frantically on a Friday evening and they were gracious enough to stay open an extra 30 minutes to take our dog in. We were also allowed to drop our dog off and pick him up whenever we could, so he stayed a total of 4 nights. I could not be more thankful for A Pet Villa and they've certainly earned a repeat customer in us!

I just picked up my cavapoo from a grooming visit here and I could not be happier! She looks absolutely perfect and she’s not upset at all. Our groomer was so warm and friendly and did the most incredible job.

They love your pet and take really a good care of your pet (mine is a dog). Their groomer is very professional. Their price is so affordable. I have dogs for more than 20 some years, this is the best place ever for my dog Cujo!

Called to make sure they could take The Beagles for a few days. Client portal setup was easy, uploaded their documents and got a confirmation call the next day.Day 2 - The Beagles were excited when we arrived and seemed to know exactly where to go. That’s always a good sign for me.

Always the best. These people are so caring. Their dog bathing and grooming services are top notch. If you want to kennel your dog and know that they are going to be treated and spoiled the same way you would treat and spoil them then this will be their home away from home. I recently was given a dog by a family unable to take her. She had serious matting behind her ears but I wasn't given any vet information to confirm she had any shots. After a few vet visits and gaining a healthy amount of weight, we had to try and hunt for a new groomer. There were a lot of "no new clients", or no response at all until the Pet Villa responded.I was fully expecting to have an entirely shaved dog but the groomer was conscious of her fur. The matting was gone and she was all cleaned up! Already booked for June to keep her up with grooming. I'm hoping she becomes comfortable enough with the staff here that she may end up comfortable with boarding once travel starts up again!This photo is from after her grooming with a reward for getting through her first go!

A Pet Villa is a reasonable place to board your pet when you're in a pinch, though they really try to nickel and dime you. I drop a pill in her food in the AM and PM, but they charge $10 per "medication administration." What seems like a reasonable price quickly climbs to something that costs more than a fancy Rover.I drop her off with toys so she can entertain herself, but they never show any signs of being used.

My dogs love going to the groomers. They take the extra steps to keep them calm and relaxed. One has anxiety and the other has arthritis in his back. They are long haired Chihuahuas. They take their time and keep them comfortable and settled.

My dogs love this place! They always look forward to being here during family vacations. Great play area for the dogs, couch, objects to pee on and a chance to play with other dogs. Great overall place with okay pricing, but since I have two dogs the price jumps up quite a bit. Overall I'm very satisfied as my dogs love it and the cost is worth it because I know they will take care of my dogs while I'm gone.

Our dog got great care! We had been at another boarding company and our dog would return skiddish and distant. We moved him to A Pet Villa and he came back happy and playful.The front lobby is clean and well organized. The attendant had our contract waiting for us and all the details correct. She was professional and I was already at ease.I scheduled 2 "personal playtimes" with a human on the 5 day stay.We have found a new kennel for our dog and feel at ease when we leave him now.

I left my dog here for 3 nights, and after bringing him home, he limped for 2 days straight. I called, and they couldn't give me any answers as to why or what happened. I will never leave my dog here again

Took my aunts dog in for a wash and a nail trim. To my horror I went to pick him up dripping in blood from 2 paws. They asked me to walk to the back to take him out of kennel, the towels were full of blood. The older gentleman working as the boss said they didn't want to get bitten that's why he was full of blood after nail trim. I asked him why the muzzle was taken off him before the bleeding was stopped and He said he didn't give him the bath. What dog wouldn't be traumatized after getting hacked up and bleeding everywhere. My arm was covered in blood and my jacket. I was shaking holding my aunts dog while his paws were dripping in blood all over the floor. He was trying to tell me how to pack his nails but I decided to run out of that place and take him to the vet.

We were going to be out for 2+ weeks on a trip to India and were quite apprehensive about leaving our 1 year old puppy(Cosmo) in boarding for so long. We even had to extend the stay while in India by an additional week as we couldn't fly back due to some family emergency. I have nothing but amazing things to say about Pet Villa based on this experience. I "love" that they are very responsive on emails & phones. I can't imagine how much more stressful it would have been for us to deal with some unplanned changes while being so far if it weren't for their great responsiveness. They took great care of Cosmo and since I'd signed up for the care package, I got well-informed and timely updates from them. They noticed when Cosmo was scratching his ears / shaking his head a lot and found it to be possible double ear infection. We were really touched that the staff voluntarily cleaned up both of his ears and repeated this every day until we got back to keep him comfortable. I totally appreciated that groomers provided detailed info on what the right course would be to remove Cosmo's matting. They took great care during grooming and we got some good tips on how to manage his curly hair hence forth. I've used other boarding facility and have seen Cosmo regress on his potty training even with 4 days of stay. However, this time, no impact at all despite such a long stay. Overall, Pet Villa exceeded our expectations. Good facilities with caring staff are hard to come by. I'm glad that I've found one where I can leave Cosmo worry-free. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for reliable, reasonable, responsive and professional facility with caring staff.

