BEST staff who love pets and are so loving and sweet to everyone! Sean, Kameron and Gloria are the best and both groomers are wonderful! They show my dog Luna so much love every time we shop there and it is her favorite place to go! Milpas location is the BEST!

Total downer of an experience. The cashier was not proficient with the register, and ran into a few issues. He turned the blame on me at each error. I paid full price on sale items due to haste.

Very understaffed. single staff members repeatedly do everything on their own while management seemingly ignores any requests for help. Very sad to watch, staff members stay polite and helpful throughout.

🐾All the staff are Great!😁 very friendly! I don't have any pets but, I have a friend that has a cat🐱 and she loves the price on canned&dried cat food. I often go with her when she shops for food. She says the prices are much better at PetSmart than most grocery stores. And this store is generally well stocked very clean helpful staff. I like to see the dogs getting groomed! And the grooming staff always seem so patient and kind with the dogs!🐕! 💞😀

I will never be going to this location again! I dropped my dog off for his 2:30pm grooming appointment just to get a call at 5pm saying they’re too busy to groom him. I had this appointment booked for almost a month. I was told by the manager that there’s no solution and the Goleta location might have availability. Wow! Do yourself a favor and don’t go to this Petsmart location!

Wednesday May 26, I brought my puppy Luna to pet smart looking for wet food for her and Luna found Sean and we decide to ask him if he could help us he was very patient with us and very kind towards us and Luna. He helped us find a new kind of stuff to put in her kibble which she loves. The girl at the front desk working that night never caught her name but she was kind as well and gave Luna a treat and we went on our way over all the experience was fantastic!

to the manager- teach your employees how to be around dogs?Had one employee today kneel down and call my dog over and pet it without asking me while I wasn’t paying attention. not ok.Had one employee sit down and ask me what my dogs name was and then picked my dog up? Didn’t even ask to pet it? And picked it up? My dog is recovering from surgery and hates being picked up, so that was not ok.Not ok to do anyones dog.Note to pet smart employees working today- ask an owner to pet their dog and just because a dog is small does not mean you have the right to pick it up.

Elderly dog owners beware. My mother in law paid for a dog grooming with a check that PetSmart confirmed to have received and deposited. Unfortunately, PetSmarts all over the US have contracted with a collection agency that has been harassing my mother in law for over a year demanding new payment. Though individual PetSmart employees have been sympathetic, the manager at the Santa Barbara location has indicated that it is not their problem that my mother in law is getting harassed by THEIR third part collection agency. Do not support this business/corporation that is complicit in the harassment of the elderly.

Staff was friendly, but this location is TINY and doesn't carry any of the brands I needed. Very small store with basic name brand cat and dog food and accesories. Larger locations are better suited for less common brands and anything exotic pet related.

Very convenient location right next to the Trader Joe’s. The store is clean and I rarely wait in any kind of a line. We use this often for their self serve dog wash as well which we find easy to use and worth the cost.

It's small compared to other Petsmarts I've been to, but well laid out and same great selection they're known for. They also gave me a discount even though I don't have a frequent buyer's card. Extremely friendly staff & great hours.

Walked in with no employees to be found. Tried to check out and had to wait several minutes for employees to emerge from somewhere in a back room. Female employee was incredibly rude and seemed annoyed I wished to buy things. I inquired about crickets and they told me they didn't offer any in bulk yet, so I asked if there was a place nearby, and the female employee very rudely said no not anywhere closer than Ventura. I was surprised at this, and a quick google search showed that a Petco not a mile down the road did in fact carry what I needed. Will not be returning.

Had a grooming appointment for Sunday, August 12tg at 9am. Walked in, no one around. Finally grumpy store clerk came up to cash someone out. Had to ask for help, even though we were standing at the grooming counter alone. She walks over and looks up appointment, says we don't have anything for your dog. I said they never asked for my dog's name on the phone, only mine. Well, regardless...the groomer called out sick. I'm thinking why didn't you tell me that to start with. Wasted time! I went down the street to Petco. They took my dog as a walk in and gave her a bath. Won't be back to Petsmart.

The absolute worst. I usually shop at the Petco and was the first time in this store. I asked an employee for where to find a product and the kid promptly told me he was on break and walked away! The management here is deplorable and I’ll never go here again. Plus, really poor section of products.

Had my dog groomed there. Asked for a trim, got a shaved dog. Not sure what the miscommunication was. Regardless, this place is much better than the petco down the street. Very nice employees.

I had just bought a new hamster cage. I was really excited to go to the Petsmart that just opened by my house. Unfortunately, when I went in there was no hamster stuff. I was very disappointed, especially because it is the closest pet store to me within 20miles.

They inventory is not always same, they always out of stock, and the employees have no idea, they don't know about anything about the stock. Lots of time I walk out of empty hand, and disappointed ☹️
