$50 for a dog bath, nothing else is included. They don't trim the fur. They don't trim his paws, and they don't clean their ears. They don't even bathe them correctly, but they definitely don't forget to ask for a tip. They do have a lot of audacity to ask for a tip. Don't waste your money here. You're better off going anywhere else but Petco. Took them over 2 hours to just give him a bath. Then, some random lady groomer says that it is based on the package I choose online. The package I chose stated he would get his fur trimmed. I didn't want to waste my time arguing, I'll just let my family & friends know who also own dogs to never go to a Petco ever again.

Their service is beyond Awful. The manager cleared my 15 year old dog to be groomed with the vet but when my brother took her in for her appointment they were all just refusing service because they didn’t feel comfortable grooming her because of her age. They complained about the bumps on her body but we had to assure that she had them when she was a puppy. While my mom was talking to them over the phone one of the groomers said, “I don’t want to do this she’s too old.” Whoever said this I don’t know who you are but you don’t deserve to be a groomer if you’re gonna discriminate on dog ages. You should be ashamed of yourself. We have taken our dog to this groomer for months and not once have they complained about her age. This is the worst Grooming service. Will not recommend.

We went here because our groomer joined the team at Petco. Reyann is the only groomer I trust with my furbaby for years now. She's been mishandled before by other groomers so we're lucky to have found Reyann who takes the time to be patient with my high maintenance husky to do a thorough job. My husky is a rare long coated woolly Siberian Husky so her coat makes grooming more of a challenge than the standard husky. Other groomers have neglected to dry her properly after baths leading to skin conditions or they don't brush her properly before bathing her leading to painful mats. During this visit I told her how her freakishly long hair was causing some issues attracting a ton of painful burrs that are miserable for her when I have to pull them out, so she carefully and strategically gave her a feather cut around problem areas while making sure she didn't harm her important guard hair. The cut was mainly given around her legs and rear to give her more of a standard husky look and freeing her from the pains and challenges of being a rare woolly. Huge QOL improvement for her and me so I was extremely pleased.Prices were a bit more than what I've become accustomed to for grooming her in the past, but ensuring my dog is treated properly and receives proper care is important to me. The grooming suite appeared large and clean. The last salon we went to was very small and it made her feel extremely anxious to be so close to other highly anxious dogs giving off aggressive and fearful signals. Reyann reported that her first visit here was amazing and she hammed it up staying very relaxed to let a bunch of corporate big wigs there inspecting the location pet her without wigging out and having an anxiety meltdown.Another dog came in while we were checking in and they took care to keep the dogs apart and safe. Efforts like that don't go unnoticed and is appreciated. This Petco also has other policies and measures that I appreciate like a no muzzle policy and a vet clinic on site they will take my pup to immediately to be tended to if there's ever an accident and she gets nicked or something. I know other groomers have muzzled my furbaby and aggressively mishandled her before so I appreciate knowing there's groomers out there that know how to work with dogs that can run anxious. It's wonderful that Petco seeks out these special groomers to be on their team and it reflects in their policies and practices with their grooming team.Loved the little scarf that was put on her when she was done with her grooming. We will always give patronage to whoever is lucky and wise enough to have Reyann on their team. She was given a management position here so I am sure other groomers working under her will be influenced to uphold her high level of care for our furbabies.

Yocelyne is by far the best groomer our Leo has ever had. She is the epitome of customer service. She always has a smile on her face and Leo absolutely loves her. Petco is lucky to have her as an employee. We will definitely be coming back here for Leo's grooming needs.

literally the worst place you can go to; somehow the manager thinks she is a vet of some sort and was trying to create any problem related to my HEALTHY puppy. I am very hyper vigilant about my dog’s wellbeing and she was trying to create a million and one problems and try to get me to sign liability forms; let alone wasted over an hour of my time. In addition, when I arrived my groomer was on break, but had a scheduled appointment. It was very poor customer service and waste of time. Do not recommend

My dog was sick and hadn’t had food for 4 days. My vet told me to get her Purina Pro Plan Veterinary Diets EN Gastroenteric Wet Dog Food.The store check out clerk told me I needed a prescription from Banfield the clinic inside Petsmart. We waited 30 minutes for someone at Banfield clinic to come to the front desk. After asking for a prescription for dog food, we were denied. I have a feisty Chihuahua. Be cause of the pandemic our veterinarian has not been doing nail trimming and her nails were especially long. In spite of her growling at the groomer she was very careful, calming and confident while cutting her nails.
