Excellent customer service. And prices are very competitive and often better than online or other feed stores. One suggestion is the self serve dog wash is too expensive for self serve. In my opinion it is about twice as much as fair market rate - I can get the same wash and dry experience for $10 at the self serve places at county parks. And I think some form of loyalty rewards would be nice.

Such kind and friendly staff! Had the best bath experience at the doggie self wash station — clean, easy to use, had everything we needed and the air dryers after were particularly helpful. Best deal in town at $17/wash and everyone was nice and helpful! Pawsitively happy to become a regular 🐾

This business is the perfect exemple as of why local businesses go out of business. They have the low cost clinic by the door so it’s hard to get in, they only carry certains brands and they are way (way) over priced. The bag of treats I was going to buy was 30$ more then where I usually get it. I won’t be going there again it’s so sad

Great place to wash your dogs. Staff is very helpful. They have lots of dog supplies. However, the dog wash stops at 5pm even though they close at 6pm.

My dog drags me here. I pretend it’s my intended destination so it looks likehe’s perfectly trained. Great supply of food, treats, toys, but it’s especially great for a bath after the beach.

What a couple of great stores, the staff are truly friendly and knowledgeable of their products. They have a wide variety supplies and products from dogs and cats too chickens and rabbits and such and their prices are quite reasonable. Many times they are quite a bit lower than their local competition (Even the big corporate stores) for the same products.Two dewclaws up for this place!

I love all the Lemos locations. They are awesome. The staff is always super friendly and genuinely interested in the 'who' that you're shopping for. The selection of items they have is impressive too, I know I can get what I need for my pet when I'm there. Highly recommend.

Great place to wash your pup (by yourself) and fluff dry him or her. There is not heat with the dry but it is better than nothing.The toys for your well deserving pup, are great.Employees are nice as can be.Always a good experience here and have bought several toys for our pups.

Lemos,Hey guys, I’m reaching out in regards to an unfortunate experience I had at your Santa Barbara location today 9/14/20 at around 4:50pm. Let me start off by saying before this experience, Lemos was one of my favorite spots in town to shop for my pups. I’ve been supporting your local business for 5 years now and every time I’ve been there I’ve been treated like family. Sadly, today was the last day we'll be stepping foot in your Santa Barbara location. I came in today to wash my two dogs and was immediately greeted. She expressed that they do close at 5 and it would be okay to wash them as long as I didn’t take too long. I told them I’d be quick and was just about finished washing both at 4:50 until I was rudely scolded by and older woman named Lisa. I had the blow dryer on and was just finishing up when she yelled “Did your dog get skunked?!” I shrugged, “Unfortunately last week, we’ve washed him numerous times and apparently there’s still a slight smell” she screamed back saying “GET OUT! LEAVE IMMEDIATELY NOW!” While pointing at the door. I was shocked. She continued to scold me, saying that I have to wait 6- 8 months to bring my dog in if they get skunked and that I should’ve been told that. She would not let up on me. I turned off the blow dryer and expressed that I had no idea that this was a rule and told her that I was sorry. I was and am completely appalled that she was screaming at me. I told her that I understood, but the way she was speaking to me was highly inappropriate. She stormed away and I left. One of the employees came out and apologized and told me that they should’ve asked me when I was being rung up for the dog wash. Im not upset about that part at all, I understand that its something that can be easily forgotten to ask, however the way that I was treated by Lisa was uncalled for and made me extremely upset and uncomfortable. It's unfortunate that her coworkers have to work in a hostile environment like that. Moving forward, I hope some sort of action takes place.Best regards,Aubree Mendez

We love Lemos!! My dog always wants to stop in whether we're buying or not!10/20/2022 My dog George had his first bath at Lemos today. Great set up, easy to use. My boy cried a little bit, but mostly he was a good boy! His whites are sparkling and his coat is so soft and fresh. And he crashed out hard after his zoomies, etc. Love Lemos and their staff!!

I used their newly installed self bathing facilities for my large 5 month old pup. Worked out really well. They have everything you need with no time limit for $15.00. I made a big old mess, then walked away. They were both cheerful and helpful!The manager is exemplary! You can tell she really takes pride in her work. I actually look forward to going there.

LOVE this store! This one specifically (bc I haven’t been to any other). I’ve known about Lemos for years but I’ve never been bc I thought they mostly had horse and farm stuff, but boy was I wrong! They have everything that my dog and kitten could need and super friendly and knowledgeable staff!We came here today to browse some new kitten and dog food. Kitten just needed more food and dog has been having tummy troubles. We both were educated on a specific type of food and ended up leaving with both bags of new food with quality ingredients.I’d highly recommend this place if you have a furbaby, especially if you would need help or recommendations.

The staff here are always friendly and helpful. They even carry your stuff out without a question. It has proven to be well stocked for my dog, cat and chicken needs. They have been knowledgeable when I've had questions...even when asked about diatomaceous earth.

Called Gutierrez location to place order, but brand was discontinued. Associate ask about my dog and recommends Redbarn chicken pate. 13 yr old dog loves it (licks bowl clean). So happy to see him looking forward to eat. Also great contactless curbside service. Keep up the good work.

They can tell you all about fiber and protein percentages across brands. Need Timothy hay? Wheat grass? Black oil sunflower seeds? Lemos has you covered. Ample parking too.
