Called and spoke with someone and they were able to squeeze us in last minute. Even coming from out of town they quickly and easily pulled up our dogs’ info. Very helpful and friendly staff!

The groomer I use at Petco, Sarah, does an extremely good job with my three very different dogs. She is kind, listens when I say how I want them groomed and all three dogs look fantastic. I tried a couple of different groomers in the beginning who I have to say were well below par both in their grooming and in their attitude about having to do three dogs. Seems the burden was too much for them and I even was yelled at!! Sarah took them on, has had nothing but nice things to say about my dogs and makes me feel good. They are my family. I trust her and her judgement based on my guidelines. Thank you Sarah!!

Took my husky in for a de-shed and bath. Unfortunately, he left with almost as much hair as he came in with and now I’ll need to spend as much time at home brushing him after as I would have if I never brought him in. Worse quality than when we just go to the dog park and brush and wash him at those little mobile stations they have at tucker’s grove. Won’t be returning.

Pets are treasured by the groomers at Petco in Santa Barbara! They absolutely love the animals; they recognize them when they walk by the store, they come out to see them and give them a hug, and they take great care of the animals when they are being groomed!
