Was able to locate a certain wine, which was out of stock at a particular winery. The price was very reasonable, and the delivery was quick. The wine was packaged well. Because of this experience, I placed a second order. The Wine Exchange has become my "go to" online wine store.

The wines at your shop are fairly priced. Not expensive compared to other wine shops out there. This place was the highest level in my area. They strive to provide us the best wine that exceeds our expectations. The place was also very cleaned and organized. I will be recommending you to all of my friends and family!

Placed a Bordeaux "Futures" order (2017 vintage) on November 2019, and I am still waiting for the wine (Leoville Barton 2017). This wine is available in other on-line stores, so it is obvious they took my money hoping they would get inventory, and they are still "hoping/waiting" for allocation. I would not recommend anyone placing an order without checking if inventory is in-stock.Update to my review: I was told (now July 2021) that all shipments were stopped during the pandemic due to Tariffs. I am now glad to know the status, but still wish they would have given me an update earlier. The person from Logisitcs was very nice on her response.

These cats have got it going on! I have never been to their store but have ordered wine from them for several years. The buyers personally select all wines so it's all killer, no filler. Therefore, it is a great place to buy wines if you are new to the wine world or discovering a new region. That combined with their rock bottom pricing means you can buy wine with confidence. Their shipping department is dialed in and my wine has always arrived well packed, on time, in top condition. The only downside with the Wine Exchange is they tend to be a bit of a clearing house type of operation. They get parcels of great wine, sell through it, and move on to the next lot. So there's not a lot consistency with their inventory. A lot of wine retailers operate in this fashion but Wine Ex seems to lean more heavily than most in this direction. D.L. Campbell

Good selection, but sometimes it's hard to get assistance. And a few times I selected a wine and they won't sell it to me, saying it was already sold to someone else, that's quite a turnoff as I have seen others say that about this place.

Usually enjoy shopping there, but, not today.Stopped off to pick up a bottle for a gathering and upon checkout was informed that I would be allowed to purchase. Apparently it was sold to an online buyer and they had yet to pull inventory from the floor.Guess my miss is now your miss. Will not be visiting anytime soon.Wish you luck!

Pros: Tremendous selection of wines in-store from around the world at competitive prices. Daily specials are worth signing up for.Con: Bought 2016 wine futures from Wine Exchange based on reviews they supplied that did not work out and cannot recommend buying futures from Wine Exchange as a result. Purchased three French wine futures that were rated in the email ad in May of 2017 as between 93 and 96 points and cost $11.98 and $16.98. The three wines are currently "aggregated expert" rated 88, 88, and 90 points on Wine Searcher and can be purchased at an average price of $3 more now than purchased from Wine Exchange in May of 2017. Have had a consistently better experience buying futures in California from vintners in Napa and Alexander Valleys where I or expert family members have tasted the early wines in person before purchasing futures. None of the three is close to the projected Wine Exchange rating nor a good investment value compared to wine futures purchased from California vintners. I continue to recommend buying wines from Wine Exchange in store and from their daily email specials.

Excellent selection, fairly easy to access with a knowledgeable staff. Could be your go to shop if you're really into Bordeaux. Second best store in the region. No need to head into LA.

Here is a view of the champagnes we tried at an event this weekend held in the tasting room space. We had such an amazing time! My husband and I have been shop regulars here. From $10 to $100, every wine has been amazing. Above all, everyone there is kind, accessible and knowledgeable. Thank you.

Actually a 4.5 star rating. They have an excellent selection for the space. Many esoteric wines to choose from. An even larger space and commensurate group of wines would surely net them a true 5 star rating.

Used to have a bigger selection of Italian wines. No one ever asked if we needed assistance. 5 years ago they did. We would have welcomed it.

You kind of have to hunt for this place but the selection and knowledgeable staff are worth it. It's a bit overwhelming, even for somebody who is somewhat familiar with wine. My higher-end drinking buddy says he always comes here and spends way too much money. You've been warned, if that describes you. I went looking for wine from the Savoie (sa-vwah) appellation in France for fondue. Never heard of it? Neither has anybody else. Don't bother with Total Wine, for example. WX had three different choices. If this sounds like your kind of place that's because it is.

Received a flawed bottle of wine. Poor policy on bad bottles and poor customer service. I've ordered wines online from many places and this was one of the worst. So far, I've been much more impressed with Wine Library that has a stronger focus on customer service and fixing any problems from online orders.

Went to the Wine Exchange in person and spent my time looking through their inventory and when I finally made my selections they informed me that the bottles i wanted were not available for purchase because someone else purchased them online. COMPLETE WASTE OF MY TIME!!!!

Storefront is smaller operation than previous Wine Exchange but website is loaded with extensive variety. Competitive prices and good finds. Friendly staff who genuinely try to be helpful. If there is one thing I would suggest for Wine Exchange is for them to bring back in-store wine tastings.

From the perspective of a Scotch aficionado, Wine Exchange offers a small but well curated selection of about two dozen malts. Not all regions are represented but the intrepid bottle searcher should be able to find something pleasing on the WinEx shelf.
