Love the place. Unfortunately, they were low on inventory and didn't have what I was looking for. The prices are a bit steep, but most things of quality are! Staff was helpful when asked but didn't hover. I always feel like a kid in a toy store there.

I wasn't sure what I was expecting, but a nice warm, well lit, and large store was not what I expected. I'm not normally someone to ask for help, or write a review but Brian was very helpful and kind. What I was looking for was not on the shelf and he took down multiple items, searched the back area, and opened a few boxes for me. I can say I was very satisfied with my purchase, despite minimal researching, and everything fits correctly I will be there again for sure.

I just want to give a shout out to the fantastic customer service I received from Mary Beth. She went above and beyond to help get a couple kayaks for me. I cannot speak highly enough of her dedication and support. Since we are not in Santa Barbara, all of this was done by phone. It ended up that the kayaks were not available in the warehouse like we thought, so we weren't able to get the kayaks. However, that by no means was Mary Beth's fault. Mary Beth showed knowledge, patience, dedication, and a willingness to help a customer well above and beyond what most do. Thank you to Mary Beth, and congrats to West Marine for having such an awesome employee!

Wish I remembered his name. Sold me a speedmaster ii and filled with line. The young man was pretty knowledgeable about fishing, very cool and helpful.Happy to support this team.. They are always extra helpful with nice on top.

Hopefully they'll have what you're looking for. A little expensive for my taste and the kid that work there didn't know what a shear pin was for an outboard propeller. So again hopefully they'll have what you're looking for and you know what it is. This particular West Marine used to have a knowledgeable salesperson name Craig who apparently is no longer there anymore. Plenty of parking.

It was my 1st time there, really easy to find and plenty of parking on the side and in front of the store, great customer service, they did did not have the item I was looking for but he order it for me and they had it the next day really cute store. 👍

Great people, reasonable prices, but a very lacking inventory! It is frustrating how little they have in stock. The port hueneme store has twice the amount.

The most expensive marine supply store ever. The great thing is now they have had to implement a price match so if you show them the price of the item online they have to price match it.
