I’ve come to this location at different times of the day and night. At night it can be kind of worry-some to be out alone as a girl. During the day plenty of people from the hospitals nearby come to get prescriptions. It’s open late, over the counter is a great option. They have a pretty stocked store. It’s off the freeway which is nice.

HORIBLE CUSTOMER SEVICE NEVER GOING BACK,was accuse of being a theif for taken a extra soda for mistake and was told the item i buy have to be keep at the register like im a theif cause of a accident and cause im a darker skin color since the manager was a light skin and also another employee that 'help' bring the cart out started check my recipet and counted my item and since there was a extra that was expired and i forgot to tell the cashier he then told me there wad a extra and i told him sorry i forgot to tell the cashier that the soda was expire and he say it was okay and then he went into the store and the manager came out and told me that since it was a incompence that i cant enter the store again with the cart ,This is PATHETIC ,PLZ DONT COME TO THIS STORE!!!

I really love coming to this Rite Aid. This day I got helped by Shana let me just say her customer service is on point all the time. This store is always nice clean organize always appreciate how kind and helpful associates are. I will definitely keep going back to this location.

I am very disappointed with the pharmacy personnel. Would recommend anyone to go here. I don’t wish anyone would go through what I went through I went in to pick up my prescription and was told it would be ready in 1hr went home let 3hrs go by to make sure it would be ready but when I called they said it was out of stock and told me the nearest rite aid that had what I needed was in Fullerton I told the lady from the pharmacy that it was too far and I was just gonna look for a different pharmacy she said okay call whatever pharmacy you want and tell him to call rite aid to said over the prescription. I did just that let another hour go by to see if CVS received my prescription they told me that the called rite aid and were told that they would send it over but CVS hadn’t received anything yet. CVS told me to give it 30 more minutes to see if it had came in or they would call to see what was the problem. 1 hour later I call CVS to see if they received my prescription but they said no so I call RITE AID again to see what is happening and they tell me that they sent my prescription to the RITE AID in Fullerton and if i wanted that I had to call them to get it sent over to CVS.(Btw I was really sick &needed my meds also the lady from RITE AID was the same one every time I called and her tone of voice was just rude )

The reason I gave them a 1 star rating is because at the end of the day it's all about customer service which they lack and it's sad that the main person to instill this should be the managers or leads, and in my case it was actually the manager or lead she was rude and did not even care to help me. If you get mad because a customer ask you a question then perhaps you are in the wrong business, for that reason I went across the street to Cvs and made my purchase there this time and in the future.

We went to CVS, across from your store to get vaccinated because we had no appointment for covid vaccine. But unluckily they did not. So we went to your store to try asking. We are very glad you took walk-in covid vaccine shots. The staffs are so nice to me and my daughter. For those who do not want to wait, come there, RITE AID.

The one star is purely in regards to the location. There are constantly drug users in the drive through connecting to the parking lot, loitering and unsafe driving through that area. There is a security guard, however they only monitor the inside of the store-which is not helpful when approaching the business. I would not recommend for safety reasons.

They like to intentionally make people wait. When my boyfriend dropped off my prescription they told him he had to leave my medical card. When I returned they had misplaced it, and I had to go back for it days later.On another occasion they had me wait 30 minutes just to tell me they didn't have my prescription ready and that I would have to go back once they had the delivery.

The manager was very rude when his associate asked him a simple question about money orders... The manager told her right in front of me loud and Clear "that next time don't be afraid to tell customers it's 10 minutes till closing"..... Like Really how rude could you be, 1st off you weren't closed yet and 2nd off couldn't you have waited till I had walked away at LEAST. Whoever gave that Manager this position should be Embarrassed for that Rite Aid store. He is supposed to be the Example and leader in customers service. This happened today 5-1-16 @9:50pm. So DISAPPOINTING!!!!

I'm from Out of town and was visiting Santa Ana, dropped into this rite aid and was so disappointed on how I was treated. Starting from Management to a cashier, All very rude. I will definitely not be returning.

Just walked in to get a routine perscription filled (always use rite aid but first time at this one). Pharmacist comes and tells me they're running low and don't want to fill it. I asked when the soonest they'd have it read if they do, pharmacist rolls eyes and says "idk maybe a week? Try CVS." And walks off. Then, the pharm-tech mocks me by laughing and telling her coworkers "haha we don't have it try CVS hahah." Rude, arrogant, nasty bunch of Latino females working behind that pharmacy counter. Corporate SERIOUSLY needs to look having every one of them removed from what should be a professional job position.My recommendation: stay FAR AWAY from this Rite Aid pharmacy. Will NEVER return.

This RA does it right. Up-to-date decor, a reliable bike rack (albeit off to the side and not visible looking straight out the door), and decently fast service for Thrifty ice cream or the pharmacy.

It's absurd, I come in here with a digital copy of my drug test form, and they tell me I can't have it printed on site. What's so wrong about that? Are you guys counting each sheet of papers you print? Jeez, I needed a print out. Like honestly, who's going to know the difference.