Update for Grooming: This review is for A Pet Villa Grooming. They have now done three wonderful grooming for my dog. He is not the easiest to groom, and every time he comes out looking (and smelling amazing). The best part is the team is really flexible and he gets groomed while he is boarding there. The price is incredibly reasonable, and the output and service is great. I highly recommend A Pet Villa for Grooming and Boarding. Nothing but wonderful experiences with all of the staff!I don't want to post a review of A Pet Villa because I want them to be my own secret! Alas, they are so fantastic I want to support them since they have supported my dog many many times. We've kenneled our dog with them 5+ times, and never had an issue. In fact, if our dog could talk he would prefer A Pet Villa to our house. They know his name as soon as he bounces in the door and take wonderful care of him. Fantastic rates, fantastic availability (Sunday pick ups what?!) , very responsive on email and phone. Great location close to San Jose airport. Highly recommend!

Good cut for the pup but didn't include nail trimming with the full service. I understand because my pup acts like a baby when it comes to nail trimming, but I felt like they should have discounted the price since i came primarily for this service. They wanted me to instead schedule a separate appt and charge for another session. Just not a greatest first impression when there are quite a lot of groomers in the area. 4 stars, good just slightly disappointed

Both of our dogs have separation anxiety. It gets pretty intense for one of them. The team at A Pet Villa are wonderful. They put the pups in the same run at night and depending on how he’s feeling, will let our big guy hang with the small pups just so the he can be close to his sister. They’re truly dog people. We have wonderful peace of mind when we travel knowing that someone is loving & caring for our babies like we would at home.

My dog loves daycare, boarding, and grooming here! The staff take really good care of her. Just wish they had live cams like some other animal daycares do. But they do offer a care package where they email an update with pictures about how your dogs doing which is really nice.

I've been using A Pet Villa for over two years, ever since I adopted my dog. I had to leave her there three weeks after I got her as I had a vacation booked a year in advance. She loved it! When I went to pick her up she wanted to stay. She has stayed dozens of times since then. When we show up without an appointment the staff calls out her name. Every-time we get there, my dog is more than happy to be taken away from me. She doesn't even want to say bye. She just wants to go play and enjoy "camp".

Malka and the entire staff are so friendly and wonderful with my pup! He HATES being boarded and typically gets super stressed, but he LOVES going to A Pet Villa and seems to genuinely be having a great time in photos. I'm glad I finally found an affordable and reliable place for Riggy!

My spaniel Sophie recently stayed for 3 days. Staff was caring and friendly. Sophie had fun in the play/daycare room. Upon my return she was well bathed and had a sani-trim and had her nails trimmed. She and her normally smelly "spaniel ears" were fresh and clean. Will definitely bring Sophie back. Business seems well run and I was very comfortable leaving my little sweetie with them. Great rates too.

My fur baby loves this place, he's always so excited when we get close to dropping him off! You can tell the employees do love animals as well because it reflects in his behavior when he see's them. Sometimes they'll even have stories about his interactions with other dogs. Also, my dog isn't neutered which a lot of day cares don't allow; but A Pet Villa does & it hasn't effected him or other dogs to my knowledge so we're super grateful.

When I came to pick up my kitty, I found him in a big play room (the whole room to himself!) instead of being trapped in a small cage. He looked comfortable & confident there as though he had been out in the play room a few times already during his short boarding. When my kitty looked relaxed and happy, I feel less guilty to leave him for my vacation! This was his first boarding with Pet Villa, after boarding with Petsmart and other facilities in the past. I will bring my kitty back to Pet Villa on my next trip, and I feel confident to recommend this business to my family and friends.

If there were more than 5 stars, that’s what I would give this place . My pup has been going here since he was 16 weeks old. Every time I pull into the parking lot he is ready to fly out of the window towards the day care . He absolutely loves it . They are very very careful about COVID related precautions as well. 2 thumbs up !UPDATE - July 16 2022I don’t know what’s happened to this place . Always overbooked and they have a sign up on the door saying “ not accepting dogs “. As a customer who pays for package of day care days , I have to always turn back . When I brought up my concern with the front desk , they say .. make a reservation in advance . How does that work ? If I have paid for a package, I should be able to drop off my dog without having to make a reservation. The manager argued with me and refused to take my dog ,saying I don’t have a reservation. I tried to explain to her that on regular days it would be ok , but I had an emergency and needed my dog to be dropped off for a few hours . She would NOT budge . They sent zero communication about this new rule about reservation and accept the customers to know about the rule without any sort of communication.And when I asked for a refund on my package , they refused .It’s just disappointing to see how poor customer service can ruin a place . If they are rude to you on your face , imagine what they may do to your dog . Take your business somewhere else . I am doing that too. There areSo many good day cares around .It’s sad to see a good business go downhill
