Very helpful staff. This location is smaller than others, but we had no problem finding what we needed. They have a goood selection of small animals and all the items you need for them. We bought a hamster ball, food and treats. Great prices and a variety of hamster food. Sign up for their discounts and it will stretch your dollar.

I need to knock some stars off with there return policy. So I bought a fish for 9yr old daughter that she had to have. but the fish wasn’t looking that good to begin with so I asked about return policy. The very next day it died so I stopped by there after work asked them what I needed to get a refund girls tells me sample of water and the fish so I go home and drive back with the fish and the water gave it to them.Then they threw a fit cause they couldn’t test it cause I put them in same container when they never told me to have them Separate. So I’m like forget this store there’s better store around the corner !!! Keep the 6 dollars!!!

Both visits were challenging. First visit the pet tag engraver did not work for about five groups of people. The second visit took about 20 minutes and four intercom calls for somebody to help me get a fish. I just think they can do better.

Great staff. Friendly and the vet services were topnotch. Our regular vet has all but gone silent with Covid crisis. These guys saved our dogs life.

The fish section was a bit clutered. An item I ordered for pickup in store was cancelled because it was out of stock. But when I went in the store I saw the same item but it was more expensive than online so I passed. A lot of the aquarium plants were somewhat dead but the fish looked like they were in good condition! Pickup was easy and everyone was nice!

I went in there to buy food for my bettas and it was a quick trip. I knew what I had to get, i got it. I looked very quickly to see if there were any Guinea pigs but it was actually empty so I left to the cash register. There wasn't any one in line and the person that helped was very nice and friendly.

The store was clean and well put together. There wasn't a lot of employees there to see if people needed help, only one cashier, and because she was helping a lady that wasn't very friendly, it took a long time. Maybe have at least one other person there that can come up as a cashier, just in case something like this happens.

I usually get my pet stuff from other stores but sometimes I can't find what I'm looking for so hence the reason to be here.The store is a decent size with lots of things to keep your pets fed, preoccupied and healthy. I was looking for cat scratch post in case I couldn't dig her old one out of storage and ran into a sales guy. I was going to avoid him but we ended up talking for a good 30 minutes about all kinds of things cat related and he actually had some good advice. Didn't try to sell me on anything either and also recommended a cheap vet with great reviews on Yelp. Pretty awesome.Overall, the store is well kept. Customer service is decent enough. Don't think I'll return though because big pet stores aren't really my thing but it's good for what it is.

This store is great, I was greeted by the employees and felt welcomed, they are kind to everyone and I don't feel nervous walking into the store. I really enjoy the number of products they have and the amazing prices. I also joined their rewards program not that long ago and I got 2 rewards already. I will continue to come to this location.

Was easy to order online. When I arrived in parking lot I called for someone to bring my dog food to my car. The associate seemed confused and could not find the order until I gave him my online order#, then he brought it out to trunk of my car. Otherwise, all worked fine.

Unfortunately the store wasn’t too clean, but what bothered me most were the fish tanks. Particularly the one holding the Koi fish. It was really filthy and there was nothing in it except for the fish (no plants, rocks, nothing). Kinda sad. Also the betta fish situation is just awful. Shouldn’t sell em. Sorry guys, just being truthful.

Very big store and easy access. It's located right next door the Trader Joe's on one side and the big lots on the other.Helpful staff who took their time explaining the differences in cat food and the benefits and what I should be looking for.

This location was way too cramped and messy maybe it was restock day but big crates of items were everywhere made my shopping trip a little bit more difficult to see brandings and products. Thank You, your value returning customer.

I love the staff at this Petco! I go every week to get my tarantula food, and they always have the best cashiers at the front. The people that help around the store are also friendly and helpful.

We love getting are dog groomed here. Trish is without a doubt one of the best! Our dog has had some traumatizing experiences in the past, but this was a rare treat picking him up while he was in a good mood after getting his haircut. Definitely recommend!

Came here to get my dog some new toys and some dog ice cream for his birthday. When I told the cashier about the special occasion, she told me I was allowed 1 pound of treats free of charge for my little buddy. Friendly staff, huge selection. I'll be back here for sure.

Not good anymore. They are into "new" food for cats. Supposedly healthy, but my cat hates it. Better to keep him on Fancy Feast than go anorexic on me, and the vet agreed. So after all these years, it's back to Target and grocery stores who carry the popular brands.

Great Petco. It's a big store with amazing selection. Very clean and organized. Stuff is always super-friendly and helpful. There are always some pets for adoption: a lot of very beautiful cats and kittens.They also have mice, rats, hamsters, Guinea pigs, and chinchillas.There are spider, snakes, lizards, and frogs for sale. As well as, crickets to feed them.There is fresh- and salt-water fish.There is also dog-training on site, full-service grooming, and a vaccination clinic (which they often offer coupons for with a purchase). They also make personalized pet ID tags.Huge parking lot for the plaza, which is not too crowded even on weekends (parking is free).

They have a really neat assortment of Betta Fish!! Males, females, different breeds and even babies! Pretty decent variety of other fresh water fish as well. This was my experience from one visit there.

I came to buy a fish for a project for my son. Rhonda was very nice and gave me some useful information to take care of my fish. She didn't have to as she could have just provided me with a hand out but took time to explain diet and best care. Thank you Rhonda.

This Petco is just fine. I had a coupon and I needed to get cat food so this was the place to go since I was in the area.This location was clean and pretty basic. Service was nice. It was pretty easy for me to get the food and get going.If I'm in the area, I wouldn't hesitate to come here again for sure.

While checking out at this location I was charged double the amount that was displayed below their product. The cashier didn't like what she found when she accompanied me back to the products to show her where they are so she called a manager named mark. This manager was insulting and rude beyond any tolerance that somebody could take. He was adgimentitive and insulting. When I had all the abuse I could take I tossed the cup back on the shelf and walked away to diffuse the situation. Mark continued insulting me and followed me back to the front of the store insulting me further by taunting me that he was going to give it to me until I tossed the product back on the shelf. He is exceptionally driven to argue and insult. Horrible experience. I will never return. One side note a young lady that spent some time with me going over the products was exceptionally kind. Sad she works in that environment.

PetCo is in a pretty convenient location. Some of the staff is friendly the rest stare at you rudely. They have an adoption section that is run by a different department and they don’t bother to learn how to answer any of those questions. They also told us they don’t handle any of the birds there. So just be ready if you buy a bird from here it will bite and shake anytime they get human interaction. Other than that it had pretty good variety of dog toys and such.
