This is an AWESOME local Pet Store. They have AMAZING animals and Fish. Super clean! The staff are sooo friendly and knowledgeable.The BIG Box stores in SB are horrid and rude.My kids LOVE going here and seeing all the animals up close and personal.GO here!I will never go to Big Corp Pet dread again.

This is a fantastic pet store. The employees are extremely knowledgeable (like animal scientists really) and helpful, not in a hurry, can answer all questions, very available. They are always willing to take out reptiles for my daughter to touch or hold -- its like a field trip to a natural history museum!

Nice friendly people, nice selection of reptiles. The tropical fish selection is worth checking out but not huge and the tanks are clean and the fish looked healthy.

Knowledgeable and friendly staff. It’s my go-to when I need anything for my Russian tortoise or leopard gecko (both rescued from elsewhere), including mealworms, super worms, and crickets. They also have a big selection of reptiles, and I know that they are well taken care of. If you’re looking for a reptile, don’t buy one at commercial places like Petco/Petsmart.Only complaint I have is they were supposed to call me about picking up a leopard gecko. I was on a “soft hold,” meaning someone else had the gecko on hold. They were gonna give him til a certain day since it’s been a month or two on hold. I came back few weeks later and the guy had never picked it up. Both our names were still on the tank but they never called me. I took my own name off of the tank and threw it away. Not a great system...

Amazing staff who cares about the well-being of their animals. The lovely man working with husbandry in the back was particularly knowledgeable. I feel like a better pet owner after implementing his knowledge on pet care. Thank you guys!

The absolute BEST locally owned pet store around. Staff is very helpful and knows their stuff. Have quality animals and supplies. Definitely deserve our business. Owner is there almost daily and will answer any question and is super helpful with kids questions, as well.

Loved this place! Got 2 snakes here and all their supplies. The workers are always kind. My snakes are both very kind. Expect one who has been hissing at me lately? I don’t know what’s going on? He’s never done it before and I’ve had him for over a month :( anyway amazing customer service! Always let you hold the snake you want

Staff is so friendly, beautiful animals as well. Great reptile selection. Staff was kind enough to let me hold a hognose I was looking at and excited about, which made my day. Very knowledgeable staff, and nice business. 100% recommend, thanks guys:)

I’m a new snake mom and the employees here walked me through so much about my baby ball python! I came in to buy some tweezers so that I could feed my snake, and the two employees here helped me understand how to feed him and how to regulate the humidity and temperature inside his tank. Their help didn’t feel rushed or superficial: they were genuinely interested in talking to me about snakes. One of the employees unlocked two of the snakes and took me to the back to show me one of them because I was curious about ball python breeds. Super cool experience!Their fish and reptiles and birds looks really healthy! And their shop feels like a dream to walk through with all that they have.

I come here for my pet supplies because they have items other pet stores do not have. The staff are very friendly, knowledge and helpful. They have birds, bunnies, reptiles, tarantulas, fish. They have a variety of feeders too. They really do care about the animals here. There is parking and other stores and restaurants close by. The place is not open late.

This pet store is great. Sean is very knowledgeable about the animals and he helped me decide on which fish to pair in a tank. They also have the best variety of reptiles I have seen in an SB pet shop. Very clean and healthy looking animals.

I Absolutely Love this Place! 😍 I was referred here by Petco 5 Points to Board my Bearded Dragon for several weeks while I'm gone to Japan. I visited the store after speaking with Matt on the phone who gave me very discounted Rates for her Stay. 💜I was not able to bring my Beardy in myself, but my friends did, and they have been stopping by to check on her.
