Brought my dog here for a mass she had on her back. She was assessed quickly, and within a few weeks she had her appointment to get surgery and get it removed. We paid around $1400 for the surgery only, we didn’t get charged for any other appointments or check ups(may have been included in the surgery price). Which compared to other places it was great because it resolved the issue rather than just running tests. They told us to come back a few more times after surgery, and it made the healing a lot easier. Every time we brought our dog in everyone treated and talked to us nicely. The doctor and staff seem to genuinely care about the patients and it’s hard to find that sometimes in the vet industry. Prices are good, service and care is even better. Thank you Grand Pet Care Center! Definitely recommend

I usually come here for my dogs vet visits and they are affordable. I normally used to do walkins but I called today and now they don’t and my dog needed to be seen for fleas. So I went another place and I regret it, I tried to book an appointment online but the person I called today said their system has been wonky and they haven’t been getting the appointment requests. I wish I was informed beforehand but the guy I called also didn’t try to work anything with me to get my dog to be sooner. Usually I’ll walk in and I don’t mind waiting and they usually squeeze me in. So I was little upset by that today. I will still be coming here from now on because they are “actually” affordable. My dog took a 3 month flea medication that cost about the same as the place I went to instead today and it was only for one month. So I instantly regretted going to a different place. If you need an affordable place, this is a great place, everyone here is super nice and I love that they offer so many services.

I always enjoy my visits to the grand pet care center and they have been very helpful as a first time dog owner they assisted me in finding a good pet insurance as well as being up to date on my pets shots. When they groom him, he always comes back looking his best and smelling great. The doctors are very professional and staff are extremely kind will continue to use their services in the future.

My Yuki has a lot anxiety and scares of stranger so a lot of Vet fail to even examine him because he wouldn't let them. But I was surprise that the technicians at Grand was able to hold and carry him without him throwing a fit so they know what they're doing. They also have a grooming service so I'm planning to have him sedated and groomed because he wouldn't let anyone groom him.Overall a pretty good experience with friendly and helpful technicians. One con is that the doctor barely spend anytime with us and walked out before I could ask some more question.

My cherished pets have boarded & seen the doctors at Grand Ave Pet Care. Tony is great with grooming & taking care of them on walks. They are happy campers and enjoy their stay. All the veterinarians and staff are very helpful. Thank you for taking care of my fur babies.

Grand Pet Care Center is wonderful!!Dr and staff are so amazing and helpful. This is my favorite vet office I have ever been to. The staff here actually is sweet and care about the animals and not just money, they work with the pet owners to make sure that pets receive the best care at the best price. They take their time to hear your concerns and it doesn't feel like they are trying to nickel and dime you for unnecessary procedures. Unlike other places I've been to, I am so grateful I found this place.

The nicest people ever!! They made sure to take me step by step through of what the process of my puppy should look like in terms of what his health is going to look like growth both behavioral and physical. They also gave me great advice and made my pets shots an easy process!!

Grand pet care center has been our go to vet for about 20 years. They provided the best care for our family dog Mimi. She lived a gracious 14 years and Robert has always been a friendly familiar face. I now have my adoptive cat Daisy under their care and they always provide honest quality treatments. Dr. Pilago, Robert and Xochitl we're very helpful and do an amazing job. Thank you for being our go to animal hospital!

I’ve been looking for a good vet that can vaccinate my puppy without all the overcharging, as a college student who doesn’t have much money, I really appreciate the fact that the vaccinations are very affordable and that they’re very thorough with their work, and just how gentle they were with my puppy. I will definitely be back!! Highly recommend this place to all pet parents!

Amazing service and care from all members of staff! We brought in two dogs for vaccination, and one dog had an ear issue as well that they were able to resolve same day! My other pup is a difficult shiba inu, and they understood this and handled him in the best and most effective way possible.I am absolutely thrilled with this clinic, and will be bringing my pups in for regular visits here in the future.

I had a wonderful experience with Grand Pet Care. first, they are so kind and patient.. I had a major problem with all 3 of my cats and every time I call to ask and inquire about what should I do, they give me all the time they have, never rush me and answer all my questions.they are so professional, resnobale in pricing ( unlike others who just care about the money, not your pet!)I have to thank all their team and especially (xochilt) she was so kind and provided me with alot of information and help.I'm really glad I made the right choice taking my cats to them ❤️

Will be traveling out of town and needed a pet certificate to travel. Found this place on google and glad I did. I drove almost one hour but, it was worth it I left very happy. All the staff and Dr. Kimberly are all very sweet. Everyone was very nice and attentive. I see they care a lot for animals. Definitely recommend. Thank you team.

Our family and extended families have been with Grand Ave Pet Hospital for more years than I can count. I couldn’t imagine having our furbabies seen anywhere except Grand. We recently adopted a pet after our Golden passed January 2023. It was a sudden and unexpected loss, which Grand handled with care and compassion. That’s something I’ll remember and appreciate.Our new family member is happy and well taken care by Grand’s dedicated team, which we are hoping will continue for many years to come 😊

This place was heaven sent! As you walk up to the entrance there’s a beautiful statue of St. Francis, the patron saint of animals. All staff was courteous and caring to us and our pet. Great prices and service!

Veterinarians and boarding is great! Although, I definitely do not recommend the groomer. Trust me I have worked there. I was fired through text and called unprofessional for no reason. In my opinion I was the best worker there... I didn't make firends, but I did do my job. That's is all I have to say. Freedom of speech.

This is the best place to go! I just got a puppy and never been to a vet office. They made my experience a positive one. I was impress on how fast and efficient they are. Idk why I was expecting for it to be a long wait time in the lobby like how us humans have to wait at a doctors office. I was in and out and it wasn’t crowded with ppl. The pricing wasn’t expensive to my surprise it was my fault for jumping to conclusions because this place looks super elegant. Listen to the reviews they are all positive for a reason!

This was our first vet visit, easy same day appointment, staff was friendly and prices were reasonable. I also asked for prescription for pro plan dog food to buy elsewhere and got that with no problem. Nothing felt pushy or unnecessary.
