Best groomers in town! I’ve been coming here for over two years so this is way over due. They’re crazy consistent — my dog looks exactly the same every time. Customer service is amazing as well and front desk is always available by phone. They also call and remind you of your appointment the day before. I can’t recommend them enough. I’ve moved out of Orange County and I still make the drive to get my baby groomed monthly. It’s 10000% worth it, trust me!!

A little pricier than some of the other ones I've used, but I have been so impressed!!I love how they have cameras 24/7 in the suites and play areas. They are also very active on IG and have a lot of cute posts and stories.For the first visit, they do a temperament test (mornings only) like most places but can do this in conjunction with your boarding visit, which is not something I've seen at other places and is very convenient. They even sent me a video :)The facility seems nice and new. I like that they have a ton of toys and things at the front that you can buy if you forget anything.Unfortunately, they don't provide food but they do call you and walk you through everything you need so you won't be caught off guard. The staff is very very nice and helpful over the phone and in person. I really felt confident dropping my dog off here for a few days even though this was the first time I've boarded with them.The only real negative to me was the very strong pee smell when you walk in the door. I know it's a kennel so it's hard to control that but it was very strong. Other than that, it's a great place and a convenient location.

I had to do a last minute drop off, not only were they able to accommodate my puppy but they made the process extremely easy and reassured me every step of the way. I loved that they gave my puppy one on one time since she’s so little as well as I was able to a keep up with her in real time.

Amazing dog daycare, very state of the art facilities, and lots of toys available for purchase at the front if you forget any for your pup. They also do daycare for cats and other critters! So cool to see the cams so you can see your pets, and they are very active on social media too!

This place really is a home away from home for your pet! I like that it is clean, well organized, and they screen all animals coming in and out of their facility. They have wonderfully trained workers here and Al and Amy are such lovely people! Thanks so much!

Eddie did a great job with Clutch, my senior husky. Clutch was super happy and fluffy when I picked him up. Only comment is I wish his nails were a little shorter but I know his feet are ticklish.

Had an amazing experience with everyone there. I needed last minute boarding for my spoiled dog who needed a lot of extra attention. The team was great with him and having the cameras there to check in on things made me feel so much better about leaving him.He had a great time it seemed during the "day care" and had a comfy room at night with his favorite pillows and blankets. Will definitely be back.

Been coming here with my GS for the past 6 months. Great staff and location.Suggestions:1. Making reservations is not convenient since things come up and we have to drop her off in short notice.2. Please offer 20 day package prices for mid $30s. The current rate is too high for people who work 5 days a week

This is the perfect place for daycare. Today I took both my dog and puppy, and they had a great time. This place has a great facility which they give you a tour of. They also have many services to offer. We got our puppy's nails trimmed. The staff is also excellent. Both Anna and Bryant were accommodating.We are looking forward to continued visits to their daycare and start some one-on-one training for our puppy. The daycare is a great way to have your dogs interact with other dogs. We made the drive from Paramount and it was well worth it.

If you think no one can love your dog as much as you do, then you are wrong. The staff at House of Woof does! Not only do they love your dog, they know everything about her...friends, food, habits, likes and dislikes. The parent Webcam is great for newbies but everytime I pick up my baby they tell me about her day...or when I call in during my travels. It is very comforting. The place is spotless too. They have a one dog family entry policy which I really like. It takes the stress away of thinking your dog might not behave well in front of another visitor or dog family.You are always welcomed by a friendly and very knowledgeable and professional staff member. Same is true on pick up. They never up sell or push products and services on you. Indeed thry have a lot of both to offer! They never rush you either. The staff take great care of each dog parent as well. I would give them a million stars if I could.

We absolutely love this place for our two pups!! One of our dogs is very anxious around new dogs and they work with him in small groups with his sister so he is comfortable and gets some socialization as well as getting energy out. We have been to other daycares that said that he would just have one on one with a human, but be kennels the remainder. Regardless, both of them get beyond excited when we pull into the parking lot and they come home ready to nap.

Amazing! Took my pup in for an evaluation today he past..Amy is amazingly patient answered all my questions showed me around. Made me feel very comfortable leaving my Tucker B 4lb 4 month old Yorkie in there care! Was honest not just trying to make money like some places. I picked House of Woof originally because of a picture of the staff had huge smiles on there faces truly enjoying working there. And after I meet Amy and Daniella I knew they genuinely enjoyed there jobs! Thanks again for letting Tucker into the fun! See you soon

how I was let fall short of expectations after a couple of tries with same fate qt this location. When I picked up almond(pomsky)7months old , I was not ready for my dog soaking wet just sitting in a tub with soap still on I can see through a window covered in pictures to jeep us from seeing inside …when asked why we are still in this state and i knowing they started on him late due to them being behind. The only answer a we did not have enough time we wont charge you for demating , ( the issue I brought him for which $80 was quoted … because it was too much and that’s it…. I let them know By this point I am covered in hair as is your floor and soaking wet .. I told them I understand I came here for a reason and in the two calls i received time was never mentioned as an issue … money was but i am paying for a service… never was it mentioned that he had a behavior issue or was he in distress… as he was medicated before hand. … not only did My car get soaked and hair everywhere but so did all my little ones. I was charged full price for everything having nothing completed. We departed home with having to bathe my dog and brushed his matts out myself the soap put on him still on as i poured water on him …that left would have irritated him more… attached are the amount of hair I brushed off and how I was left after … also his nails were not trimmed…Honestly the most traumatizing experience i have had. I understand as a nurse myself there are issues with dogs I understand, but communication as ok he is too far matted I can trim hair etc my dog is a puppy and we came here for help not this… and as a business owner I support small business just as mine but i do value honesty and communication… manager called me as i left to pick up dog that all treatment done, apparently he was working from home and had no idea in the state i just picked up my puppy. To the day i am still pending a follow up on the issue since monday . Again my dog was at your facility for 1 hr I waited 20 minutes before he was brought inside as one dog still was being dried and as for his service he o y received less than half an hour treatment… Owners hide behind an outsource phone as per our call you were not on site yet calling me all services done.. thank you for exposing the real treatment .

I recommend House of Woof to anyone who is going on vacation for a few days or longer...staff is great, place is clean, they play with the pets, and the best part is there are cameras in the playroom and the suites so you can check in on your fur baby! I know you will...because I do!

Used this place for day care while we went to Disneyland. I liked how the evaluation was free and that they offered late pick up. Also liked that I could check on my pup during the day with a webcam. Will likely be going here again if we're in town for Disneyland.

Stopped in today to see if they could train my aggressive XXL pitbull puppy!(47 lbs. @ 4 months old)The young lady at the front desk was very helpful. There in between trainers now but said they would call me when they get a new trainer who can handle a big aggressive dog.Their prices seem fair if they get a good trainer I'll let him do it.

Took our pup here for day camp. Staff makes sure dogs nails are trimmed before entering as long nails can hurt other dogs. Clean facility, web cam available tobwatch your pup play. Will come back again. My pup came home exhausted.

Not good for bulldogs. I went in for my puppys fist groomers visit. I got a bath with nail trimming. I dont think they get a lot of bulldogs because they must have not cleaned hos wrinkles right, left shampoo, or not dried them because i went last week and now he has an infection in his nose wrinkle. He gets a bath every friday and the friday before i took him (the following week) he did not have the rash. They also might have let too much water get in his ears because he wont stop shaking his head since either. Im taking him to the vet tomorrow to have all of this checked out.

Boarding my dog there has been a terrible experience. I have called multiple times and nobody answers the phone or their front door regarding my dog that was already boarded. I did not get webcam access even though I paid for the suite, and was supposed to receive a communication.Completely clueless and apathetic "care" staff.

We have been coming here since HOW (House of Woof) opens. We appreciate the location, cleanliness (extremely important!) adequate space, hours of operation, friendly and professional staff, and webcam accessibility! ( only few dog day care facilities in OC offer webcam! So it's a PLUS!). One detail may be overlooked by some , but for a dog -animal lover family like us , it speaks volume that the owner has his dog here too! Our dog Bolt likes playing with the owner's dog and other dogs !!! Bolt is always exhausted, happy and does NOT smell bad everytime he comes to HOW daycare ! Yes we recommend HOW and we and BOLT looks forwards to keep coming back again !
